Light in motorhome hallway didn't work. They were to check to see if it was electrical or broken light. They found it had a broken light and asked if we wanted it replaced. We asked if they had a light and they said they did, but it was a little larger than what was there. What they did was take a light from living room area and put into hallway and put a new light in living room. The light they put in the living room didn't match the one that was there. It is brighter and a different light. So, I have unmatched lighting in my living room and the match in the hallway.
The back up camera was checked and we were told that the wires were bad and so was the camera (at a tune to over $200). We asked if they checked the fuse and they told us they didn't know where it was. Took it home and found the fuse, but replaced the camera for less than $300.
The cigarette lighter, we were told there wasn't any power to it (which was correct) and that we would have to contact a Freightliner dealer to have it repaired. We hooked it up to a hot wire and it now works.
The motorhome was promised to us and then after telling us about everything they were surprised that we wanted if fixed. So they put another camper in front of us and we waited another day for actual work to be done.
I had heard bad things about this place from our camping friends, but thought we would try them. It turned out as our friends told us, which was you bring it in there for service and then take it home and fix the problem yourself.

They did sell our camper.  They called and said they had an offer.  We countered and the folks agreed and went to get financing.  Never heard from Coleman's.  Called them and salesman was not there; office person said it was "a good deal", which we were told meant they obtained financing and were going to pick it up.  Everything didn't seem right to us, but the camper was delivered on 6/19/14 after they obtained funds.  We called and asked when we would be paid on Monday, 6/23/14 and was told the check was waiting to be signed and that they would call so we could pick it up.  We asked if we would be provided with documentation that they actually sold the camper for what they told us that they sold it for because we came down $3,000 to make the deal work for the buyers and this whole deal didn't feel right.  We were told that we would and that they would call us when the check was signed so we could pick it up.  Called yesterday, 6/25/14 and we told the check had been mailed.
Not very good at doing what they tell you they were going to do.
