    Patrick Dealer Group
That required 2 visits. I made an appointment and waited an hour and they said sorry we don't have the part. I had to come back another time. That was not very good attention to detail. For quality the fuel pump you can not see but it works. They tried to get it right. I would use them again.

I would give them an A on everything. I would use them again. It took a long time for it to get completed, probably about 3 weeks. They went over the detailing and cleaning. Taking it into the workshop so I could see the work in progress and see the work that had been done.

    Quality Window Tinting
The window tinting was installed in July of 2014. Late last year, the tint began to peel from the driver's side window. I have attempted to reach out (via phone and web site messages) to Greg from this company for months. He has not contacted me directly, only replied to an unfavorable Yelp review where he indicated that his products come with a lifetime warranty, he was sorry that he missed my calls, and to provide my number to him again.
After his message on Yelp, I proceeded to again attempt to contact him via his phone and through his website; both communication attempts again went unanswered.
I'll be taking my business elsewhere and also following this up with whatever legal options are available to me.

I have worked with Kent and his team since I bought my '05 996 Turbo, and I have experienced nothing but fantastic service. Not only did I have them go over the car from top to bottom when I first got the car in 2011, but they have continued to give me great service and advice.

They found a few small things when I first brought it to them which they fixed at for a very reasonable price. I recently brought the car to them to prepare for sale, including an automatic spoiler which was working intermittently and from all I had read I was expecting a nasty bill. Instead of taking advantage of a novice Porsche owner and replacing the actuators to the tune of $1,500, they found that the culprit was the $25 relay which they ordered from the east coast and had installed in 2 days. They also noticed that the inside of the rear tires were beginning to show sign of serious wear ( I guess I've been at it to hard lately), and was able to negotiate a great price to put new rubber on all corners.

I like the fact that when they have my car overnight, they keep it inside to ensure that it is safe and sound from the elements as well as the potential bad elements.

When I buy another import, I will go directly to Euroquipe for everything including the pre-purchase. In the small world or exotic imports, things can get pricey in a hurry, and I trust Kent and his crew to give solid advice, quality work, and reasonable prices.

    Mercedes-Benz of St. Charles

They are decent, I mean they are competent. They provide good service when you need it. It is a dealership. The brake light service was a two minute thing but, if you don't know, you don't know. They don't charge for stuff like that. I think they provide a good service. I think it is useful and informative people, particularly women, need information on a wide category of services. They are excellent, courteous and informative. They do their job and they do it well.

    Elgin Hyundai
The auto company is my dealership and one of the dealerships that I have used is Elgin Hyundai. The staff is professional and friendly. To a friend or a family member, I would say that this dealership is a trustworthy service center.

had a nail in my tire.  Was told it went through so they couldn't plug it.  Said I would need 4 new tires for $800 plus.
Went to a place on Rte 64 in St. Charles near the old dairy queen and they looked at it, said the nail did NOT go through, pulled out the nail, plugged it and didn't charge me a thing.

    Fox Valley Volkswagen Schaumburg
Jim Finch, my service advisor is the reason I travel to Schaumburg Volkswagon.  He is excellent in customer service, explaining difficult and unexpected service requirements, and ensures that everything possible is done to save money.  As an example to others in his role, he is leader-of-the-year at Fox Valley Volkswagon in Schaumburg.

Car was taken in at appointment time.  I went for a walk and left cell number.  Was called to inform me of axle difficulty and two recommended ways to proceed.  Told I could add about 1 hour to expected finish time or make another appointment.  Also offered a loaner auto if I wanted the work done and could not wait.  Work was finished in about 45 minutes.

    Batavia Avenue Mobil
We were told that the gasket on our Subaru was busted and that we needed our engine rebuilt by another mechanic at the cost of $6K. Batavia Mobile gave me an over the phone estimate of replacing the gasket for under $3K and reassured us that they had done this type of work before on a Subaru, which the owner got another 100K miles out of. While they did the labor they also replaced the timing belt saving us 1K in future labor costs when that would eventually need to be done. Batavia Mobile was recommended to us and we would also recommend them to others. We also take our Toyota Highlander there.
