    COLLISION REVISION
Very poorly. Work was done in a timely fashion, but when the car was returned to me I noticed several issues with the body work. Things not lined up correctly, etc. I arranged to take it back to have them correct the issues and only a few items were partly addressed. I was still unhappy but did not want to continue the back and forth, so finally got the insurance to allow me to have another shop look at it. They identified problems right away and once taken apart, found that at least one of the fixes that Gerber did actually made the bumper cover tear when removed, requiring it be replaced again. I would definitely never use them again.

Great service on windshield replacement at my office. I forgot to cancel first thing in the morning on the original day of service due to unforeseen circumstances. The technician showed up and politely offered to reschedule. Rescheduled for Monday, not knowing whether or not I'd have an operational vehicle available. The day of install I was tied up in a meeting at work and the technician politely waited twice for me to excuse myself from the meeting to converse with him. Even after ordering in a windshield for a 28 year old vehicle, upon seeing the minimal damage, he offered to repair the chip and save me over half. I elected to go with the replacement as the vehicle is for a nephew.

    D'S Paint And Body Inc
They were amazing!!! I had been rear ended back in October by a straight box truck that did substantial damage to my vehicle. I went to another auto repair shop near my home. Then in August, my vehicle was hit in the rear end again while parked in a parking lot. I decided to go to D's this time because I was not satisfied with the other auto body shop. D's noticed that there was still damage underneath my vehicle from the previous collision. I was devastated that it had not been repaired correctly. D's repaired the new damage and also the old damage. They did not charge me for the old damage, but did it as a courtesy. That IS customer service! I am truly grateful to Jeremy and all the employees at D's. They are an A+ in my book!

    COLLISION REVISION
We bought a used 2010 Chrysler Sebring Convertible. Beautiful car but it was riddled with dents on one side. I decided it would be worth it to have them removed as we did get a good deal on the car and one of the dents had opened the paint and would only get worse. I have used Collision Revision on two other occasions. The inspection and quote were very thorough. He took his time and answered all my questions. His quote was both fair and accurate. He explained that they could paint the one spot, or the whole door and the pros and cons of each. We chose to have the door painted for a better blend. They quote just over $1400. It would have been less without the paint. They are very busy there and my scheduled drop off was two weeks out. That was no hardship on me and the repairs went as explained. The car was returned to me looking good as new and they did not exceed their quoted price. The work is absolutely beautiful. I could not be more please.

D's Paint and body shop is the best auto body shop in Peoria and surrounding areas. Wayne, the shop manager is extremely considerate and helpful. After an accident my car bumper was damaged and falling apart. When I visited D's he voluntarily fixed it temporarily so that I could drive it safely until they could fix it for good. They provide the best quality, price and friendly service in Peoria. IL. I would like to thank D's and Wayne for their outstanding contribution to auto body work and serving our community. Thank you D's and Wayne. - Tony

excellent service... called in a panic because window was stuck down and wouldn't roll up and it was freezing outside!!  they got me in same day to get the window pane up for me to tide me over until the parts came in.  Troy is very nice and easy to deal with.

    BENISHEK & DUFFY AUTO
The work needed was quite complex given the design of the car. I was a bit worried about paint match (color and finish) as well as the cut and weld seam needed on the rear quarter panel. I had used Benishek and Duffy on several occasions before, but this was a complex bit of work.
The results were nothing short of perfect. The paint color and surface finish matched exactly. The car looked amazing (inside and out).
Because State Farm was paying, I had the added convenience of picking up and dropping off my rental car right at the shop.
The car was done in three days when I estimated at least a week would be needed.
Bear in mind different insurance companies treat auto body shops differently. If you go in with an insurance company determined to squeeze all the profit (or more) out of the shop, they cannot afford to provide the excellent level of service they wish to provide. These people have the skill and the desire to do excellent work for you, but you cannot tie their hands.

    D's Paint & Body Shop
Do you remember businesses that made you feel they really wanted and appreciated you as a customer?  Do you recall businesses that went out of their way to ensure you would do business with them again?  How about businesses that not only do what they promise, but provide extra attention and services at no charge?  If you think these are things of the past, try D?s Paint And Body Shop.
I recently had some damage done to my 2010 Honda Odyssey in a parking lot while shopping.  I began the task of working with my insurance company and pricing the repairs at local autobody shops in the area.  The first two places I visited seemed competent and reasonably priced.  The staffs were very business-like and provided me with written initial estimates of the work.  Then I went to D?s Paint And Body Shop.  I was immediately struck with the difference in the interaction with the D?s
staff.  They thanked me for considering them for the business and spent the extra time to explain the entire process they would use to repair my car.  I left that visit thinking, ?I?m not sure how good these guys are, but they sure know how to treat customers!?
For those of you who have been through the damage estimating process, you know that comparing estimates is not a straight-forward task.  There are variations in the estimating process that make comparisons a little difficult.  After reviewing the three estimates I received, I found that the one from D?s seemed to be the most thorough in covering the components of the work. One of the competitor?s estimates completely omitted the removal of the bumper required to remove the fender.  Another included charges for trim items they might break during dis-assembly.  After all was considered, the estimate from D?s seemed to be the most complete and was actually slightly less than the other businesses.  The only disparity was that D?s had included an aftermarket fender where a competitor priced an OEM fender.  I contacted D?s to see how much more it would cost if they used the OEM fender.  I told them that I would pay that extra amount.  To my surprise, my contact at D?s told me that because Honda is being aggressive in matching aftermarket prices, he thought he might be able to get it at the same price as
the aftermarket fender.  He added that D?s might not make as much mark up that way, but they would consider that as goodwill to the customer.  He later confirmed that the OEM fender would be at no additional cost to me.
At this point, I had already made arrangements with my insurance company to use a different autobody shop that was recommended by a Honda dealer.  I already had a check from the autobody company made out to that business.  But because of my treatment at D?s, I decided to trust them to do the job as promised.  I arranged for a new check from my insurance company.  I scheduled the appointment with D?s and took in my car on that date.  When I dropped it off, I asked the office person if I could get a little of the paint used in the repair for touch up use.  They noted that on the work order and said they would try to do that.  Later in the week I received a call from D?s.  They told me that in the process of disassembly, they had accidentally broken a warning sensor in the bumper.  They were extremely apologetic and said they ordered one form the Honda dealership and would replace it at no charge to me.  When I picked up the vehicle and saw the invoice I was astounded at the cost of the replacement sensor.  But true to their word, the cost of that part and the labor to install it was not passed on to me.  In addition, they also had a small bottle of paint for me ? again at no additional charge.
The bottom line is that the quality of the work performed was great and the customer service was out of this world.  The vehicle looks like new. I couldn?t be more satisfied.  I hope you are never in need of painting or autobody work.  But if you are, you should definitely go to D?s Paint and Body Shop.  You will receive the quality and service that are, sadly, only memories of businesses of the past.

It was helpful.  It went very well.  I forgot to call the rental car company the last day and was charged for that.  The rental company still hasn't given us our money back.  Good customer service and very friendly.

Company was excellent at keeping us updated on the progress of the vehicle.  It was in the shop for 3 days total and completed on time.  Staff was very friendly and professional.  When picking up the vehicle the door handle wasn't adjusted properly.  Company immediately took the vehicle back into the shop and corrected the problem.  Had to wait an additional 45 minutes until it was completed.  Very professional staff.    This company was one of two quoted for the repairs and they were the cheaper of the two.
