BADT Authorized Premier Providerorder the system from their website, which was to include a Kindle Fire as a promotion for all subscribers. They called to confirm my order that day and the system arrived within a few days. I called to have someone do the installation as other matters would impact my ability to use ladders at the time for a few of the sensors. An installer showed up within a few days, and am glad he arrived as some of the door and window sensors had trouble immediately finding the console. I am pleased for the most part even though a few sensors as well as the camera needed to be replaced when they suddenly stopped working. Technical support spent considerable time with me on the phone trying to get the camera to reconnect without success. I cannot say enough good things about their professionalism and patience trying to get something that is wrong to work again. They are more than willing to send a replacement with a return order number for credit. However, I remain disappointed that the Kindle Fire that was touted in the promotion was never sent. I called to inquire why that was and never received an answer other than they would check on the matter and never contacted me about it again. Granted, I certainly was not placing an order because of a Kindle Fire but instead because of the review about the company and its products-nevertheless, the disappointment remains. Since my home has been a target for home invasion, and my attic has been compromised, I feel much more secure with the alarm service--even if I accidently set it off when I put out the dog because I forgot to turn it off first. Great product, great service, with an occassional misstep is no reason to trash any company. I am glad to have LifeShield.- Patricia M.

AProtech Security Co.Everything was planned ahead (description of work, quote, parts, schedule). This was done very well by Patrick Serwicki. The service was above excellent. I have done a lot of research looking for a good security system. I have in return received pushy salesman trying to sell outrageously overpriced alarm 'specials'. I was refereed to Protech from a coworker of mine. I was impressed with the first call that i made with Patrick. The attention to detail and level of professionalism was met above and beyond my expectations. Everything from information, price, schedule and installation was completed efficiently. Upon completion, the installers gave me a demo of my alarm system, had everything set up for me and my wife (very easy to use!). The cameras installed outside my property have clearer image than I expected. Thank you to Patrick and the service technicians for an outstanding service from day 1. AADT Security Services, IncOur daughter told me about Brinks. They work with you and do a payment plan and I like that. I could not tell you who on earth they compete with, but I can tell you that they're really good at what they do. I chose Protect Your Home - ADT Authorized Premier Provider because it's the same security system that my boss at work has been using for many years at his house. Alarm panel is easy to navigate, super nice touchscreen. We also opted for a doorbell with camera feature. Helps us keep an eye on delivers and any uninvited guests. FShortly after we ordered the system we changed our mind. The company said they would refund the money but never did. We disputed the charge but was denied from the credit card company even though SimpliSafe could not produce an invoice or any price they sent the system to us. This company is untrustworthy and does not deserve your business. Please save your time and money and use someone else. Just an update. They did return the money they originally refused to refund when we went through the credit card company. I can’t change the grade I have them because the only reason they issued the refund was to protect their standing on Angie’s list.
