They did a great job with the repair. Knew exactly what was needed and how to do it. They have done this many times before for other sewer line breaks and replacements. Lucky it was not in the line away from the house and under the driveway which has happened. Home owner is responsible and home owner insurance will not cover you.

M&B's pricing was accurate and fair, including very fair price treatment of work added during the project. Can't say enough positive about the workers themselves - started on time every day, took one brief break each morning and afternoon, plus lunch, were very responsive to our desires and paid great attention to detail with positive cheerful attitude, working mostly 10+ hr days for two weeks, including some weekend days to ensure we made the window for seeding this fall. They also cleaned up very well, not just at the end of the project, but EVERY DAY before leaving. Mike was personally present at the beginning of every work day to instruct the crew and inform us of his plan for the day and expected completion date. Can safely say this was probably the best experience we have had working with a contractor and will definitely go to them again in the future for landscaping and yard maintenance needs.

We were having drainage problems in our yard.  Our sump pump line and downspouts, along with our neighbor's downspouts, were pooling in areas and making our yard pretty swampy in places.  Dave originally recommended a rain garden, but upon speaking with the village engineer, decided that a French drain connecting to the storm sewer would be preferable.  Dave's crew worked hard and efficiently each day, taking care to not leave our yard any more of a mess than was necessary.  They were also very good about fixing lines from the irrigation system that they cut (which we knew was bound to happen).  The true test came with this spring's heavy rains, and the new French drain system worked great.  No more extreme swampiness.  The only disappointment (if I can even call it that) was that Dave was sometimes slow to respond.  However, I understand that running your own business is a lot of work, especially when you're as hands-on as Dave.

AHS did a wonderful job.  They showed up on time, dug a small, deep hole outside of the house and performed all work within a day.  They arranged for all permits, village inspection.
Dan is definitely a master in his profession.  His confidence in diagnosing the problem, his punctuality, his adherence to perfection is unmatched.
Price was extremely fair. Don't hesitate to call AHS.  I'm glad I did.

    Perfect Home Services
The work done was fine, although it was incomplete. It was mainly for my own information. I bought the house a year ago and wanted to know the status on the sewer line, as several neighbors had theirs replaced in the past.  However, I am disappointed that the sewer rodding was not done. At the time of service, I had forgotten that sewer rodding was supposed to be included in the Big Deal. I only discovered it after the fact when reviewing my  emails.
I hired another company to replace the sewer, and so the sewer rodding ended up not being necessary. However, I hope that Perfect Home Services fulfills obligations to future customers.

    U.S. Waterproofing
Had a bunch of estimates because of some cracking in the walls. Everyone else told us it was the house sinking on one end and we needed to put in piers. Chris, however, actually took the time to measure with a laser and a zip level and not only had the house not sunken where everyone else had said, it wasn't nearly as bad as we thought. They recommended getting the water away from the house and having a landscaper regrade the back yard. (It was pitched slightly toward the house.) I appreciated the time and thoughtfulness with which they diagnosed the problem. We still may need piers down the line, but I'll be calling these guys to give me the real answer for sure.

Terrible.  The operator who scheduled the appointments never mentioned a $99 service fee....ever.  The ABC representative came to my home (pretty late) totally unprepared to clean out the exhaust vent.  I refused to pay the service charge.

All Clear Sewer Drainage & Plumbing Inc
Originally called to rod and visually inspect the sewer drain from the in-house clean-out to the street. When they could not reach the street due to the number of turns, they installed an outside clean-out, routed, flushed, and inspected drain to the house and street. Although drain work is messy they did try to minimize the mess and disruption. There is some cleanup and landscaping work left that they do not do. I would not want to go through this again but would call All Clear if it was necessary. Everyone was very professional.

I have had probably at least 7 different companies look at my sewer and they all had the same story, they all said I was going to have to dig my driveway up and replace my sewer.  I just always thought I would just wait as long as possible, and boy am I glad I did.  I really could not believe the process and how easy they made it look. I also could not thank them enough for finally having a worry free holiday. Overall they really are just perfect!

    Desmond Landscape
I got quotes from 5 companies, including plumping and landscaping companies. Desmond was the last one to give me a quote because they postponed twice due to extremely busy summer season, I was not feeling good about this until Don, the owner, showed up and gave me a quote. He is honest, straightforward, and the price is so good. We set up the working day right away. Don showed up on the working day, they dug a trench to place new 4" PVC pipe, then filled with gravel, and put soil and sod back. They even connected one of downspout to drain pipe for free. They cleaned up all debris. They even placed watering hose along the recovered sod, and asked me to water the sod one hour a day, and they got back to collect the hose after ten days. What an excellent job!
