    They are a little more expensive, but their customer service and quality is very good. They really know what they are doing. They are very close to us and sometimes they will even deliver the car back to us. They are within walking distance so that is ideal for an auto repair place. We will definitely use them again.

    I left car in morning with no appointment. It was done by mid-afternoon. Dave called when it was ready. He also provided some insights on car condition and suggested plan for future service. He didn't try to sell any upgraded service at this visit and was very practical about when and what I'd need to have additional work done.

    We love him. He is really fair and honest. He's a wonderful guy and I really trust him. He's very fair and he will tell you right up front what is wrong. If he thinks there is a cheaper way to do something, he will tell you that. He will tell you if he thinks it's worth fixing or not.

    Their pricing was reasonable. Their service department was excellent. They were very accommodating and on time. And then, we can have a loaner available if necessary. I do not think we were ever been overcharged for anything. Their waiting was really nice.

    I like them because they don’t overcharge like some other places; they are reasonably priced.  They stand behind their work; they are dependable.  They do oil changes as well as mechanical services and tire changes.  They have the coupon specials that are right there on the counter so if I don’t have one or if I haven’t read about it in the magazine, they are there.  They have specials for senior citizens too.  They opened up about four months ago and I have been going there ever since they opened.  They are also bilingual; they speak Spanish as well as English.  They treat me right and make me feel comfortable and secure.  They are very honest.  They will invite me into the garage to look and they will explain things to me.  They call me before they do anything with my car.  I have had my car ready most times by the end of the day if I get it in early enough.  They treat everybody with dignity and respect.  They are located within walking distance of stores if I have to wait or if I haven’t brought my lunch.  They take their work seriously.  They have been very fair with me.

    Very nice experience. They have a nice waiting room with coffe & magazines. Bill, my service advisor explains things & is very helpful. I still have a couple of rattles left, but I know the car is safe to drive. One thing, they didn't count on was that the shock absorbers were supposed to fix a bad noise, and the noise didn't go away afterwards. Bill, however, said they would do whatever it took to get rid of that noise, and he was true to his word. I brought back the car, got another loaner, and they worked on it for a long time, all at no additional charge, until they got rid of that specific problem.

    When I started up my car after the replacement, the car made a noise. I went back to the shop to have them replace the part but they refused to do so. Now I'm going to have to buy another alternator and have it installed. The service is good but the management is lousy.

    O'Hare Honda/Hyundai was very respectful and courteous to me. I do feel like I got a great deal and my salesman made everything go smoothly. He helped with the financing paperwork and the title work. We checked around and this dealership gave us the best deal.

    I LOVE WHEELING AUTO CENTER. THEY HAVE FREE LOANER CARS SO IT'S NEVER A PROBLEM TO BRING THE CAR IN. THEY HAVE PLENTY OF APPOINTMENTS AVAILABLE SO TIMING IS REALLY NEVER A PROBLEM, AND OFTEN YOU CAN JUST SHOW UP WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT. THEY WILL PICK YOU UP AND DROP YOU OFF AT YOUR HOUSE IF YOU NEED THEM TO. I HAVE FOUND EVERYONE TO BE FRIENDLY, AND VERY INFORMATIVE. IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS ABOUT THE WORK THEY WILL BE DOING, THEY HAPPILY ANSWER THEM WITHOUT MAKING YOU FEEL STUPID. THEY GUARANTEE THEIR WORK, SO IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG THEY FIX IT WITHOUT ANY QUESTIONS (THEY PROVED THIS TO ME WHEN WE HAD A PROBLEM WITH OUR BRAKES). THE BEST PART ABOUT WHEELING AUTO CENTER IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY SEND THANK YOU NOTES AFTER YOU BRING YOUR CAR IN FOR REPAIRS, THEY SENT US $20 IN CREDITS FOR REFERRING A FRIEND, THEY DO EVERYTHING THEY CAN TO MAKE BRINGING YOUR CAR IN AS EASY AS POSSIBLE, AND THEY EVEN REMEMBER YOUR NAME!
