    Bob Dunn Construction
We asked Bob to build a 24'x14' deck and reuse the original footings of a deck we had torn off the previous year. He did a terrific job of creating a flat deck while managing our sloping yard. He added access stairs on both sides of the deck which makes navigating the yard so much easier. Bob said he was an experienced landscaper so we asked him about trimming our overgrown trees and improving access in the yard with a rock border. He designed it and laid in tons of rock by himself. We ended up with a very low maintenance yard as the rock rings the trees and makes mowing so much easier. We and our neighbors are loving the improvement the deck and rock border have brought to our yard. We will definitely call Bob again!

We called Bob to do an estimate on our roof. He explained that he had jobs lined up to be completed before ours, but if we sprang a leak, he would come and tarp it immediately. Fortunately, that didn't happen. As it was July, Bob and his helper showed up quite early in the morning to begin work. Bob explained his work schedule, meaning he would take off in the worst of the afternoon heat and return in the evening to continue. They draped tarps around the house to catch errant nails and shingles as they tore off the old roof. We learned that there are certain detailed tasks that Bob does himself, like flashing around a chimney. He is very particular about the quality of his work which we consider a excellent trait in a workman. The roof was completed in a matter of days and the yard was cleaned up. Our roof looks great and we have had compliments from so many of our neighbors. We will definitely call him again!

Full Service Roofing & Remodeling Inc
Work took a little longer than projected, but quality of the work was excellent. We pointed out a few minor finishing issues that most people probably would not have even noticed and they took care of them with no questions asked. Although we thought their price might be a little high, the comfort level we felt in planning the job and, frankly, the extra time it took them to complete the job may have justified the cost. In my 39 years in Quincy I have never worked with a more professional and responsive contractor.

    Home Works Painting LLC
In general, we are pleased with the work conducted. We paid exactly what we expected and feel that we got our money's worth. We would recommend Mike and his crew for painting and general projects around the house. We are very happy with the painting and replacement of closet doors. His crew even installed our microwave with a vent to the outside. All of these things went well and we are very pleased with the results. The only negative aspect of the experience is with the small details of the project. Near the end of the project, Mike assigned a couple of workers to handle the small touches; hanging curtain rods, mirrors, etc. Unfortunately, these workers lacked the skills and/or tools to properly do these small jobs. They hung the curtain rods crooked and the mirrors too low, but to his credit, during a final walkthrough, Mike took note of these issues and corrected them, well almost. His workers failed to screw the curtain rod supports to the wooden studs and just screwed them into the drywall. I am having to go back and redo that job. All-in-all, we are happy with the job and considering the amount we paid consider it a bargain and will recommend him to our friends.

I was very pleased with the work. They were very professional, and punctual. They were knowledgeable of the work they were doing and when I asked them if they could do the cabinets, they referred me to a company that would do that for me.
