    I have had my classic Jag serviced by Jeff and Glenn Golz many times since 2005. I have been very pleased. First, as old Jag mechanics, they know my car backwards and forwards. Second, I have never had a problem with the quality of their work. It has always been good, Third, communication is excellent; they can always be reached, return phone calls, and answer questions; Fourth, the car always comes back clean and well put together. And fifth, they give me the straight scoop on problems; if something needs to be repaired, they explain it and tell me why, and the cost; if some problem is better left alone (my car is an antique, after all), they honestly tell me that the cost outweighs the benefit. Golz Motors is not cheap. To go there, you need to value your car. But as the old saying goes, "you get what you pay for."

    They are very very good in all regards. If you are going to have to wait a while they will take you home and pick you back up. They will give you a loaner for reasonable amounts of time. When I had my engine flooded, and so it needed to be replaced, the dealership was just excellent in every way. There were major problems with getting a rebuilt engine, this went on and on and on, but they couldn't have been more nice and tracking it down, trying to get me one. Eventually they did. There is an employee there named Bobby is particularly good. I plan to go there again in the future.

    They're an excellent operation as well. The oil change was included in my maintenance package that came with the car. I would use them again without a doubt. There is not a thing that they need to work on, everything was just above standards

    They are superb. It was $59.95 and it included a 12-point maintenance inspection. We bought the car there and we are maintaining it there because they���re friendly they���re competent and they���re priced right. We had to wait about 45 minutes.

    My wife brought her 2007 Pontiac G6 for full service (interior and exterior) auto detailing last Tuesday 9-6-16. Picked up the car after business hours. The floor carpeting (not mats) was saturated like a sponge. Water would squish out when stepping down. More importantly, the over-saturation may have burned out the air bag sensor(s), wiring or connections located under seats or carpeting. Air bag warning light no longer shuts off. Have attempted to phone and text management each of the last two days following service but they have made no attempt to reply to date. Car Pretty apparently doesn't want to take responsibility for any such possible damage and face up to subsequent repair expenses. The auto detailing cost only $65.00 as a promotional price brought through Groupon but repair from damages to the air bag control system could likely escalate into the hundreds of dollars. Furthermore, potential loss if the air bag system fails deploy in an accident could be even more costly. Car Pretty's lack of prompt responsiveness to this critical issue is irresponsible.

    They inspected the car beforehand for damage and flaws and and made a few recommendations. One was the clean the engine compartment which I appreciated.
    I left the car overnight and picked it up the following day.
    They did an outstanding job on every detail.
    My 13 year old car almost looked like new. 
    I would definitely use them again and highly recommend to those who appreciate cars, especilly older ones.

    They are kind of slow. I remember the cost to be expensive, but it is like a different kind of oil and you do not have to do it as often so it ends up not being more expensive. The quality of their work is fine. They did not mess up the oil change.

    Similar to other reviews, this was not a good value. In addition to expectant SUV up-charge, they charged for other random items that I expected to be included. Overall, I would be better off going to a different vendor. Further, they took longer than quoted.
