They did not routed it all the way out.  About three weeks later I found out it was additional stoppage in there.  Ihad some issues with them.  The quality was good.  I had to have them to come back.

Things went very well and it did not take long for the service person that came to my home to assess and confirm what was discussed on the phone and if i recall correctly another issue was found and resolved while staying within the price range I had recieved at my initial conversation. I am very pleased .

The plumber (Joe) showed up on time, made the repairs quickly except for the sink faucet. Our house was built in 1936 and I swear the bathroom fixtures date back to that era. In order to fix the faucet, he needed a part. He went to the parts store and returned fairly quickly and finished the job without delay. A few days later the leak started again, but that was due to sentiment not the repair itself. I called Saturday morning and Monday morning Joe returned, cleaned out the faucet and it has been fine since. The toilet was replaced with a smaller and more efficient toilet. Everything works fine and Joe cleaned up in all areas when he was done. Joe was a delight to meet and even though a young man, knew exactly what he was doing. He was amazing!

We were told what time they would arrive and they were on time. 2 guys came to work together. They were professional and polite and worked efficiently. They did not mind us watching them and asking questions as they worked. They explained everything they did and why or what something was needed for or if it was code. They also cleaned up everything when they were done. They were great!! We would definitely hire them again or recommend them to anyone.

It was terrible.  Their price was actually high and there was no guarantee.  They didn't even un-stop my plumbing.  After they got in there, then they wanted to charge me $5,000 to dig up my yard.  So I called another plumber and then it got unplugged.

Less than 90 days later, the pipe is leaking again and has damaged the ceiling again. I contacted Henry to inform him of the problem and I was told that he wouldn't be able to come back over until February 2017 because he was currently working in a job. Afterwards, I desperately asked if he could come over at anytime (morning, noon, evening) because this was an emergency and the water will start causing more problems while continuing to leak. I didn't receive a response at all.

Jason from Trojan Plumbing was a great help when we needed someone to quickly come fix our plumbing problem. We were getting sewage water backing up into our basement every time our ejector pump ran to push it outside. Turned out the sewer pipe was full of tree roots and was causing everything to back up. Jason was very helpful in diagnosing the problem and solving it quickly with little mess. He was very thorough in making sure the problem was solved and extremely polite and helpful when talking about the issue. I would use Trojan Plumbing again in a heartbeat due to the service I received.

I called, got my appointment.   Ryan was right on time.   The office sent me an email with his photo so I could make sure it was him. He wore his "inside" booties to keep the place clean and spent less than an hour clearing the drain.   He was polite, professional and did not leave a spot of residue behind.

Elaine did an excellent job.  She called as she was slightly late - took longer than anticipated to arrive.  She reviewed all the jobs we had first.  She did have to run to Home Depot to get some supplies to replace our faucet.  There were some extra challenges that she explained options, gave recommendations, and asked us how we wanted her to proceed.  There were also some issues to install door since trim had to be adjusted.  Everything was well explained, and done quickly.  We are so happy with the results!  We would have Elaine work on our home again when we use this service for additional work we will do next month.

.Terrible contractor!!  Took him 2 years to get around to doing the kitchen, and then I got far less than expected.  He finally answered our call and agreed to start May 1st, but then delayed because the cabinets weren't ready.  They totally rushed through (once they finally started).  Tore apart our kitchen in one day and threw everything in our garage; left it there - we had to haul it out to the garbage after removing all the nails ourselves - took us a weekend.  That's the last we saw them for over a week.  No appliances, no sink, no kitchen.  As is the norm with this outfit, no pick up on our phone calls or call backs.  Started sending texts to him since the mailbox was always full; most were of them went unanswered by him.  When he did text back, it was one lame excuse after another.
Two weeks later, he began the floor work, and finished laying the tile I bought in two days.  Then the village shut him down.  He failed to pull a permit, and couldn't provide the license/insurance they demanded.  So he stopped working for a couple more weeks.  He made us pay for the permit and for his insurance premium ($390) before he would continue, but was working on another job and made us wait several more weeks.
Cabinets were to have been full overlay - instead he installed junk cabinets - definitely not what we ordered, definitely NOT full overlay.  When we pointed this out to him, he said this was the companies "full overlay".  He lied.  The only full overlay was the pantry.  Doors installed poorly - off by as much as 1/4 inch.  The doors and handles are noticeably off kilter.  Lazy susan cabinet hits side when you try to open it - asked them to fix this as well - they ignored us.
Installation was again delayed weeks, because Robert had also incorrectly measured for the cabinets along the sink wall.  He had to reorder a different size cabinet.  The sink cabinet was to have been centered under the windows like the previous cabinet was, but because his measurements were off, we had to have the sink installed way to the side of the cabinet so the sink would at least center under the windows.
They dented the new appliances we bought pushing them into place; never bothered to mention this damage to us.  The vent for the microwave is misaligned (Mr. Prybyl's measurements were off) so it doesn't vent properly.
After complaining repeatedly about how far away he was from us (he should have just refused the work - I would have been much happier), he demanded another $7,725 on top of  the $6,999 we had already paid through Angie's list 2 years earlier.  He wouldn't leave without payment he demanded.  (This was only the second day they were here for more than 5 to 6 hours).  This was a complete ripoff of an older couple.
They were at our home for a total of less than 10 days; most of the time it was only one person (Robert or his father); the cost of the cabinets was about $6,000 - so we paid this outfit nearly $1,000 a day for 1 1/2 man labor on a terribly done job.
Overall, we were greatly disappointed in this contractor and would warn anyone not to consider using him or his company .
