    I had an ice dam in my gutter which caused extensive damage in my home. Not only did dry wall and insulation need to be replaced, but almost all the flooring on the main floor, with the exception of the bathroom. GCPro came out the night the water starting leaking and did some initial remedial work. The next morning they were there, on time, and did extensive tear down and started the drying out process. Once all that was done, they then did all the repairs. The were always on time and treated both myself and my home with respect. They cleaned up after themselves every day as best they could considering the condition of things! They were always extremely courteous and friendly. The quickly found and explained the source of the water damage (due to incorrectly insulated pipes in the attic, work not associated with roof damage).  We were impressed with their honestly of the overall condition of the roof, stating that we don't need a new one for a couple more years. When we do need a new roof, this is the company that I will call!

    They did a good job on the inspection and found that we needed a battery. The $49 price was just as promised and was the lowest we could find.  However, it was clear that they intended the $49 to lead to us purchasing a much more costly sump pump system compared to what we had- ($3000-$6000).  They made a considerable effort to try to get us to buy such a system.  We consulted with another sump pump service provider.  Although they did agree that the sump pump system we were offered was a really good one, they didn't believe it was necessary with our situation.  Our situation is that we have a small sub-basement area which contains nothing of value (all mechanicals are above ground).  The house is primarily above a crawl space.  In the unlikely event that we did flood, the sub basement would contain the water without harm to our home.  Nonetheless, they did a good inspection and if you have a home with a finished basement, you should consider this company for a quality sump pump system.

    Quality is excellent, pricing is unfair. 
    First of all I want to start with saying the quality of the service performed is excellent.  The gentlemen (Sam) that performed the job is very professional and knowledgeable.  He was able to diagnose and fix the issue on hand quickly and effectively. Thank you Sam.
    My issue is with the pricing, and it's pretty serious.  
    After about an hour and half worth of work performed, and about $10 worth of material (wax ring), my discounted total came out $487 (Originally $599.00 After 20% Angie's list discount).
    I did the math, and the labor rate is just shy of  $400/hr ($320 after the 20% discount).
    After doing some research and asking around (should've done that first I know), I honestly and truly feel taken advantage off by Lifeline Plumbing.
    Here is the cost break down on my bill:
    ($39) - Service charge for making the trip.
    ($280) - Locating the leak (involved making a hole in the dry wall and running water thru sink/tub/toilet etc until leak is discovered)
    ($280) - Pulling/reseating toilet and replacing wax ring, cleanup, etc.
    Total = $599.00
    20% Angie's list discount brought the total to  $487.00.
    Once again it took ~1.5 hours to complete this job, meaning the labor rate is close to $400/hr (before 20% discount).
    I do believe that the quoting process, in a way, is misleading. The quote started with around $300 then worked it's way up to $599.  I would have been a much happier customer if I was presented with the approx final amount once the leak was found.  After all, finding the leak took less than half an hour.
    Once again, I want to thank Sam for coming out performing great work. Unfortunately, due to Lifeline Plumbing's unfair pricing model, I will not be calling or suggesting this service to others.

    My family recently moved into a new home and knew that the existing water heater was quite old and was running on borrowed time. I had to be proactive and thwart any impending disaster. However, I wasn't sure if a tankless water heater was the right solution for us considering the substantial upfront costs versus a traditional tank water heater.  
    After discussing the pros and cons with Sal from DRF, I understood that going with a tankless would potentially save me the hassle of installing another tank water heater in another 10-12 years since the tankless could last me 20+ years. Also, after doing some number crunching I realized that in the long run I would be paying for a tankless no matter which option I decided on. It was a no brainer. The two key benefits of going with a tankless for me is the energy savings from not constantly boiling water (whether I used it or not) and the potential of a disastrous flood in my basement. Andrea R. from DRF was also extremely helpful in answering any questions I had. At no point did I feel any pressure from them. So after weighing my options, I decided to go with the Rheem ECO200.
    Mike P. and Donovan arrived and assessed the basement space and quickly figured out a plan of attack to install the tankless. After opening the box that the tankless unit came in it was quickly discovered that there were dents and dings on the cover for some reason.  DRF quickly procured a new cover and sent it over the same day.  Before the installation, they clearly explained everything that needed to be done and got to work immediately. The installation was quite involved with water pipes, gas lines, venting, etc. so it took all day basically...but Mike and Donovan were awesome. You can tell they take extreme pride in their work. Plus they cleaned up any mess that was made during the installation afterwards. At the time of writing this review, it had been a few weeks of using the new water heater and it has worked flawlessly since. It was obvious that Mike and Donovan installed the unit correctly the first time. DRF is a great company to work with and would use them for future projects. I was treated professionally and courteously and it's apparent that customer service and quality is very important to them.  They even took care of the village permit to do the work.  Great service!  Thank you for giving me one less thing to worry about with the house.

    Servdry, Inc. Water Damage and Carpet Cleaning
    Servedry was the only company that returned my call for a Friday night flooded basement.
    Rob called and then came by withing 45 minutes.  They pulled back the carpet, removed all the water and then set up several drying fans and a dehumidifier.  The next day, they came by the check up on the carpet.  After making sure the carpet was dry, they picked up the equipment and then cleaned all the carpet in the basement and on the stairs.
    Before they arrived, we had picked up a carpet cleaner and a fan that we had rented.  They came by, picked up that equipment and returned it to Home Depot for us.
    The price was higher than I expected but so was the customer service and quality of work.

    Initial job for remediation of mold and water damage from two ice dams that occurred in Jan 2014.  Job started in May of 2014 as we needed to get the roof fixed first in April. While this was a large job ($20+K) and stressful on our lives, it went well and other than two custom pillars and a punch list completed on time.  Small snafu in May as a large insurance check arrived on a Thurday before we leaving on a week’s vacation to Orlando.  Dominic the owner wanted me to cut him a check immediately and was quite upset when I told him, I would not cut him a check ($15K) until the funds cleared.  I don’t keep that kind of money in my checking account to cover such a large check and I would not write him a check I don’t have the funds to cover.  Then he went off on how his people can’t get paid without that check.  I pointed out to him, that none of us knew the check was coming on Thursday and there was no way he should have been counting on it to cover his payroll.  I explained that I thought it was unfair of him to try and blame his payroll problems on me.  I told him that I would be returning the following week and as long as the check cleared I would be happy to write the Monday I got back.   We agreed and I went on my one week vacation.  The Monday in the middle of my vacation I then received at least 4 messages from one of his guys who was calling from my parking lot at my office looking for a check.  I explained I was in Orlando and they would have to wait until the following Monday when I got back.  Once I got back I verifies the insurance check had cleared and called them first thing that Monday morning to arrange for them to pick up a check.  They never called me back until Tuesday and then picked it up on Wednesday.  Go figure. The next issue was with two custom pillars that Bella T (owner Dominic) could not seem to handle despite telling us they had custom wood workers on staff when we signed the contract.  Turns out they would actually have to contract with an outside carpenter to complete.  After multiple delays, Bella T (via Tony, Dominc’s father in law) scheduled installation of the pillars on two separate occasions in July and August for 8 am installations, for which I took two vacation days off work to be present for.  They never showed up for either date and didn't return my multiple calls until noon of the scheduled installation.  I later found out they had scheduled my installation dates with out even having the pillars started, despite being told that the pillars were done and ready to go.  By September (remember we started in May) still no pillars and they are trying to get me to pay the balance due ($3K) and want to give me a credit of $100 per pillar and have me find a wood worker to finish them on my own. Multiple phone calls with the owner over the balance due which become quite heated as he accuses me of treating him like a dog and trying to cheat him.  I told him I just want my pillars and my punch list completed and he will get paid as per the contract.  Tony then agrees (since Dominic and I are barely civil) that I will get my own wood worker to complete, send them the bill and they will credit it against the balance due.  After 3 bids the best I got was $1200 per pillar.  Nowhere near the $100 they wanted to credit me.  The day I signed (now its October) with a carpenter was the day I get a call from Dominic telling me (for the 3rd time) that my pillars are completed and Tony has been fired (Tony told me he resigned).    I managed to get out of the contract with the wood worker who was really cool about it and then explained to Dominic that they will have to do the install of the pillars and complete the punch list on a Saturday as I will no longer be taking days off work since they had already stood me up twice.  FYI, I was also told that the pillars were able to be completed for $1000 apiece, again nowhere near the credit they initially offered.  First off the actual workers do a fine job.  Mark, who I dealt with after Tony left, was very good about scheduling and getting everything completed.  However, I cannot recommend this firm due to the volatile and unprofessional owner, Dominic.  I feel bad, because the actual workers will suffer if people read this review and stop contracting with Bella T.  I actually waited over 6 month to post this review to see if a “cooling off” period would make me feel different about my experience.  Unfortunately, it has not and I would never do business with this company again and I strongly urge anyone considering doing business with them to think long and hard about their decision.

    These guys really saved the day after another company said they weren?t coming after keeping me hanging for two days.  Water damage needs immediate attention! Puroclean showed up on time within 24 hrs of my call and everything
    continued smoothly from there. They have a Project Manager for scheduling and questions and that worked very well - the PM even came to my house with the crew.  Everyone was very professional, courteous, and helpful ? they even stopped by Home Depot for me to pick up the carpet pad I?d bought! They did a great job of explaining what they were going to do, why, how much it would cost, when they'd do it. Very, very good communication, which I appreciated.  I?ve got double sump pumps with a battery backup now, but Puroclean will be my first call if I have water damage again. A long overdue review of a great service.
