    Excellent. He knew exactly what was wrong. He needed to order parts. Unfortunately our washer required certain parts that were not in stock so he looked everywhere to get the appropriate parts which took about two weeks but he did the job and the washer looks brand new. As of now I have no issues. I would prefer to have him than anyone else.

    We hired a less qualified contractor initially. Boy did things change when these guys showed up! Jason, Andrew and Ray immediately took control of the situation and went about not only finishing the job promptly but also gave us several suggestions on how to improve and streamline the project. I would be remiss in this review if I did not mention that they corrected several mistakes from the previous contractor some of which could have been disastrous. If you need work done at your business you would do well to consider these gentlemen. In addition to meeting/exceeding our expectations they worked well with our project manager, plumber and flooring contractor

    They were awesome. Came in accessed the situation in a matter of 20 mins. Came back a couple of days later with parts put it in and was on his way. both repairs cost approx. 200 bucks. they were honest and efficient.

    They��took care of the problem.The issue was the age of the generator.They came out, and they fixed it and they replaced whatever part needed to be replaced at that time with no charge so they did a good job.

    The first worker showed up and stated the job would cost $1,800.00. The cost was excessive so he continued to talk through the process. He described the process taking no more than an hour and requiring no materials. At that point I told the worker there is no way for me to pay that much for the job. The worker then went back to his truck and said he would call his manager. The manager could not come back with a price better than $1,200.00. Then a second worker showed up to try to convince me the job was correctly quoted. The worker spent time calling the gas company directly and after speaking with them claimed that the line needed a pressurization test after the repair. At the same time the worker was calling the gas company I personally called the gas company to verify what they required. All the gas company required to turn my gas back on was for me to call the gas company and inform them that the repair was complete, no need for a pressure test. At this point I asked that both workers leave since the price was extremely high and their story did not match with what the gas company told me directly. In the end I had to pay $49.00 for the immediate service call which was communicated to me on the phone and would be used towards the cost of the repair. I figured they would be performing the repair, so no big deal. The next day I was able to have licensed union plumbers complete the job for $120.00 (one hundred and twenty dollars). The gas company came out after the repair, verified all systems were functional and that the leak was gone. I feel like this company tried to take advantage of the situation and wish they would refund my $49.00 for wasting my time.

    Had to wait on the contractors. Nature of the game. We understand. But the contractors were very good at their job and professional. All we paid was a deductible of $75.00. The majority of the work was guaranteed depending on the contractor and what part needed replacing. We got our choice of who we wanted to come out to the house which was a good feeling. The one thing we were not too happy about was how the deductible kept going up every year and the cost of the coverage as well. If AHS would keep their rates down, we'd still be with them today.

    I paid $50 for a diagnostic visit by Appliance Alliance.  After purchasing through Angie's List I called them to schedule a visit to my rental unit.  I spoke with there receptionist who stated that their repair guy would diagnose the problem and give me a call with the problem and to approve repair.  If I accept the $50 would be credited towards the repair.  
    Unfortunately their repairman came to the unit and repaired the GE fridge fan motor (~$50) part and merely left a voicemail stating that the job was complete and the total was $280. I was not called with a diagnoses and I never gave approval for a repair.  If Appliance Alliance had followed through with diagnosing the problem and contacting me for approval I wouldn't have approved this repair.  Total scam.  I have called 10 times over the past two weeks to get a receipt.  Each time a new promise of "by the end of the business day".  As of this review I still have not received a receipt.  I don't believe they honored my $50 diagnostic service I purchased through Angie's List.

    It went fine. I was happy. They gave me honest advice on whether my wash machine was worth paying the money to save. my washer is not worth saving. Even though I did not have it fixed, I appreciate the honest advice I received. I would call Appliance Alliance again.
