    They showed up on-time and completed the work in a professional manner and gave easy to follow instructions upon completion. The change in the heat and glare was like night and day! We no longer have to suffer through the dog days of summer in the office. It went so well, the office next to ours had theirs done too.     AI bought my car in to Auffenberg Hyundai in O'Fallon IL after receiving two recall notices.  During the process of making those repairs the service rep told me I needed some other work including four new tires and a wheel alignment.  I said to go ahead with the work but I did not want tires since the price he gave me I believed to be unreasonable and I had a coupon for Dobbs that I intended to use.  So I picked up my car on 21 Jan 16 and paid over $428 for repairs included an alignment for which I paid $109.95.  Two days later I bought my car to Dobbs and they put on four new tires and said I needed an alignment.  I said I just got one at Auffenberg Hyudai and they said no way since the front wheels were practically pointing in ward and the car badly needed an alignment. Clearly, Auffenberg Hyudai did not do an alignment.  I had Dobbs provide me a copy of the before and after specs.  It showed the car was badly out of the specified range when I bought it in to Dobbs and they did an alignment (for $89 by the way) and showed me the after specs.

    I've had them out once before and I'm going to call them again, soon as the weather turns a little bit warmer. They were prompt and on time. They did a good job. He was a nice young man who told me what he was going to do and then went about doing it. He cleaned up after himself when he was done. Other than the car being spic and span, you would never know he was there.

John kept me up to date on all stages/phases of my repairs - there haven't been any surprises with Car Doc.

    Called in the morning and they came to my house after work to get the job done.  The technician told what my options were and warned me that there is a remote possibility the windshield could shatter in the process but it didn't.  Took about an hour for the whole process and it looks great.  You will see a small dull area where it is done but you really have to look to see it.

    Quick response to my inquiry and installation was only a few day later.  He explained in detail what the film could do, the difference installation packages, and how he does it.  10year parts and labor guarantee.  A few of my friends used his service so I gave it a try.  He came to my house and set up in the garage and began working at 830am he finished at 1:30pm and was very meticulous in how he did to make sure he got it right.  I went on a trip right after he was done and was very happy with how it protected my new car.  I would highly recommend him.  He has a facebook page and website where you can see his great work.

    Complete Window Tinting
    Appointment made and at scheduled time the car windows were cleaned throughly and the tint film applied. Job was completed at time promised.  I was given a complete review of the application and the care required of the tinted windows.  The car was returned on time and totally clean.  The tint was a good as new when I sold the car in 2012.  I was very satisfied and referred many friends and neighbors the Complete Auto Tinting.   

    Complete Auto Tinting was located at a different location when my car was initially serviced.  I have visited the present location and it is very clean and better suited for this type of service.

    VALVOLINE INSTANT OIL CHANGE
    I was told it would be a few minutes wait time, ended up waiting 15 minutes to just get into bay, then took another 15 minutes to change oil in my vehicle.   I chose "C" for price because actually their price is higher than what I ended up paying.  Their normal basic oil change is a whopping $39.99!  Not long ago, used to get same service done for $19.99!   Fortunately I brought in  a competitor's coupon for $10 off and so that helped get the price down.

    Horrible customer service - incompetent and incapable technicians.  Put my family in UNSAFE driving condition.
    My car was in considerably worse shape after service at O.C. Joseph then before - their technician damaged the car and tried to hide his mistakes.  What should have been a relatively easy fix covered by warranty turned into a nightmare of one service mistake after another - multiple failures on the part of their incompetent staff.  
    Starting with mis-diagnosing the problem, to creatiing additional problems, to breaking components on the car.  
    The ineptitude of their service technician put my family at risk.  Here are some of the technician's buffooneries:
    - failed to tighten the battery cable; resulted in my family being stranded when the battery cable came loose after leaving OCJ
    - destroyed both front struts while putting vehicle on lifts; had to have brand new struts installed (elsewhere of course)
    - failed to tighten oil drain plug; oil leaked out completely and had to get another complete oil change (elsewhere of course)
    - broken hoses which were attempted to be covered up - but found by a competent service technician (elsewhere of course)
    - other broken components in engine as a result of the original work - technician tried to cover this up too
    They openly admitted all mistakes, but only offered to provide me with a very small "in house" service credit only.  Not a chance I would let them get anywhere near my vehicle again.  They should at least attempt to be good at either auto service or customer service - they failed miserably at both.
    Go ANYWHERE ELSE and you'll be much better off - much SAFER too.
