They never let us down. They are always trustworthy. They are absolutely fantastic and they are honest. We also use them to clean our air ducts. The man showed me how to get the vents out of the dry wall so I can clean ducts. They are good with women in explaining things. They have a great attitude and don't try to sell you what you don't need. We've used them for 20 or 30 years.

Had my furnace and AC replaced in October of 2014.  I didn't need to use the AC until May 2015 and found it wasn't working properly.  Contacted TDH and someone was out the next evening.  He discovered the problem and arranged for someone to come out the next day to fix it.

They were fine. I had no problems with them. They were very good. I haven’t needed them in awhile but when I needed them, they were there on the spot. It was a Saturday and to my surprise, they were there very quick. The cost was reasonable. I would tell my friends to use them.

A+++ I called for a clean and check for my furnace. The Tech, Josh came by to do the work. He couldn't have been more professional. He explained everything in detail about the parts that fail in a furnace. He assured me everything was working properly and the furnace was in great shape. He didn't try to sell me extras or tell me I needed a new furnace because my furnace is fifteen tears old. He even took apart my pump for my humidifier and cleaned it out for me. He went above and beyond what I expected. Don't fall for the 49 dollar cleaning specials some of the other contractors offer. I paid 135.00 dollars and it was worth every penny. I'd trust these guys 100%-and that in itself is well worth the extra few bucks I paid.

The main reason why I went with them is they were the only heating and air conditioning company that when we needed duct work up our second floor, it's an old 1920 bungalow and all the other ones were more than happy to sell us a new furnace and central conditioner, but there was no duct work up there. So, Elm was the one that pointed that out. They were very good. The pricing was better.

My AC (in the house part of the system) sounded like an airplane engine one night. I thought maybe the filter was clogged but I changed it and still was making noise. I opened an access panel and found my coils were frozen. I left an EMAIL for Anthony at Bloomingdale Heating and Cooling and expected to have to get up at 7am to call for service as a follow-up to the email. I did not think service guys would actually check emails for anything other than complaints or follow-ups to service already done, etc. The next morning at 630am, my phone starts to ring and its Anthony from Bloomingdale!! He told me he'd have a guy stop by my house on the guy's way into the shop and I'll be darn if he wasnt there at 715am pounding on my door!! The problem ended up being the freon had leaked out and he replaced it. He was done and I was back in bed by 830am and knock-on-wood, I've been good since.
Never, ever, would I have expected service so quickly and smoothly. And neither of them tried to sell me on anything, saying that my unit needed to be replaced, it was going bad, nothing. Really professional guys just doing their job and not trying the rake you over the coals.
A+ to Anthony and Joe the guy who came out to do the service!!!
    Highly recommended to all.

Called CSL Climate Control because my ac was not cooling. They came to my place within 2 hours as promised over the phone. Checked my system and informed me it was low on gas. Fixed the problem and everything works perfect since then! Tech who came was very professional and answered all my questions.

02/2005.  We were forced to purchase a replacement heating system because our old one failed and caused our house to become an ice palace. We had used Four Seasons to replace our old air conditioning system; so we choose to call on them for heater replacement.

Between the winter of 2005 and winter of 2011 the house was not in a livable state because of mold problems so we left the heat and air turned off to prevent the duct work from becoming contaminated. By July 2011 (lots of fighting with insurance company) I began the move-in process. Began by checking and replacing or repairing mechanicals (husband taught me something before he passed). I had all duct work replaced because of the length of time the mold was allowed to fester.

10/2011.  Winter came and I needed to turn on the heat. Needless to say - it failed. I called Four Seasons and explained the story and they looked up history of install and knew who I was. They sent someone out to look at the problem. Almost $400 later I found out it would cost an additional $1600 to repair because of an engineering change that had occurred on my unit. I asked if the part was recalled and did I miss it. No. I asked if Trane could be called to stand behind the product since it really only worked 1/2 a winter season. No.

So I called Trane distributor.  After FREEZING for my third day and asked who would be my Trane provider IF I had called for a recommended Trane firm. Trane told me Besco and gave me contact information. Besco said they could repair it for $800 today.

Besco also said they would go back to Trane and try to get my money back for me. The morning after my unit was repaired; I received an early call from Four Seasons saying they could do the repair for free because Trane approved it. I relaid this information back to Besco.  They asked me to find out who gave the approval from Trane.  Four Seasons would not provide that information ... makes sense, I went to a competitor.I explained to Besco.  They said they would still talk to Trane.  They never did and I called them repeatedly to ask the status.  I do not understand why a non-distributor would get approval but a distributor couldn't.

I asked if the part was recalled and did I miss it. No. I asked if Trane could be called to stand behind the product since it really only worked 1/2 a winter season. No. So I called Trane. I found out Four Seasons was not and had not been a distributor for Trane. Trane sent me to a local distributor. In talking to the distributor he said that Four Seasons could call Trane and explain the history and so long as I could support the history Trane would PROBABLY would cover the entire expense.

I called Four Seasons and relayed information. I kept in contact with Four Seasons and it was looking like a no answer.

Meanwhile (FREEZING for my third day), I called the Trane distributor and asked who would be my Trane provider IF I had called for a recommended Trane firm. He told me Besco and gave me contact information. Shortened story- Besco said they could repair it for $800 today. Besco also said they would go back to Trane and get my money back for me; if they could.

The morning after my unit was repaired; I received an early call from Four Seasons saying they could do the repair for free because Trane approved it. At this point I was ?slightly? angry because of the variance quoted between Four Seasons and Besco for the same work.  Four Seasons wanted 2X the price ? and I was an existing customer who paid a lot of money for my furnace.  I had also realized the initial install of the two stage heater was NEVER properly working.  It was set for single stage!  This on top of the venting errors!

A couple of days later I realized the humidifier was not working and did not know if it ever worked properly because when it was installed with the new heater we asked to have it set to manual mode until the house was in order.  The house did not need more moisture.  So when the sweet person at Four Seasons called to tell me the response to twice the price I told her about the humidifier not working.  She said since it was not noted as a separate item on the original invoice that there was nothing she could do. I was pretty certain my husband had asked for the entire heating system to be replaced.  This would have been the humidifier too.  But, in worse case the non-repair men from Four Seasons could have broken it while putting it in manual mode.   I was too tired to fight some more.  I was done with Four Seasons forever.

Everything went very well.  The workers were at our house almost 11 hours to put in our new unit and to make sure all was working well.

Everyone we spoke to at the company was professional.  They even had someone do a follow up phone call to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction.  Very good customer service.
