I called Alejandres tree service at 9:00 am on Sunday Feb. 24 2019. I saw he has 24 hour emergency service. This is the day we had those horrible winds, I looked out my bathroom window and saw I had a dead limb hanging by a thread. I knew it had to come down right away or come crashing through my windows. He said he would be over but had to call his crew and get the equipment. He showed up, the limb was cut and what a relief. I am grateful he was able to come out on a Sunday morning to help me. Thank you Alejandres Tree Service!

I specifically wanted an Arborist instead just a guy with a chainsaw because I had a 25yr old Amur maple with a large trunk that was splitting at a weak fork, and needed to know if the tree could be saved. It otherwise would eventually break apart in a wind or ice storm. Adam, the Arborist, made no promises but thought by removing large branches to lighten the load on the affected trunk plus bolting the split together we might get a fair number more years out of the tree. Adam did seem knowledgeable about trees and their problems, he knew what lifespans could be expected from them, and if I decided it wasn't worth to save the maple what choices I had to replace it. Based on his advice I thought it was worth the attempt to save it. While discussing the maple, Adam noticed that my Serviceberry wasn't entirely a serviceberry. A large buckthorn had inserted itself into the center and grown intertwined with the serviceberry . It took some patient work but they got it all removed but for the bottom-most parts of the trunk(s) which were too close to the serviceberry trunks. They treated the buckthorn stump with a herbicide. I'll find out in Spring if that worked. Excellent job on the cleanup, I had nothing to do afterwards. On the scheduled day of the work, the crew chef (Adam) got sick; the company replaced him with a substitute with no problem, they were here on time and understood what to do without me needing to explain it all over again. Would definitely go to them for tree work again.

This is the second time we have used the services of Alejandre's Tree Service and I'm convinced they are the best in the business. They are on time. They are professional and knowledgeable. They clean everything up like they were never there and there prices are excellent. They arrive on time, do the job, clean up and go. I will recommend this tree service to everyone. Great job guys. We really appreciate your great work.

My previous review was a mistake. It was meant for the company that actually responded and performed the service. Rivas said they would come give me an estimate but after 10 days of never hearing anything back from them, I went with another company.

Leo consulted with us the work to be done and provided suggestions and estimates. The day of work he came in on time with his crew ready to tackle the job. They really paid attention to details. When the job was completed he walked through everything that was done to ensure our satisfaction.

This is to update my earlier review with E&E Mowers. My final text message dated November 4, 2017 should be clear on how I felt about our business relationship. "E***, this is your notice to not come back. Please don't bother to write or call. You have not been reliable throughout most of this year and I don't care to hear another excuse. Since I posted a comment earlier this year on Angie's List about you I will be updating it to reflect the current situation since my reputation is on the line. I had hoped this would work out but for whatever reasons it hasn't, but not showing up yesterday was your last chance with me." After not showing up again as promised I decided that was enough for me. When he did the work it was well done but I couldn't count on him to come as promised.

Rob was very accommodating when necessary and the whisper quiet electric lawn mowing was a great benefit. I wish everyone in the neighborhood used such equipment. Lawn care was dependably performed as scheduled and always looked great.

To Start: When discussing the project in detail, owner refused to write details of project on paper. I asked him 3 times in the course of 1 hour to write because we have a lot. His response was, "I've been doing this a very long time, I will remember." Project was promised to be completed while we where away. After arriving, landscaping project was only barely started so I called and the owner said they have to come back to finish. Came back for 3 hours to work, with promise to come back later that weekend, Waited till next week when they showed up, I brought up the fact that things are not started. Owner asking for more money for dirt, $1200 to be exact. When I questioned him, he hold me he miscalculated the quote. At this point I told him, I'm not paying anymore than I already have and I'm expecting my project completed. I asked him how does he misquote after I ask 3 times to write, AND he a professional thats been doing this a long time. He tried to argue with me on how I need to pay him so he can pay his guys and how I'm rude not to. Needless to say, he packed up his gear and his guys and left my property without completing a project that they received their payment for. This guy will SCAM you! BTW: During one of our meetings, he received a call from another very upset client, that I overheard screaming at him for inferior workmanship. I will provide pics of his crappy and dangerous work once downloaded. Yes - Dangerous, he left large nails sticking out of non-pressure treated wood that he used.

Eddy arrived at 7:00 am and began to work. They were very careful of hinging wires and cables as well as existing structures. All work was done in three and half hours. They cleaned up all small branches and sawdust before leaving. Overall Eddy and his crew were fantastic and I would hire them again. Gary Giles

Their chipper truck's axle broke, they drove down the road like that until swerving off the road when the tire flew off and hit my car, which was parked in a driveway. It turns out, that this company has no insurance on their chippers, only the trucks that they drive (this could be bad luck if there are any accidents on site with the wood chipper). I contacted the police when I found out, while they tried to leave and their manager told them to NOT provide me any insurance information. The company filed the police report under a false name. Once that was sorted, I did everything requested (getting estimates from 3 places) and they are still refusing to pay for the damages. Please understand that this company does NOT have appropriate insurance and that if something happens while they are on a job, they are potentially NOT liable.
