    They were great. There was great communication with no hype. They did not try to sell me repairs I did not need. They let me know about an unrelated leak that was not a transmission issue. I'm glad they let me know.

    I was having a problem with my Ford Escape. It wouldn't go in drive or reverse properly. I assumed it was the transmission. I spoke with s few transmission shops and just wasn't comfortable. I tried Angies list and saw John Skenders business ( Pioneer Park Transmission ) He was very helpful, pleasant and HONEST!!! He looked at my vehicle and told me that it wasn't the transmission at all. Being a woman, I personally know the fear of getting ripped off by mechanics and the dishonesty. ( Had a 487.00 bill for work done just for standard shocks from a local auto place ! ) I would recommend him ( John Skender/ Pioneer Park Transmission ) to anyone, especially females....he takes the fears out of trying to find quality, honesty , friendly, fair service. Thank You John!! :)

    Beachler's Vehicle Care & Repair
    I live in St. Louis, and my son attends Bradley in Peoria. He was using my Ford for a week or so, and it broke down. Usually I would fix something like this myself, or use a trusted St. Louis shop. But since the car was in Peoria, we decided to have Beachler's repair it. They were very professional, thorough, and offer great customer service. Their pricing seems competitive. I would not hesitate to use them again.

    I am disabled. When I was sick and I needed them, they sent somebody to pick up the vehicle. They actually had one of their people take you back and forth home. They have a shuttle service they use. They actually had the shuttle take another shuttle over to pick up the car, and they brought it back. I thought that was really nice of them. I don't really know them at all. I have met the owner when we were doing a deal on the car.   

    We had two years of free oil changes, so there were no charges. They are a good business. They did make me fight hard to get that car under the warranty. They do good work. I would definitely use them again in the future. 

    It is a big dealership, and I found out when we bought the car there that a lot of the people there are family. They are sons, daughters, father in laws, and cousins. It is not a little dealership.

    Tucker Auto Repair
    Tucker's Automotive test drove the vehicle, disassembled parts of the engine looking for the issue, reassembled, test drove and the car ran fine. No charge. They said if I had any more problems with it to return it and they would look at it. I've been driving for two and a half weeks and have as of yet have not had an issue with the vehicle.

    It went great. The Solar Shield team was awesome from coming out to quote the job all the way through completion. They explained everything and the price was the best we saw in our area. The results have been great...cooler in the summer and warmer in winter. It was a great investment.

    Prices were quite a bit less than competitors. Work was good. Shop guys were very nice and the office staff were polite. They gave me a ride back to my job and then picked me up when the work was done for free!

    D'S Paint And Body Inc
    They were amazing!!! I had been rear ended back in October by a straight box truck that did substantial damage to my vehicle. I went to another auto repair shop near my home. Then in August, my vehicle was hit in the rear end again while parked in a parking lot. I decided to go to D's this time because I was not satisfied with the other auto body shop. D's noticed that there was still damage underneath my vehicle from the previous collision. I was devastated that it had not been repaired correctly. D's repaired the new damage and also the old damage. They did not charge me for the old damage, but did it as a courtesy. That IS customer service! I am truly grateful to Jeremy and all the employees at D's. They are an A+ in my book!

    All in the Details
    This is not the first time she has cleaned our house; that is the reason I am putting in another review.  Sometimes housekeepers start out doing great, but then let things slide.  This is not the case in this situation.  Shamra has been working for us for a while and has always maintained a good work ethic.  She is SO conscientious and pays attention to even the smallest detail.  I am so happy that I found her.
