    Michael was very timely and professional. He gave me a call 30min prior to arriving and was very efficient in cutting off the hoop and the pole. After removing the cement, he was nice enough to fill the hole with some soil.
    I was definitely refer my friends to him for anything related to basketball poles.

    Classes are varied and challenging. The times are generally convenient. Instructors vary with each class and quality of instructors do fluctuate. some classes, such as Zumba, can get impossibly crowded.

    The first time I walked in a customer rep showed me all around and told me about everything before signing me up. There was free fitness test with a personal trainer who after testing me told me more about the different classes they have. Everyone that works there seems very nice and personable.

    A warranty was purchased for this treadmill for one year. We have had this treadmill for many years, and always had warranty coverage. It has taken four visits to get the job worked on, and it still needs a fifth visit. During this one year warranty, we left the treadmill in one spot, and never used it. Early in the contract, we scheduled Sears to check the machine. One of the handles had a cap missing and the belt had a scraping noise. The technician that arrived was very sullen. The technician checked the machine. He squirted some sort of lubricant/referbishing oil on the belt. This oil stain never went away and was a big blob. The technician did order a part and it was delivered to our house. Several months went by until we contacted Sears to come back and instll the ordered part. The next technician did not seem to be bothered by the oil stain and said it was ok, which I doubt. The scraping noise was still not fixed. This technician said that he needed to order more parts and that the part already ordered was not necessary. This second technician ordered parts that were delivered to the house. We scheduled a third appointment. The same second technician came on the third visit. This time, he said that there were more parts that were broken and that he would not have missed seeing the problem. I told him that this machine has not been used in months, even before he came, and we never moved it. He begrudgingly ordered more parts, which arrived at the house. We scheduled a fourth in home visit for Sears to come and finally fix the machine. A third technician came with a partner. This third technician seemed to be on the ball, but he said that not all of the correct parts had been ordered! This third technician was the most personable of all the technicians. He would answer my questions, the others seemed too irritated to bother answering. The partner on this fourth visit must have been in training or not quite awake, because he just sat there like a bump on a log. So this third technician (fourth visit) ordered parts, which arrived. At the time of this writing, the fifth visit has not occured yet. When a technician is scheduled, you have to wait all day, from 8-5. It is ridiculous. I have waited a week for this inept service.

    It was difficult getting a Sears representative to keep appointments. Two instances of Sears personnel calling me at end of day saying repairman wasn't coming because he was ill and suggesting another time and day? When repairmen finally came everything went A+.

    When I purchased the treadmill I was promised delivery two days later (Friday). Friday morning I received a call saying the delivery needed to be rescheduled. Two delivery dates later (Tuesday and Wednesday), I still had no treadmill. I tried to call delivery to see what had happened. I spoke with a woman in the Philippines and a man in Tempe Arizona, but no satisfaction. The next morning I tried to call the store, but no live human answered the phones even though I tried the department and the manager. I tried customer service. She was also located elsewhere, but suggested trying the jewelry counter as someone is always there. The jewelry counter salesperson got Frankie, the store manager. She was finally able to help me. I had my treadmill three days later, and also a new sales price, $200 less than the original price.

    Good overall. I have not used as much as I would have liked. This equipment is especially useful in the winter when too cold, rainy or snowy to run outside. No problems yet. I've compared this price and features over the past year, and still have not found a better value.

    Facility has recently been renovated. Tons of cardio and weight equipment. Membership is very reasonably priced, considering inclusions. Very clean, open 24-hours, is convenient (even though I never go outside of "normal business hours").
