Furniture was removed and replaced on our deck. Our flower beds were covered. The utmost care was taken to avoid damaging our property. ABest Windows IncI can't say enough good things about John. If you research across various review sites you'll see he has nearly 5 star ratings (w/tons of reviews) everywhere. That's due to the high level effort he puts in making sure his customers are happy. He truly cares and that's reflected in his ratings. This year we had round 2 of window installation (11 windows), during the COVID-19 era, I was concerned if their team won be good about wearing masks. Steve and his crew were extremely good about this and whenever I would see them in the house they had full masks on - no noses appearing where they shouldn't be. I was so happy about this and made me feel comfortable and happy I had selected them for the job. Overall, John's prices are fair, he can be relied on and if there's something that's not right (that you have concerns about) he'll address. And the windows perform very well! AThe Real Seal LLCIt is too early to tell if these repairs will solve the problem in the crawl space. When the spring rains come that will be the test. However, I thought the repair specialist explained everything to me honestly and it looked like the repairman did a very good job.- Nancy K.

ABerg Roofing and Home ImprovementsWe needed a large bay window (original to our 50+ year old home) replaced. We were looking to replace it with a picture window and contacted a few companies for bids, but Berg gave the best quote. Also, John pointed out some potential related work that would result from the change. I had thought of these too, but John was the only one who mentioned it to me up front. Which means we didn't have any surprises during installation and Berg's quote was inclusive. John was easy to work with and always responsive. AUlb-Dry Waterproofing IncOur project which was rather complicated went very well. We wanted to move an existing basement window opening and install an egress window. The sales rep, Craig, was responsive and respectful. The crew worked quickly and professionally. But it was Stoyan who was the expert and who really helped us through the multiple steps of this project with a sense of urgency to take advantage of the good weather in December. AWe replaced all the windows on our first and second floors (14 total) with Climate Solutions vinyl windows. The old windows were original construction (70 years old) single-pane windows so our house was drafty even during mild winters. The difference after installation was night and day: cooler in the summer, warmer in the winter, and our utilities bills decreased. Everyone at Scientific Home was extremely professional. They were honest during our initial consultation and reliable when it came time to install. We have an infant in our home, so we were especially concerned about lead exposure, but they couldn't have been more careful about covering our furniture and cleaning when they were done. Around 9 months later the caulk seal around some of the windows had shrunk and began letting in cool air, but Victor offered to come out same day to fix it at no charge. Pricing was fair and competitive. Almost a year later, we're 100% satisfied with the windows and service provided by SH and I'll continue recommending them to everyone I can.

AThe entire process was great and pretty seamless. Next Door and Window completed the job as promised, the work was great and the products they sold us were of high quality. The price for the entire job was higher than we anticipated but we are happy with the end result. The entire installation process was done in one day and the entire area was cleaned up. The doors and materials removed during the installation process was all removed as well.

AJoe and his crew were fantastic! They were all very professional, kind and polite. They came early in the morning and worked until the end of the day each day until completed. Joe (the owner) explained everything he was going to do and the price was great. It was a lot of work to have to build up the areas where the cedar was to be covered and his crew took their time and did everything as if it was their own home.
