AAll Temp Heating & Air ConditioningTechnicians are great at All Temp. Totally worth having them come out to look over the equipment prior to upcoming winter season. They changed out a minor part that cost less than $10.00 on the igniter unit. I think it was more preventative maintenance that anything else. Every time I've used them, the technicians are always showing me any concerns & discuss a solution. Considering the honesty that I feel coming from the guys that are out in the field performing the service, I'd strongly recommend using this company anytime. It's got to be a company culture thing. ALook no further than Dr. HVAC and Steve Rokkas for your heating needs. Steve and his dad are professional, honest, and hard-working. They replaced our two furnaces, which included correcting a serious installation issue with one of them, for the same price as the original estimate. This despite significantly more labor (and parts) and a need to reschedule the installation of the second furnace. Doing quality work and completing the job right are important to them, and this is a crucial factor when it comes to natural gas furnaces and potential safety issues involved with carbon monoxide. (This obviously didn’t matter to the previous installer). It also feels good to hire a family-owned small business, especially in this time of COVID when many small businesses are struggling.

AAwesome. While I probably could have scrounged around for a slightly better price, the speed, professionalism and quality of the work more than made up for it - and currently being unemployed, I don't say that lightly! They literally came THE NEXT DAY and did the entire install - remove old unit, rework the ducting, install an air cleaner, dress the wiring - all in one day! The job was done with expert quality - no loose wires or hoses lying around, everything square - and they even came back a few days later to make sure the sump pump and humidifier wire working correctly. finally, they called me a week after that, to make sure I got the Peoples Gas rebate paperwork together! I'd recommend them to anyone!

AI inherited a family home and the furnace was 30 years old. Still running but not very efficient. So I called TRG for an estimate. Will came out and priced out some options for me. I was able to purchase a furnace that fit my budget and my needs. This summer I’m upgrading my AC with TRG. I loved working with these guys. Very professional and polite and a lot of fun.

AI am absolutely satisfied with the work that was done. One of their technicians, Nelson diagnosed the issues with my current furnace and was able to explain what they were in terms I could easily understand. He showed me with a special camera all the cracks inside my furnace which was already 18 years old and on its way out. Considered a hazard at this point, I decided to replace it. David was very helpful in explaining what my options were for my needs in this living space. I decided to add a humidifier since it gets very dry in my condo unit during the winter. I also added an air purifier to help reduce the amount of allergens in the air since I suffer from sensitive sinuses and allergies. Josh and Akeem installed the new equipment within the time frame they estimated. They were efficient and did a wonderful job. Josh was kind to label a few things for me so I wouldn't forget. Overall, I am happy with everything and recommend this company.

AI have been a customer of American Weathermakers in Chicago since 2005. As a Comfort Club member, they come twice a year for maintenance on my hot water heater, furnace, humidifier, and air conditioner. The annual maintenance has extended the life of these items. The technicians and office folks have always been experienced and professional in all conversations. In July 2020, they installed an Aprilaire Model 1410 Air Purifier onto my furnace. Now that I am working from home full time I was looking for ways to improve my indoor air quality. In December 2020, it was time to replace my 15-year-old hot water heater. The hot water tank was starting to get a bit corroded on the top and I deiced to replace it before I was forced to replace it. For both visits, the technician adhered to Covid protocols. The work was done quickly, efficiently, and the work area was cleaned up before they left. They walked me through the products before leaving.
