    I am extremely satisfied with the painting job that Will and Bryan did on my Living Room, Dining Room and Hallway. From the time of the estimate (which was done the same day I called) until the completed job, it couldn't have gone smoother. They completed the job the same day and my rooms look beautiful. They had to deal with a difficult area above my fireplace, but the end result is flawless. Their price is very reasonable and I will be hiring them again in the future.

    To say that I am a satisfied customer would be an understatement. I was so pleased with the work Chris had done in my bathroom that I will be hiring him in the near future for other projects.     Overall it went fantastically well. The room is large: 18x22��� and involved a lot of tedious work. This was more of a restoration and required attention to detail. Everything was done right. Scott is a master at plaster repair. The room sparkles now!

    We had many issues with This company, Superior Remodeling, The owner refused to address them and was only looking to collect extra payment after the services were completed and without giving a written or verbal quote. This was for a Bathroom and Kitchen Remodel. The first time we were without water it was supposed to be for 1 day and it was 4 days. We had to get a hotel room for 2 of those days, we came home because that was the day we were supposed to get it back and it was until 4pm on a Saturday before it was back on. We did not get the deep sink working until later, because you were going to pull apart the laundry room and run the pipes through the wall. There is floor damage were the floor was check by the deep sink. Plumbers problems, they did not test the drain They tried to charge us extra for having their people clear and test the drain. Floor in shower stall, did the not draining good for 2 days hurt the new floor The drain out had plastic bags that were put in it blocking the drain that caused the clog. The bathroom was not done first as we discussed. The plumbers did not hook up the shower or test the plumbing. We had to wait a week for plumbers to come back out and then had to call Cindy and Chaz to get anyone to clear the drain. The cabinet under the sink had puddles and looked warped The garage door opener had to be repaired after they cleared out the construction supplies. The tree in the front had branches pulled down and needs to cut back now Marty had to keep leaving the job site for hours at a time doing other things for other people They were late to start most days They used our tools, ladders, stools, water, damaged our shovels, without replacing or offering to replace them. We had to get the shower curtain rod and medicine cabinet. Tony did not tell us he would be unavailable the week of the plumbing problems. They left the doors and windows open when they left. We took Wed off without pay because there was supposed to a lot of work done that day in the bathroom and it took until after noon before she was told no one would be coming over. That was the for second day we were going to be without water. We had someone of our family on site during the entire process and they never mentioned any extra items that had to be done or charges until after the work was done, they went about 23% over the original estimate, we had to talk to a lawyer when they threatened to put a lien on our house.

    Excellent! I was in a panic because I needed a staircase handrail and bathroom grab bar installed quickly as my mother was being released from a rehab facility after a fall. I called and left a voicemail for Louis on a Saturday afternoon and he called back minutes later. He squeezed me into his schedule on Monday morning, got the materials, and then installed everything in an hour. Quality was great and price was more than fair. I would not hesitate to recommend him!

    Everything went well. I had the owner come in to assess and provide a quote for services. He followed up with a written quote & contract for hire the next day via email. I did not have to do anything but pick out the paint. I left a key and they were in and out before I made it home from work. I would definitely recommend and use their services in the future.

    I would give them a "B" because they had to come back. The price was fair. We did use them after that for my Mom. They got a "C" on quality because they didn't prep the wall and the masking was not good. The clean-up was good. They had 2 people the first time and two people the second time. They came back because they didn't prep the wall and the masking tape was not done professionally.

    The blinds are a perfect match to the window frames. They fit perfectly and make it easy to adjust throughout the day. Selection and purchase process was quick and easy. The installer arrived exactly on time. He installed six windows while I was on a work conference call. The installation was done so quickly and cleanly and with no disruption at all to my call. Great job, great blinds!

    The measurement was scheduled for a Saturday morning, the sales person promptly and presented the options included in the deal. There were quite a few color options included in the deal and our counters fit the deal nearly perfectly. He made a great suggestion on adding granite on the divider between our kitchen and family room which was an excellent suggestion, the existing and worn wood wood have looked so out of place and we had actually not thought about this and wouldn't have. I am so glad we added that piece along with extending the island about a foot. I believe they told us 2-3 weeks for installation but it was actually more like a week, which was very exciting. The team arrived and completed the work including removal of the old counters, installing the new sink and counters and reconnecting the plumbing. We are extremely satisfied with the way the counters look and especially the additional piece and are happy with the work the New Stone Design Team did for us start to finish
