    It went great.  After speaking to Doug, I did in fact go online and registered with no obligation.  I understand how the scholarship program works, which is great for my new grandchild.  Doug was so pleasant and easy to work with.  I enjoyed talking to him.  I looked at his website, read some interesting things on his Facebook page.  Just a pleasure.  There was never any pressure to buy anything or to spend  great deal of money.  I was so impressed, I called my friends and told them if they need insurance, this is the man to go to--NO PRESSURE and it can all be done online--even printing out the policy.  He also sent e a brochure about the new scholarship program which is great.  I asked for a bunch to give out to my friends.  I recommend anyone to go on his website and see for themselves, how great this program is.  Of course, he sells other things like life insurance, Accidental plans, dental and vision plans, and a whole host of other things.  He is licensed in several states but primarily concentrates on the entire state of Illinois.

    Jacob was extremely responsive and returned my initial phone call promptly. He provided exactly the information I was seeking and found a health plan with a large network of health providers that meets our family's needs. In addition, I found Jacob to be friendly, courteous, and helpful. I would definitely recommend his services to anyone seeking an individual health plan, disability or life insurance.

    Asked for a refill and it was not ready.  The usual.  The pharmacy calls at least 3 times a day to my home informing me of a prescription that needs to be refilled.  Yet, they don't have my number when it will not be ready as promised?  The staff is rude and will not go the extra mile.  The worst is an Indian woman.  She told me the pharmacy does not have my number.  Really??  Every time I have asked to speak to a manager, he is not available.  WOW!!

    The girl who helped us, had a difficult time speaking English.  She couldn't find my prescription, which funny enough, it was still there  because when I returned home I received a call from CVS telling me It was still there!!,  That girl also could not input my refund from Restassis, so I did not get the $10 off.  CVS employees are rude or/and over stressed.  They must have a high turnover rate of employees because I usually don't ever see the same employees when I return.  I keep asking my employer to return to Walgreens.  Personnel said they keep getting that request.
    In the past they have not gotten the presc. ready when promised or they can't "find" it.  My son was sent back and forth from this store and the other one in Highland Park until I stepped in and they finally found his presc.  I would never come back to a CVS store if the ins. wasn't with them.   They are awful in every way!!!  
    All merchandise in the store is over-priced, even with the rewards card.

    The nursing assistants were superb. I think the price was kind of high. The thing I don't really understand about the whole process is that Covenant doesn't provide the whole hospice service. I think there is a hospice service that comes in an provides that service in the facility. But there was a charge for about $8,000 a month for Covenant Village. And then there is the hospice service Medicare paid for. But it was also about $6,000 a month. I don't understand why there is two charges that are so high. It seemed to be 95% redundant. The hospice personnel did very little but charged almost as much as the nursing home services. Then there were an endless amount of billing mistakes that we had to stay on top of.

    They are really good with the staff, the punctuality, and everything.  It is always easy to reach them.  They are really nice when I get there and are really helpful.  It is a pretty good facility and it is really well organized.  If one cannot access one’s doctor that certain day, they are really good about getting through each department to get a doctor.

    They are always very helpful in terms of getting stuff approved through the insurance, and any issues that come up with insurance billing and also with reporting stuff to the flexible spending account that we have. Their customer service is good. I would definitely use them again in the future.

    I am fairly satisfied with them. Some of their ordering procedures are confusing at times. Their pricing is confusing too. You end up calling them up and they ask you to give them your prescription. There are 3 parties involved. The drug supplier meets the customer and then deals with the insurance company. The communication between the 3 parties is not always smooth. The insurance may not cover up prescription in Walgreens and they don't fill the prescriptions sometimes when there is a problem. The information doesn't flow directly back and so, you might end up in not having the prescription filled. It then takes about a couple of weeks to backtrack it. You then might have to get a different drug prescribed or have them prescribe a pill without the insurance supplement. That's where I have problems in not getting prescriptions filled. I need my prescriptions within a week or 2 once I order for it so that I can avoid to get any emergency prescription filled. I would continue to use their services because of my insurance coverage.
