    I've been using Priority Appliance Repair for the last few years and I really like the company. Both Elvis and Steve are great to work with. I trust them to fix what need to be replaced at a fair price. I've tried other companies in the past and were not happy at all. Priority is a professional company that you can trust.. For me that is most important that I pay for what needs to be fixed and not be taken for a ride. This company is good.

    Excellent! My tenant reported that the dryer stopped working. I gave Nick her number and they coordinated a time for the repair. It happened that Nick had an opening that day. The motor went out and Nick was able to replace it. I am very pleased that I did not have to buy a new dryer! I have had Nick out for other repairs and have been pleased every time.

    I explained my washer issue over the phone, owner was very knowledgable and almost knew exactly what was wrong just by my explanation over the phone. He came within an hour and fixed the problem, it took 30 mins, and problem was solved at a very reasonable price!! I would recommend him to everyone for sure!! I think by explaining the make, model #, and explaining exactly what the problem was, he came prepared with right part and ready to fix.

    The service man called ahead the he was on the way, meeting the appointment time he projected the day before. The service professional checked the dryer and found it very clean, with good air flow from the vent. Smell might be an indication that the motor is overheating, i.e., nearing the end of its life. After he confirmed the price of $341. for replacing the motor, we decided to wait and see if the problem continues or gets worse. He indicated that the service call fee would be waived if any service is needed within the next 30 days, i.e., so we would not have to pay it twice.

    The initial visit by the first technician was ok but he misassessed the problem. Parts were ordered and the second visit which was from a more experienced technician finally zeroed in on the problem and he was able to get it running again though we could not adjust the temperatures. The parts that were ordered were returned with no charge. The third and final visit with the correct part fixed the problem. They were professional, punctual and did the job correctly.

    Called Dave on Sat morning. As a nearby business he was able to work me into his schedule. He arrived when he said he would, quickly figured out the problem AND had the right part in his truck. Repair complete. Since the machine was already apart, he took a couple extra minutes to clean some normally hidden parts, too. My wife really liked that. Excellent work!

    After insurance approved the work, plumber came to replace the heater. Choice insurance used MJS Plumbing for the job. Plumber scratched my hardwood floor when bringing tank inside the house. After he finished the job he said I have to pay $185. I never had to pay anything on any repairs thru Choice besides $65 deductible. The plumber didn���t know why I have to pay part of the bill ($665 total). When he called his boss and have me talk with him on the phone, Mike (the boss) told me ���don���t be stingy and pay my guy so he can go home���. He didn���t tell me what the charge was for and I had to contact Choice to find out. Apparently there was a removal fee for the old equipment that Choice doesn���t cover. Nobody contacted me about it and I wasn���t aware about any additional changers I���ll be responsible for before the repairs began.

    Called Dave at around 3:30 am on Saturday and left a message that our refrigerator was leaking water and had stopped cooling. He called back early that same morning and was there soon after. The frig is 20 years old and we did not think it could be fixed. But Dave did it. He had the parts and fixed it that morning. Thank you so much.

    About 3 years ago I had Nick out to repair our refrigerator. He did a great job and I gave him a great review at that time and passed his name along to many. However, this time was very disappointing. I have a Whirlpool Cabrio dryer (barely 3 years old) that was not drying properly, turning off prematurely leaving damp clothes, taking twice as long to dry, etc. I called Nick who told me to run the dryer for a while before he got there, which I did. By the time he arrived the dryer had been going for nearly 3 hours, and he felt heat and said the dryer was fine. He checked our vent, and shortened it, but that was it. I asked him if there was a way to test the machine to see if a part wasn't working properly, and he said it wasn't like a car where you could hook it up for a diagnostic test. Because he shortened the vent, he gave me back the Angie's List coupon for 1/2 off the trip charge and charged the full rate, because he had done some work. He also said there was a discount for cash, but I don't think we received it as it was not noted on the receipt. He also mentioned that my dryer was like the Mercedes Benz of cars, and I don't know if that meant he really didn't how to fix it because it was too new. The next time I went to use the dryer it was worse than before. Then my husband bought a dryer vent cleaning kit, and we cleaned the venting system from the inside and the outside. Didn't get all that much out; dryer still not working properly. My husband took the back off our dryer and found a book for the technician. Apparently you can run a diagnostic on that machine, so I was very disappointed that Nick was not able to help us. We also asked him if he could fix our ice maker on the refrigerator that he had repaired a few years ago, and he said he doesn't fix ice makers. That surprised me. If someone's ice maker broke on their refrigerator and they called him, then he's going to tell you he doesn't fix ice makers? Our refrigerator is 13 years old, so I would have hoped he could at least have helped us with that. This visit was very disappointing. The sad part is that I still don't have a dryer that is working correctly, and I will have no choice but to call in a repair tech from Whirlpool, which will probably cost a small fortune.
