    Dykstra Home Services sets a gold standard in both customer service and workmanship. Our older house that had mostly been upgraded still had a pretty ancient furnace. When it started to unreliable we called Dykstra Home Services. Rich came out and did our estimate and he gave us multiple options to choose from. We were able to find an efficient unit in our budget and our install was scheduled the same week. Jim and Moises came to install the new unit. I was greeted with their warm smiles when I opened my door! They were prompt, efficient, kind, and accommodating. They finished the job within the time frame we were given and they did a wonderful job all around. Both guys were willing to answer any questions I had and walked me through changing the filter on my new unit. It also puts my mind at ease that Dykstra Home Services is family owned and operated. I enjoy supporting small local business that take pride in their trade, Dykstra definitely fits the bill. I will highly recommend Dykstra Home Services to my family and friends.

    Mr Ronier from Comfort Aire Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. come here this morning to clean and check our furnace. He did a very through job, patiently and carefully checked and cleaned all parts of our furnace. He also by using an instrument to find gas leaks found a gas leek in our connection to our water heater. he explained what needed to be done and we agreed to have him fix the leak by replacing the gas shut off valve. He also checked and tightened the gas lead to the pilot on the water heater which exhibited a small leak. Mr Ronier is a totally knowledgeable and caring representative of Comfort Aire. I recommend his expertise and will continue doing business with Four Seasons.

    It went great! The service provider showed up on time, acted in a professional manner and did his job in a timely fashion. He cleaned up very well and left no mess what so ever. He was also very polite and curtious. If I ever have any furnace or air conditioning issues I will definitely be a returning customer.

    I called all over Chicagoland looking for movers and I am so grateful for their work ethic and prompt service. Our movers Brandon and Freddy were on time on moving day and greeted us with smiles. They immediately took some of the stress off my husband and I, they began taking down packed totes and boxes within minutes of them being here. They brought down all of the things we asked from our third floor condo that had many many stairs. When we got to our new residence Brandon and Freddy put everything in the places we had directed. The work ethic of both movers was incredible and we will be reccomending Coffey Bros to my friends and family! Best movers in Chicago, hands down.

    They were good.  My experience with them was great and I was very satisfied.  They came out, described what they were going to do and that was exactly what they did.  They did it in a timely manner. I would recommend people to use them.   I do some things myself but sometimes I don't have time. They were able to come out and do it and I didn’t have to be there. I was able to arrange things over the phone, including payment.  It was an excellent price.  I didn't even know they had been there; it was like they were invisible.

    I contacted Madelyn from Murco on Monday, May 19th at 2:33 p.m. within minutes of the listing being posted. Madelyn confirmed via email at 2:42 p.m. that the kitchen was still available and that I was the first one to contact her thus making the kitchen available. I then followed up with a phone call in which we exchanged information, agreed to the sale for which she sent me a follow up email with the invoice for the kitchen. Madelyn was going to contact me within an hour to confirm when I could get into the home to remove the cabinets. Once we had a time scheduled she would charge my credit card and I would be free to start the removal process. I called her twice and emailed her back trying to get her my credit card information to complete the sale. To be completely clear, this kitchen was advertised for sale at a listed price of $1,650 and the invoice they sent me was for the same price. It was not listed as an auction or up for bid.
    I found it odd that after constant communication on Monday, I did not hear back from Madelyn Monday evening or Tuesday morning to finish the deal and charge my credit card. On Tuesday afternoon at approximately 1:05 p.m. I received a call from Jodi, the owner of Murco. Jodi called to let me know that because they had several people contact them overnight regarding the kitchen, the already agreed upon price was now going up. Even though thier website and craigslist add specificially stated first come, first served and the sale price, they have decided to turn this opportunity into a bidding war to try and make more money off of the sale. Jodi told me that they have already had offers above $2,000 and that I was welcome to make and offer or bid, but they would not be selling me the items for $1,650.
    Jodi claimed that there was an error in communication between her web site posting, Madelyn and herself on how this sale should have been handled. She also tried to blame the contractor for raising the price after the fact. But I hightly doubt they were able to list the items for sale without consulting with the contractor before setting the inital price. I believe that she was greedy and unethical and chose to make an extra $300 - $400 instead of honoring her word, website marketing, and invoice that her company had sent out.

    Came in on time. Got to work right away. Very professional did job in time allotted and charged price in deal. Will be rehiring them again for a bigger job. Very clean work also. Was very satisfied.

    Lot of miscommunication in the beginning and couple bumps along the way with them not communicating with me what was going on and when things were going to start and stop and restart. Because of all work involved and there different groups of workers that did the different work project went started later then i wanted it to and on longer then i wanted it to. but when all was done and along the way everything was done...

    Fantastic. Thank you Angie's List and reviewers. Experiences like this one are why I renew my Angie's List membership.
    The pilot light on the furnace was out and I couldn't get it to re-light, so the first place I went was Angie's List. The call was answered quickly (on a Saturday), she took my info and said she'd call it in. I got a call back in 10-15 min and we scheduled the appointment. The inspector was exactly on time, friendly, informative, and professional. When we decided on a new furnace, he called it in and the installer was there within 2 hours. He was friendly, professional, and very tidy. He wrapped up within less than 4 hours. The entire staff was accommodating, pleasant, punctual, and thorough. I highly recommend Integrity Heating, and will call them first for all of my future HVAC needs.
