AElite Seamless Gutters, Inc.It went great! They were here about 2.5 weeks with multi crews. They cleaned up great, and the follow up on the smaller details was great! The absolute best thing I loved was I only had to deal with 1 contractor! No coordination between multi contractors saved me alot of time and coordination! John kept me well informed throughout the project, the crews were very respectful of my stuff that they had to work around, and most importantly they did everything they said they would do, no over promising! AAnytime RestorationJoe and his team where fantastic. They first off had better pricing than 6 other contractors and this was a big, multifaceted job that required a lot of different skill sets to have and Joe's team had them, they replace the back wall, securely in a two story building, cleanup mold damage in the walls, did plumbing (and found leaks that were causing more mold. They built a new porch and leveled out a sloping sunroom floor, repaired roofing and made it so the major problem won't happen again 😃. The were respectful to the property, inside and our. Really just all around great and Joe really cares about the work his crew doing, you see that when he will redo something that is not up to his high standards. AForest City DoorMy wife wasn’t able to get her car inside the garage with a new baby in the middle of winter. Not a good situation. Jason came out and fixed what ended up being a broken spring and while he was there, did a bunch of additional work that needed to be done (loose tracks, roller lubrication, resetting the stop) and took all the stress out of an otherwise very stressful situation. He was very expedient, knowledgeable of the problem, and provided outstanding customer service. He even called the next day and checked in to make sure it was still working properly and that there were no issues. This business defines quality customer service. You owe it to yourself to invest in people like Jason. They are hard to find and worth every penny.- John R.

FThey won’t come back and finish the job, it didn’t turn out correctly and they won’t fix it. I was stupid and already paid them so now my only recourse is to take them to court. Roger assured me that he’d come back and take care if everything but once I paid him, he’s never returned. He went on and on about how he takes pride in customer service but he won’t even return my calls or texts. Patio is only 2 years old and already has cracks in two places as well. The stamps didn’t turn out correctly, there is a place with missing concrete, there is an extra ridge on one side that was supposed to cut off, one of the pillars was done differently than the other one and the one the one with spacers never had the spacers removed. I’ve called and texted and Roger just ignores me. When I realized things that were wrong with my stamped concrete, Roger’s initial response was that he knew parts didn’t turn out but he doesn’t know how to fix it. Very disappointed with the work and service. I e been calling him and texting him for two years (most recently Nov 2020) and he ignores me.

Athe completed job looks great totally satisfied with the end result! but just one minor complaint and as far as contractors go this is minor. when i was given the quote the guy who gave the quote was not 100% sure the size and color of materials needed was in stock at the supply house and supply house was closed that day so he could not call and ask but he said he thought they would be in stock. ended up not being in stock and they had trouble getting the materials. no one called to inform me of this situation a simple voicemail would have been nice i had to call them after the given timeline for install had passed. lucky we had an unusually warm winter so far with no snow or i would have been waiting till spring. they did a great job on the install looks great. but i had to ding them on responsiveness for not picking up a phone when the materials thing went squirrely. they were not the cheapest quote i got but they are a local company been around a long time and offered a 10 year warranty and I have no doubt they will still be around in 10 years if i need it.
