    I was given a 7 days service window for the pick-up of my vehicles. I received a call from Executive Auto Shippers a few days before the scheduled pick-up . The driver, who was great, called me the day before the pick up to coordinate a time and place to meet. All went well. A friend of mine was receiving the cars for me in Florida, and Randy, the driver kept in communications with him for the delivery which was flawless.

    That required 2 visits. I made an appointment and waited an hour and they said sorry we don't have the part. I had to come back another time. That was not very good attention to detail. For quality the fuel pump you can not see but it works. They tried to get it right. I would use them again.

    I would give them an A on everything. I would use them again. It took a long time for it to get completed, probably about 3 weeks. They went over the detailing and cleaning. Taking it into the workshop so I could see the work in progress and see the work that had been done.

    El Diamante Hand Car Wash & Detailing
    It looks like a brand new car. When I sit down, I actually slide on the leather seat. It's so clean and shiny. It's an ad for a new car. It's $45 for an SUV and they do inside and outside. Cars are a little bit less expensive. It's a brand new spotless car. They all work together and I don't know if it's a family, but it just has that small family business feel.

    Absolutely impeccable work and professionalism. The staff is very knowledgeable and courteous. I would consider this place a "hidden gem" in St. Charles. There really is no place that offers this level of work in this area!

    Quality Window Tinting
    The window tinting was installed in July of 2014. Late last year, the tint began to peel from the driver's side window. I have attempted to reach out (via phone and web site messages) to Greg from this company for months. He has not contacted me directly, only replied to an unfavorable Yelp review where he indicated that his products come with a lifetime warranty, he was sorry that he missed my calls, and to provide my number to him again.
    After his message on Yelp, I proceeded to again attempt to contact him via his phone and through his website; both communication attempts again went unanswered.
    I'll be taking my business elsewhere and also following this up with whatever legal options are available to me.

    I have worked with Kent and his team since I bought my '05 996 Turbo, and I have experienced nothing but fantastic service. Not only did I have them go over the car from top to bottom when I first got the car in 2011, but they have continued to give me great service and advice.

    They found a few small things when I first brought it to them which they fixed at for a very reasonable price. I recently brought the car to them to prepare for sale, including an automatic spoiler which was working intermittently and from all I had read I was expecting a nasty bill. Instead of taking advantage of a novice Porsche owner and replacing the actuators to the tune of $1,500, they found that the culprit was the $25 relay which they ordered from the east coast and had installed in 2 days. They also noticed that the inside of the rear tires were beginning to show sign of serious wear ( I guess I've been at it to hard lately), and was able to negotiate a great price to put new rubber on all corners.

    I like the fact that when they have my car overnight, they keep it inside to ensure that it is safe and sound from the elements as well as the potential bad elements.

    When I buy another import, I will go directly to Euroquipe for everything including the pre-purchase. In the small world or exotic imports, things can get pricey in a hurry, and I trust Kent and his crew to give solid advice, quality work, and reasonable prices.

    St. Charles Chrysler Jeep
    The car is under warranty. If you own a Chrysler Jeep product, it's the only place to go. I bought it because the general manager was a wonderful and cooperative person who would do anything. The time I purchased the car, he was terminated and a new GM was put in place. The difference is night and day. It went from a customer-friendly person to an a**hole. Changing the management on the sales level has been a nightmare. I went out and did my own competitive shopping and created a deal at a much lower price.

    Mercedes-Benz of St. Charles

    They are decent, I mean they are competent. They provide good service when you need it. It is a dealership. The brake light service was a two minute thing but, if you don't know, you don't know. They don't charge for stuff like that. I think they provide a good service. I think it is useful and informative people, particularly women, need information on a wide category of services. They are excellent, courteous and informative. They do their job and they do it well.

    Dave, the owner of AAA Glass Tint, is friendly, professional, and honest. He is a delight to work with and is focused on doing a quality job with assurances that the customer is happy with the result. He's very fussy. I'd highly recommend him.
