Better than we could have hoped for. I would not have considered our house "dirty" but when the cleaners left it was noticeably more clean. The bathroom and kitchens were spotless, carpets looked great and everything from the ceiling fans to the baseboard were dusted. Very impressed.

    Anytime Cleaning Services
Overall the experience was great. They were accommodating of my schedule. I believe the original deal that I purchased was for up to 6 hours worth of service. There were 2 ladies that showed up and performed 2.5 hours worth of work. The deep cleaning service is supposed to include the blinds and window sills but those items did not appear to have been dusted. Also, the light fixtures in the bathrooms did not appear to have been dusted. Everything else was great.

The company had to reschedule after an employee failed to show up for our cleaning, which my husband waited for her to show for three hours before he went to work. We rescheduled and the owner failed to call and cancel and again did not show up for our cleaning. I contacted three days ago for a refund and have not gotten a response.

I am a pretty hard customer.  My house has always been super clean, and now that I cannot do this myself any longer, I keep trying to find someone who will.  Example, floors were mopped, but not much cleaner than usual.
I think I expect too much.

The Maid 2 Clean team is prompt, professional, and friendly. They do the job quickly yet thoroughly. I highly recommend them and will continue to use their services as long as I live in this area. The owner, Julie, is also very easy to work with and communicate with.

The maids (3 of them) showed up right on time as promised.  Not a single maid introduced herself to me, verified what I ordered, or asked if I had any questions before they got to work...  Since I had never hired a maid service before, I had a preconceived notion that a professional cleaning crew would at least be wearing T-shirts with company logos on them or have a sign on their vehicle or something with their company name & logo on it, so I thought the lack of such combined with no introductions or spiel about what they were going to clean "exactly" was a bit odd & unprofessional right off the bat, but I didn't worry about it.  Instead of the advertised eight labor-hours (two cleaners for four hours each), the three of them spent a grand total of one hour and 12 minutes (I was sitting in my truck in the driveway while they were working), for a total of just 3 labor-hours and 36 minutes.  I mistakenly tipped them $40 as they were leaving (I generally tip all service providers at least 20% just for doing me a favor).  Had I been more sensible, I would have checked their work beforehand.  When I did go through the house after they had left, I noticed that the windows (inside) were not cleaned, there was dust on the ceiling fans & blades, the baseboards still had dust on them, there were mop marks on the hardwood floors, a hall closet door hadn't been touched, and neither had the bannister along my staircase, among other things.  I also noticed that a shelf I had mounted in the upstairs bathroom was missing (along with the three candles that were sitting on it), and so was a Lysol battery-operated hand soap dispenser that I had kept in that bathroom.  I called the owner (Julie) and left a voice mail telling her about all of this.  The next day, I was contacted by Julie and she asked if they could come out to return the shelf and re-do the cleaning.  We scheduled another time (they were able to meet up with me after I got off work so that I wouldn't have to take more time off).  The second time they came, there was four of them (including the owner, Julie, this go around).  They cleaned everything they missed the first time, spending about 40 - 45 minutes to get the job done.  They returned my bathroom shelf (although it now has a scratch on it that wasn't there before), but not the hand soap dispenser.  They claimed it was not working, so they threw it away-- but I know for a fact it was working, which is why I left it there so people could wash their hands after using the bathroom-- it was most likely just switched to the "off" position in the back.  I told Julie the candles were old & lost their scent anyway, so may as well have been trashed.

I would have rated them an "F" for Quality & Professionalism, except for the fact that Julie had her team come back to redo the job.  I believe rating them a "C" is more than fair, all things considered.  Julie did also offer me a good deal on future cleanings at my new house, but I'm too leery after that first experience to take her up on that offer; I'd rather she would have at least given me the $40 tip money back, plus an extra ten bucks to cover the hand soap dispenser.

I will not use Maid2Clean again, and none of my friends will use them, either.

They're awesome. They come every Wednesday. It costs less than $100 a week. We have a contract where they clean certain things certain weeks. I get a full house clean once a month. I get all the main areas cleaned every week. I have referred them to many people and all the people I've referred them to are still using them.

The Maid 2 Clean team was very responsive and during a rush before the holiday season they were able to fit us in. They showed up on time and were out in just over a couple hours. They tackled the house site unseen and asked questions to make sure they did things to our liking. The job included three floors, four and a half baths, hard wood floors and wet bar / half-kitchen.

I purchased a big deal which saved me over $100, which is a great start!  Based on the value of the deal and all the reviews, I decided to give them a try.  They started with a professional estimate, which gave a very thorough breakdown of the work they would do.  I contracted them for 12.5 hours, and despite not being dirty people, they needed every bit of that...because of the level of detail they put into the cleaning.  I've had a service in the past, and they do the basic cleaning and wipe down, but don't get to the level of cleanliness that this team did.  Think things like ceiling fans, baseboards, deep cleaning shower, etc.
Overall, I was very impressed.  The house hasn't looked this good since we moved in, and it smelled great (all pet and children friendly cleaners).  And, with Angie's list, it was affordable!
    HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
