    The overall inspection showed the vehicle was in great condition. The air filter needed changed and the tires were due for rotation. Mind this is a 2005 we are talking about. I was asked about doing both additional jobs and I turned both down. I was given estimates for both if I chose to do them at a later time. 
    The people working at the facility were some of the friendliest I have encountered. They were knowledgeable and seemed to be really caring. My vehicle was taken in earlier than my appointment time and was finished fifteen minutes earlier than planned.
    I really enjoy using the services of a company who does not try to take advantage of its customers and treats them like people instead of just numbers.

    An emergency, Ray's was recommended by several local people. Scheduled me for the next day, and care was ready the day after that. Very professional, good job, kept and showed all replaced parts. Very busy shop, clean, neat, but don't expect a lot of "personal service," they don't really have the time to chat. But they did a good job. No idea whether the price was in line with other shops.

    It went better than I ever expected.  Not many people will go behind someone else's faulty work
    and literally spend hours to find just what to do to make the situation right.  I have posed a number
    of problems to Russell Hess Sr. and I have yet to have him, say no this is not worth the time I would
    have to spend.  There are few people who take such pride in their work and have such a talent for the
    way things work.
    If you want someone who will fix your vehicle right.; always tell the truth, and give an honest estimate
    Russell Hess Sr. of A Argus Automotive is the mechanic for you.  He will treat your vehicle and the money
    you spend as if it were his own or a family member.  I cannot remember the time I received such excellent
    customer service anywhere.  It is simply not to be found in today's marketplace.

    It went great drop my car off in the morning and they delivered my car back to my house to me in the afternoon.  I had to go to work and they were nice enough to bring my car to me when it was done.  Car look great!  AAAA

    When I brought the car in that morning owner "rechecked" work order and quote, telling me a) because it was a Nissan, the work was more involved than he realized, would take longer and gave me a "new" estimate about $125 more, for a total of over $350. b) then admitted that he hadn't even ordered the part.  I walked out. Will never go back.

    Strothers accepted our mini-van on time as scheduled. After inspecting the van they called and informed me of the estimated cost, and time required for the repair and asked if we wanted the repair work done. We agreed and the work was finished in less time and cost than the estimate. This isn't the first time we had such a great experience with this service provider.

    Estimate of work required was either incompetent or dishonest.  Delta indicated that I had a warped head which wasn't was actually a leaky hose.  They wanted $1000 to do a repair that wasn't needed.

    Love the waiting area. Comfy, clean, and friendly. Always on time w the appointment and the courtesy van to take you to work if you have a longer appointment is normally great. Didn't need it this time.
