    Tri State Roofing & Renovations

Roof ok .  Put gutters up first then fascia metal now we have nails  running down fascia board. When we complain he told us that is the way they do it. I would not recommend this company. If you want roofing go to a professional roofing company. If you need gutters fascia and soffit work done go to professional gutter company. Someone who said they do it all can't. Also very poor communication .

Pat and his help removed the old fence, and installed new fence, and did it promptly, and exactly as agreed on. He provided an estimate, and also offered an option. Work was done quickly and without problems. I recommend them highly.

Their service is awesome! They did a great job. Dustin, the owner, was really helpful. When he got through half of the first coat, he stopped because the color did not look right. He stopped painting and waited until he got a hold of me. He then re painted at no additional cost.

    Browns Awning Service
I have the awning that retracts, so you can pull it out by remote control or the crank outside your patio. I really liked the way that they explained things to you and told you what steps they were going to be doing. I thought that it was a little expensive, but when we got it up there I guess I can quote it kind of TY because it is guaranteed for life.

My chimney was in desperate need (you could see through parts of it) of repointing and I had contacted Rupp in Oct 2011 and gotten an estimate. We were about to go ahead with the job when a family crisis occurred and we had to put the project on hold. The beginning of Jan 12  we had a couple days of very high winds and my chimney cap had blown off. I contacted Rupp Masonry and they were able to come the very next day. Luckily we are having unseasonably high temps which allowed them to not only replace the chimney cap but to also complete the repointing in less than one day. They stayed with the same estimate from Oct 2011. They were prompt, did a wonderful job and cleaned everything up.  My chimney looks wonderful now. I had asked around and most everyone recommended Rupp and I am so glad that I went with them.

    Home Works Painting LLC
In general, we are pleased with the work conducted. We paid exactly what we expected and feel that we got our money's worth. We would recommend Mike and his crew for painting and general projects around the house. We are very happy with the painting and replacement of closet doors. His crew even installed our microwave with a vent to the outside. All of these things went well and we are very pleased with the results. The only negative aspect of the experience is with the small details of the project. Near the end of the project, Mike assigned a couple of workers to handle the small touches; hanging curtain rods, mirrors, etc. Unfortunately, these workers lacked the skills and/or tools to properly do these small jobs. They hung the curtain rods crooked and the mirrors too low, but to his credit, during a final walkthrough, Mike took note of these issues and corrected them, well almost. His workers failed to screw the curtain rod supports to the wooden studs and just screwed them into the drywall. I am having to go back and redo that job. All-in-all, we are happy with the job and considering the amount we paid consider it a bargain and will recommend him to our friends.

    Arizona Painting Company
They showed up when they said they would. We had several cracks in our fence that we wanted fixed and we had to get them to do it over because we could still see them after the first time they did it but there was no problem. They made sure that everything was to our liking. In the interior I had them matching painting and the sheen didn't match the existing paint I was not happy at first but I talked with the sales consultant and we came to happy medium where they painted a few more walls so that I wouldn't notice the difference so much. In the end I was happy with the results. They cleaned up everything. They would even let me know when they would leave for the day. I have had crews that would just leave without telling me and so that was refreshing. I would recommend them.

Patrick replaced about 15 bricks on the exterior of my home. He really went way beyond my expectations in coming to my home on extremely short notice for such a small job. Patrick is a real craftsman! Very professional, very thorough and cleaned up the site better than I expected. Hire Patrick! You won't be sorry!
