The sales rep, Craig, was responsive and respectful. The crew worked quickly and professionally. But it was Stoyan who was the expert and who really helped us through the multiple steps of this project with a sense of urgency to take advantage of the good weather in December. ASteve Gavin, the owner came out and provided me with a great price that was inclusive of the entire scope of the project. During our meeting he took the time to explain the process that his company uses. Once the permits were issued the crew arrived the next morning at 7:00 a.m. as promised. The crew met the deadline for a 1:30 inspection from the Village of Deerfield. They not only met the deadline but they passed the inspection without any issues to be corrected. The crew worked until 7:00 p.m. completing the job. I would also note that they left my home spotless!

They adjusted the sidewalk height to its correct position, repaired any access holes required for the application and cleaned up the work area when finished. I was extremely pleased with the result of the work as it was exactly what James had estimated. I would strongly recommend this company to handle any concrete raising problem.

AProject went very well. Maurizio and his team installed new quartz countertops in a big kitchen and installed tin backsplash. Included in the job was putting quartz on a breakfast bar attached to the main countertop. On the first day of the job, Maurizio took apart the breakfast bar and realized that the underlying structure was too weak to support the quartz countertop. He devised a way to build up the breakfast bar by adding supports to the adjoining wall and slightly modifying the width of the quartz piece that was to be placed on the breakfast bar. Despite the additional work, Maurizio and team finished the project in 3 days as originally planned. Maurizio was very communicative throughout the project - he and his team were polite, professional, and cleaned up well when everything was completed. I am very happy with the outcome and would use Avanti Stone for future work.

AI needed two of my front walkway concrete slabs raised and levelled to be even with the other and to drain water away from the house. Concrete Hero was easy to schedule for an estimate. Communication over email and phone was prompt and helpful. The online estimate and contract process was convenient. Their price was higher than another company, but they matched the other estimate and offered an additional service for a little extra. The work was done on schedule in a reasonable amount of time.
