    he replaced a defrost switch and left. I let it run for 3 to 4 hours and it would not get cold . 70 degrees in the fridge and 70 degrees in the freezer. I called him and he would not answer. I called him twice the next mourning and he finally called me back. he said he would be back out that afternoon and I have not heard from him since!

    Not good do not use for this check-up. The same guy came over at the beginning of the heating season and at the beginning of the air season. Really doesn't do anything just opens up the unit and checks for 10 minutes and leaves. Doesn't even say much about the units condition. Save your money. A complete waste of time. Would not use them for repairing either system since they haven't shown me they care about the service they give. This happened over a year ago and I have since needed service on my air conditioning unit.

    My oven wasn't working. I called AASAP Alliances. James came to my home the next day to assess the issue. He was professional/friendly. Also, he diagnosed the problem and explained what needed to be done. James gave me a quote before he began the repairs. His price was very fair. I would recommend AASAP Alliances to anyone who wants the "old school" of customer service. Kudos!

    Sears Appliance Repair
    Instantly they found the problem in the bent sensor on the lid. To give us full benefit of the hour we paid, they also cleaned the inside of our drying, preventing a fire. They really went above and beyond! This is why I use Sears Appliance repair.

    It was not good. The repair was done but I was WAY OVERCHARGED. I paid $125 for labor and it was a 20 minute job. The part itself was $80 so I paid over $212!!! I could've bought a new washer instead!! Also, they had to cancel an original appointment because they were too busy and had to schedule another one. This is so inconvenient and very unprofessional. Please stay away from this company as they don't care about the customers. They just want money!!

    Someone was supposed to come out and fix our garage door. The morning they were suppose to come out, no one showed up. Called to see why no one had shown up and was told by the guy that was supposed to be there "oh I had gone to a different job". I can be there later. I had told him no that's not good time for me that's why I set the time up in the morning. Why would you go to a different job? The guy proceeds ti tell me well i didnt think you were really going to be there at that time. Ehy he woukd get that idea. I am not sure. He was supposed to be there at 10 am. Not like it was really early. Never will use them again

    He was working for Sears, but he also has his own business, and he was excellent. He was really good, went above and beyond. I want to keep him. It was covered by my Sears, it was $150.  I think the price was very reasonable. He did a few extra tricks to help me, told me a lot of things extra. They came immediately, they were there when they said they would. Ten he had to come back and he did that too. He came when he said he would, got done when he said he would. 
    He was just very pleasant and did what he said he was going to do. Seemed very knowledgeable, cleaned up everything. Everything was great, couldn?t ask for anything better.

    The serviceman came at the early end of the time that was scheduled.  He was polite and professional.  He went to work immediately and wasted no time during the time he was at my home.  He did the repairs needed and then checked the machines to be sure they worked properly before he left.  The repairman shared with me the info as to the 1 yr guarantee on the parts and 30 days for a return visit if the same problem reoccurs.  This is the 2nd time I have used this company and have always been satisfied.

    On Friday, July 10th, Staats sent out there technician, Don to look at my A/C unit. Don showed up and I took him downstairs to allow him to see the unit and then outside. He checked the Freon levels and advised me that we were indeed low and that there was a possible leak somewhere. I asked if he could look for a leak and was told that it was to costly due to length of time to look for the leak. He told me that we needed a new unit and that he could put the Freon in and see if it holds. Since the temps were supposed to get bad we allowed him to put the Freon in for an agreed amount of $305.00. When he left the unit was starting to cool, but the within 5 hours our unit was blowing warm area again.
    On Monday, July 13th, I called a highly recommended company to come out and see what they felt they could do. With this gentleman being in my home for less than 5 minutes and looking at not only my inside unit, but also my outside unit. He told me that it was the shreader (sp) valve and any person that looked at mine would have known it was this valve failing to pop back. He said when he took off the cap it was bubbling. He quickly went to his service truck and within 5 minutes my unit was repaired and the A/C is now working wonderfully. He also advised me that I did not  need a new unit.
    On Tuesday, July 14th, I telephoned Staats and asked for a refund. I was told by there office manager, Beth that they would not grant me a refund because "they don't offer a refund on service work that has been agreed too". I was also told that their service tech, Don looked at the valve and didn't think anything was wrong with it. Looking at it and testing for a leak are two different things. This company in my opinion are horrible and I will never call them again nor recommend them to anyone. I fully believe that they are rip offs.

         I was impressed by this company a couple years back.  I had problems with my dryer and they were able to answer my questions on the telephone.  This time when I called, I described my problem and Kevin came out as soon as he could get here.  He told me how to empty the washer of the standing water before he came out.  I was really glad of that!  He called me exactly when he said that he would and was here just minutes later.  My problem was a quick fix and he didn't waste any time getting right to it.  He saved me a huge amount by just making a repair rather than having to go to the cost and time of getting a new part.  I can't say enough good things about this company.  They are a true representative of great customer service and honest pricing!
