  • She was seen immediately. Tests were done right away.
The hospital took good care of her. All her needs were met. Tests were preformed quickly. Results were quick.
    The doctors were excellent.
She needed surgery That was  performed a day after diagnosis.
That was done by a thoracic surgeon.
She was in the hospital for 2 weeks. During that time the doctors and nurses were great.
She goes back every 6 months for exams and tests with Dr. Dilling, The labs ans technicians are great too,
and results are sent right up to the doctor.

  • This appointment, like all my previous appointments, went really well.
The way Dr. Sheri really excels is in taking the time to listen and respond to a patient's concerns. I highly recommend her for anyone who (like me several years ago) would be getting their first pair of hearing aids. She's particularly good with those who need a little more hand-holding and emotional support, which I believe (though I cannot attest as to first-hand experience) would include elderly or memory-impaired patients. New hearing aids (unlike most new pairs of eyeglasses) typically need some tweaking to the settings as the wearer's brain adjusts to the new sounds, and Dr. Sheri will take the time to get this right. Some other aids suppliers seem more concerned with making sales than providing this level of service before and after dispensing new hearing aids.
You may find a lower price (not necessarily--you just *may* find a lower price), but you won't find a better value.

  • He is really excellent. It takes a while when I am sitting there to get in but he always gives me plenty of time to go over everything that needs to be discussed. He is an extremely thorough and knowledgeable cardiologist. The staff is very good. I trust him with my life.

  • Dr. Grace is an amazing surgeon. For the first one, I was operated on in the morning and was sitting in a chair on a work conference call by 1 pm. I had so little pain that I took only one pain pill. Same was true for the second operation. (however, I'm sure everyone is different in the pain department). The surgery worked very well; I was figure skating and walking by the Fall. Because I didn't do both feet at once, I was able to navigate relatively soon and could still function with a boot after a couple weeks (and with a wheelie device the first 2 weeks so I didn't have to put any weight on the one foot). I would definitely recommend Dr. Grace. My feet look and feel so much better. . . maybe I will be wearing Louboutin's some day (if only I could afford them!)

  • I like Dr. Freint alot. I've seen him on an off for a number of years. He seems very knowledgeable and is sincere.
My only issue is that once or twice, I've had an acute problem and they were unable to and quot;squeezeand quot; me in. I had to got to an acute care
clinic instead. I've found from experience, that only a true ENT can properly treat some of these things, even though they may be considered and quot;routineand quot; my many MD's. I will return to this practice when the need arises.

  • I was out of state when I started having symptoms. I went to the ER there for preliminary testing and was told to see a cardiologist as soon as I returned home. When I tried making appointments with cardiologists, I found that I wasn't able to get an appointment for at least a couple of weeks. However, when I informed my primary care physician, she was able to get me in to see Dr. Salti in just a couple of days. Dr. Salti ordered extensive testing, waited for the test results while I was still there, and thoroughly explained everything to me that the tests revealed. I couldn't have been more pleased with his compassion and knowledge.

  • He is a very good doctor and well known in this area. His bedside manner is fantastic. He really takes the time to answer all of questions and doesn't rush you out the door. I appreciate the fact that he uses terminology that I can understand.

  • I'd gone to him for a number of years. He was nice enough to me. He's a good doctor. We never seemed to be on the same page. When I was going to him, he didn't know why I was there. I do expect a doctor to at least pick up my chart and take a look at it to know why I'm there. If I go to him for a follow up, he wouldn't know why. He would say that he would want me to do an echo and I would tell him that I just had one 2 weeks ago. I knew that he wouldn't have written or read my report. It's a large cardiology group. I don't know who was reading them, but I feel someone was reading them. When I had some blood work done, my general practitioner was the one who said that we need to check such and such. When I brought it up to him he said that it seemed to be a good idea. My general practitioner was catching things and my cardiologist wasn't. Every time I used to walk out of his office I used to wonder what this guy was doing. He didn't know why I was there. He would ask what I thought would be stupid. I had thought that he was very good. I had an issue once and I had called him. He called me directly and I told him that I was supposed to see him the next day and told him that if he was busy, I wouldn't be able to get in to see him until next week. He asked me go in at 8'O clock in the morning and he would get me right in. When it's an emergency situation, he's right on the spot and if it's not an emergency situation, one would get lost with him. I was in the emergency room once with the heart event and he came up to me and introduced himself to me. I told him I knew who he was. I had no idea at the time that I was suffering from a condition. I learnt that from my new cardiologist, but Dr. Gilbert didn't explain things at all. I didn't know what was wrong with me and he wasn't explaining it. He didn't know the condition and he was my cardiologist for 7 years. He wouldn't put me on medicine. When I first met my new doctor in an emergency situation, he said that he wouldn't have let me go that far. I would not use him again in the future.

  • We ended up with him because of changes in our health plan but we are more satisfied with him. He is accurate, skillful, pleasant, and accessible. It?s a small office and he is the only practitioner. The office staff is helpful and mainly effective and efficient. His diagnoses seem accurate and his advice is useful.

  • I used them last year. It's a large system that we are comfortable with. There are many different offices and it's such a huge place so it's hard to say anything about the availability. There is good and bad there. I think their punctuality is good.
