I first brought my puppy to Shag Bark for Puppy Preschool and then she moved on to the Puppy Good Neighbor class. My husband and I found these classes very informative and our puppy, Luna, responded very well under the instruction of Cathi (the trainer). We plan on bringing Luna back for the Canine Good Neighbor and Canine Better Neighbor classes. We are also taking another dog, Murphy, to a nose work class under the instruction of Cathi. I will admit, I didn't think Murphy was getting the hang of what he was supposed to do and didn't think it was for him, but Cathi assured us that the skills will come. And do you know what? They have and Murphy is going to be going to his first Odor Recognition Test soon! If you love your dog and want to establish a closer bond with them, I highly recommend Shag Bark for training. Each week we look forward to our classes and seeing each of our dogs learn new skills.

Zack, was amazing! My dog had never been happier since Zack started walking him. Zack is very kind, and spoils my dog a lot (even though he gets spoiled a lot haha). I trust him with my dog and can tell that he really likes him. Now everyday he jumps up and down seeing Zack at the door.

They did very good. I just like going back there. I have had him at a couple other places previous to that and I wasn’t as happy with it. They do a very good job. The thing that is nice there is that they also have a day care. You can leave them for a half day at the day care for a lesser amount like $15. Then they take them and do the grooming last before you go and pick them up. It’s kind of nice.

I have told others about them. They do temperament checks. They have a whole process like a quote/unquote interview that he had to go in. They make sure to put him in with another little dog so that they would interact okay. He is a mild little guy, so it was fine. They group the dogs by size, so they have one area for the smaller dogs and one for the larger dogs. They make sure, they don’t take just everybody.

Snaggle Foot takes great care of my dogs.  Whether it's a walk, a play session in the yard, or a long vacation stay, I trust Laurie, Valerie and the whole team at Snaggle Foot.  They have an online scheduling system that Laurie seems to monitor 24/7 so you are never left wondering what the status is of your request.  The dog walkers are professional and loving and can be trusted with your pets and your home.

They were kind and considerate. They were empathic. I even sent them a letter letting them know how much I appreciated their time. It was a sad situation and they made it bearable. I then received a card from them too. I wished I could give them an A++.

It cost us $180 for a checkup for three animals. It has all been positives. There are no negatives at all. They're just really good down-to-earth people. They provide good customer service. They treat your animals like you treat your own pets. So, you can tell that they definitely love their work. They care about your animals as much as you do. The animals like being there. Our of one cats is allergic to all their shots. So he doesn't like it. They basically have to give him anti-allergic shots and regular shots all at once. So, he is not happy. We actually moved 20 miles away from there and we still take our animals back there just because we like them so much.

Dr. Hafiz is OUTSTANDING!He is excellent and caring and most of all not too expensive!
We are repeat customers who chose RL animal care over the others in the area.
The front desk vet assistance ( all of them) are extremely knowledgable and friendly.

Laurie and her team take wonderful care of our dog. Loki loves his sitter Olivia! They are amazingly flexible and accommodating with changing schedules and needs. Olivia makes sure Loki has a great mid day break and is always conscious of the weather conditions to make sure he gets as much exercise as possible while being safe. They do a great job and are truly reliable.

I had received a post for Snagglefoot. Having recently just gotten a dog again after 5 years i didn't know where to turn since sitters had been scarce 5 years earlier in my area. I contacted Laurie and Snagglefoot thru the website. Laurie had gotten back to me and we made an appointment with her and the sitter for a consultation. My pup, Leo-Nee, was happy to meet them at the consult and appeared the feeling was mutual. While here for the consult both Laurie and the sitter, Jacquie sat on the floor and played with her.
We received a discount with the postcard as well as for being a new customer, which was nice.
There was an upcharge for holiday service but nothing outrageous. For the 3 full days and 2 partial days, the bill was very reasonable. Our mail was brought in, lights cycled on and off and best of all, Leo-Nee was taken care and got long walks.
I got texts message with each visit along with a note of walks/runs, what bodily functions took place and time in and out.
I used them a second time for a mid-day walk when I knew I had to be at work late.
I will definitely use Laurie and Snagglefoot again!!
