The owner came to go over all the things we needed done and provided an estimate when he said he would. The handyman who completed all the projects, Gary, paid attention to details and did them with quality. I would hire them again for any future projects!

Exccellent. Radek (owner) called when he said he would call and showed when he said he woul show, The job sarted and ended when he said they would and came in on budget. These may seem like simple thihgs to do, but after 30 years of building and re-modeling, it's unusual to find a contractor that meets all those criteria. He accomdated "add ons" readily . Radek is very transparent - what you see is what you get. No "suruprises" in the work or the pricing. He'll make helpful suggestions and suggest ways to save money if he thinks you are going overkill, but in the end, will do what you want. We have honest conversations and I feel like he's looking out for my best interest - not something you get with many contractors. He may not be the cheapest, but he's certainly not the most expensive. He's the best value. Radek is my first "go to" when we have a building or remodeling project.

Bill did a good job working with me prior to the work via email to provide information on the different models and optional door controls.
Installed a new  LiftMaster 1.5 HP 8355 belt drive in place of existing old chain drive.  Installed new wiring and electric eyes.   Installed optional door control panel with movement sensor in place of the manf provided std unit.
Adjusted spacing btwn two of the door panels to eliminate a gap/air leak.
It's been 3 mths since the work was done and no problems with the door, its operation or adjustment.

Contacted them based on other outstanding reviews where the exact same service was needed.  Initial phone call was very informative, giving pricing for door fix and replacement.
A second call to schedule went as planned.  We were a bit out of there service area for a call like this, so paid an extra $25 dollars.  Worth every bit.
Mike showed up, pulled the door out, fixed, replaced, aligned, and the door performs much better now.  We discussed replacing, and Mike suggested using the door at least through next summer.  Even with wheel replacement, the door is probably approaching the end of it's lifetime, so we'll definitely be calling back when it's time for replacement.
Excellent service, great price, highly recommended.

He did a really nice job and completed all of the repairs that we asked.  When we discovered that the new doorbell button that he installed, he did not include the diode back onto the new one.  Now the electronic door bell chime is not working.  When reaching out to the company for assistance to fix this, we have not received a response.
Overall, we knocked out a few things on our to do list, but would probably not use this service again due to the lack of response for our inquiry.

The guys were very responsive, professional, and did quality work.  Dave and his assistant were so nice and funny...it was a pleasure talking with them.  They did a spectacular job.  I was thoroughly impressed and would do business again with them any time.

In 2011, we had our roof, skylights, roof vents, siding, sliding patio door and gutters replaced by Countryside. They did an excellent job. Every targeted date and completion date were spot on and the salesman came by every step of the way to make sure that everything was running on schedule. They also gave us an excellent price. Because of our past experience we went back to them to have this work done. We were told that it would take 2-3 weeks to get the windows from the date of order. Once the windows are delivered, it would take 1-2 days to install them. And another 1-2 days to install the Hardie Boards once the windows are installed. I told the salesman that they could store the materials in my garage since it would be for a short time. We signed the agreement on 7/21/2014. The windows were delivered on 9/18/2014 and installed during the 1st week in October, taking 2 days. A few weeks later, I called the office to find out if someone had to come out and measure the sizes needed for the Bay window Hardie Boards. I was told that they knew the sizes and in a week or so, they would start the work. The Hardie Boards were delivered and the workers showed up and proceeded to remove the old wood. When they checked the Hardie Boards, they found out that they were the wrong sizes. The correct size boards would have to be ordered and would take a few weeks to get them because they were not stock sizes. Finally the correct boards were delivered around Thanksgiving and now the cold and snow had set in, so outside work days were limited. Finally, on 3/16/2015 the job was finished. It took 6 months to complete an estimated 4 days of work. 4 1/2 months just for the bay window work. The carpenter told me that if the office would have had him look at the bay window work and do the measuring it would have been a minimum of 5-6 days work not 1-2. Over 50% of the time I never knew when the workers were going to show up. It's a good thing that I'm semi retired and my wife is retired  so one of us was always home to let them into the garage to get the needed materials or they would have wasted a trip.

I'm still waiting for the window warranty information which was due at time of final payment.

I'm not sure if Countryside took this job lightly because it was only a $9,100.00 job or that it was only suppose to take up to 4 days.

There are 2 plus's that I will say about Countryside, (1) the actual workers do good work and (2) Countryside did reduce my bill for the inconvenience of not being able to park my car in the garage for 4 1/2 months because they stored materials in it.

I would highly recommend Jim and his team for all of your household repairs. He was very thorough, explained what he was doing, and why and suggested other items no previously discussed.
Jim and team exceeded my expectations. We exchanged emails and text messages prior to the job where I included pics of the items needing repairing and the new replacement items.  I think this helped out greatly, because Jim was very prepared for all of repairs that was required. My front screen door was haphazardly installed by a inept installer and I explained to Jim that it appeared to be falling off the hinge as well as having some gaps in the door.  Jim brought additional brackets that he thought would fit and it was a perfect choice. He replaced and repaired the bracket, and adjusted the bottom kick plate to remove the draft.
My sink faucet had been broken for a number of years, with an overabundance of caulk and a faucet that was immovable and broken. Jim was able to remove all of the excessive caulk and replace the faucet with a new one, I'd purchased and it now looks and operates amazingly well.  It's interesting that I'll now have to get used to a working faucet, since he replaced it with a new one.
My shower hardware needed replacing, which was done in addition to the toilets being repaired.
I will definitely be adding Jim to the list of who to call when I have any home repairs. He was very polite, courteous, professional and even identified a shaky banister that I hadn't mentioned that they noticed and repaired.  Highly recommended!

They did most of the work but then started to complain because they didnt have enough money. I agreed on their initial bid, and didnt try to haggle down the price. They began to take a lot longer for the work, and after finally giving in to pay more, they came back once and have never been back. I was very flexible for their work schedule, and they were impossible to work with. I feel that they have completely betrayed my trust, and have proven to be a fly by night kind of company.

I also felt that I had to watch them the entire time to make sure they did the work that I needed done.
