Matrix had to reschedule our initial meeting a few times.. and when we finally had our first meeting, their sales tactic felt a bit aggressive. That said, working with Matrix has been insanely easy. Brian D provided us with great solutions to our layout issues, and our Project Manager Daniel was super responsive and knowledgeable. Even with all the projects he was managing, he always made us feel like we were on top of the list. Our team of subcontractors were all experts in their respective trades. Specifically, our carpenters, Oscar and Romero were amazing! Their attention to detail was impeccable. We are just a few days from completion, and I cannot wait to start furnishing our new living space. Thanks Matrix for making our vision come to life! They were very flexible throughout the process in updating plans as issues came up (like when we realized the space at the bottom of the staircase would be too small to move furniture in, they helped rework the space to make it more open and roomy). AExcellent! Guy and his team are true professionals who take pride in their work. From start to completion, Guy was very organized, communicated regularly with us about the schedule, the deliverables, and the decisions we needed to make to ensure the project met our expectations and was completed on time. After the demolition phase, we encountered some structural engineering issues in the basement. Guy quickly put us in touch with structural engineers, he bid out the project, and we were able to solve the problem and stay on track. In addition to his technical know-how, Guy and his team partnered with us in designing a basement that met all of our needs — a fun and stylish space for our teens to hang out in, while providing functional design and modernizing the space with updated electrical, gas fireplace, and LED lighting. In addition to the amazing finished product, we appreciated Guy’s work ethic. He and his team were always on time, and made sure the work progressed every day so we avoided any down days. Guy was a wonderful partner in this project, and we highly recommend him!

AWe couldn’t be happier with Kris and his remodeling of two of our upstairs bathrooms. Kris was very detail oriented and hardworking. His timeline and quote he gave us from our initial meeting were right on, which I hear is hard to come by in contractors. He is also extremely clean, and everything was picked up everyday. FHad Matrix over and they used scare tactics/heavy sales pressure and a $3000 rebate that was expiring that night (right...) to get us to sign right then for their ridiculous price of $16000. Told us we have black mold and "it's a good thing you got us in here when you did" I did not agree with this price and before he was out the door, they were willing to do it for $9500 with some BS marketing caveats.... ultimately hired a couple of local, very solid contractors, total cost less than $6000, oh and they found no mold whatsoever once the wall was opened up. BEWARE THIS COMPANY USES SCARE TACTICS!

AI can’t say enough praises for Neighborhood Remodelers. Our Kitchen remodel was delayed initially due to the COVID-19 outbreak. Even during the month of delay when they couldn’t work we were given weekly updates to keep us informed. These updates continued throughout the life of the project. Once they were able to start, work progressed smoothly. We were always advised as to who would be arriving each day and what they would accomplish. This included any deliveries and scheduled inspections as well. The quality of work and the quality of materials were exceptional. Cleanliness and safety were always a top priority. The cabinets are top notch and simply beautiful. The initial budget that they provided was very accurate. We went through several design iterations, but even with the upgrades and changes we requested, the final cost was well within our target. Again, we were kept closely informed every step of the way. Our deepest appreciation goes to our team: Luke Mike, Jill, and Gabriel as well as their support staff and the electrical and plumbing sub-contractors. We would look forward to working with them in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone who is planning a home remodeling project of any size.
