Family Dental Care of East Peoria
AVOID AVOID AVOID! Took 2 hours off from work paid to make appt, only to get home and find out my hygienist wasn't in. Called and talked to a Sara Daugherty, completely rude, sarcastic, condescending, didn't accept responsibility. I asked who can I talk to about her, said said "Your"doctor, she wouldn't even acknowledge her own boss and hung up on me while I was still talking.

    Davis, Dr. James L.
He does my whole family. I was referred to him when I moved back to town. He never overbooks! He is kind and doesn't try to work that doesn't need to be done. Some places try to run up the bills. To go to a dentist that doesn't try to overcharge you is very refreshing. I love him! His staff is good.

The visit went well. Dr. Wiley was great as always. He went over all aspects of the oral appliance. He made adjustments to it and made sure it was properly adjusted and fitted. all of the employees were great. Super friendly and the office is very inviting and comfortable.

    Monzer Al-Dadah DDS
The office atmosphere was pleasant and front desk staff were helpful. Once in the chair Dr Al-Dadah was thorough and informative in telling me what he found. I needed a crown fixed and he wanted to keep and eye on a poorly made filling from a previous dentist. The hygienist on the other hand did not seem to be paying attention to what she was doing. She was messy and not very thorough with the cleaning. I left with good knowledge but not a dentist clean mouth.

    Ronald J Flanigan DDS, PC
The extraction process was painless, and communication flawless. Dr Flanigan did a wonderful job (and I am a fearful dental patient by nature). I could not have expected a better experience. He is skilled, caring & compassionate. He even came in on his Saturday off (the day after the extraction) to do my first denture removal to be sure everything went well. I feel blessed that I found him (thru Angie's List), and most enthusiastically recommend him for dental services.

The person assisting the dentist performing the work was laughing almost hysterically almost all the time I was being worked on. You should have a place to comment about professionalism. I would say it was about an F. The dentist didn't say anything to the woman to tell her to shut up either. Everything this woman assisting was doing hurt from taking an x-ray to cleaning saliva from my mouth while the dentist was working. Also, she was spreading germs by laughing so hysterically.

    Smile Design Dental Center
He is a superb dentist. The whole office was nice to deal with and is very clean. They were very upfront and made sure I knew what was going to happen and what the cost was going to be ahead of time. I couldn't say enough about them.

    Wynn, Dr. Robert M.
We couldn't imagine subjecting our daughter to having her tie cut with scissors (sounds barbaric right?) so we investigated laser revision.
Dr. Wynn examined our daughter and confirmed an upper lip tie, which was rather severe. He described the procedure and explained how the laser he would be using worked. He also diagnosed a minor tongue tie which he fixed at no additional cost. The actual procedure took just a couple of minutes.
There was tissue going over the gum line and to the back that certainly would have resulted in needing braces if we went with a scissor revision.
Our initial insurance claim was rejected. We worked with the office staff to provide additional information and resubmit. The final claim was approved.
Even if the claim was not approved (which we knew was a possibility) we would have gladly paid out of pocket for the service. There was an immediate improvement in breastfeeding as a result of the procedure.

    Cusack, Dr. William E.
Dr. Cusack also did an extraction and an implant several years ago for me,  and I haven't had any problems with it.  They are expensive when you don't have any dental insurance, but I guess the other dentists would be also.

    Rodger Moon DDS

I have been using doctor Moon for 20 years. I found him from a acquaintance. He does an excellent work, he is very accommodating, I like people who work in his office. He is a good man. He helped my daughter with the billing issue.
