    Supreme Seawall & Dock Designs
    To the best of our knowledge Camille Perkins is President/Owner of Supreme Seawall.  Her husband, Kyle Falbisaner completes the work.  The company resides in McHenry
     We picked up our permit  on August 12, 2014.  We paid $269 for the permit, plan exam and
    inspections       
    We followed up with Camille at various time from August 2014-Jule 2015.  Summary as follows:
    o   Start date moved to September 2014
    o   Start date moved to November 2014
       Start date moved to December 2014
    §  We requested our money returned and were told no by Camille
    o   Start date moved to January 2015
    o   Start date moved to Spring 2015
    o   Start date moved to order of contract signatures. 
    In April 2015, we were listed as project #5
    Throughout September 2014 to April 2015 we were the ones that contacted them.  There was no communication from them unless prompted. 
    Their excuses for not starting the work ranged from:
    o   Expanding their company
    o   Employee Dishonesty
    o   Failure of Equipment
     o   Weather
    o   Projects larger than expected
     When contacted via phone in March 2015, their
    company phone number was disconnected as was Camille?s cell phone.  Kyle?s phone was in service.  A voicemail was left for Kyle and an email
    was sent to Camille.  She said that she
    should have given me her new cell phone number and did so. 
    In April, 2015 when we were told that we were project # 5, in inquired how I was not earlier on the list since when I signed the contract, they indicated they would begin work in 6 weeks.  I also inquired ?in the perfect world? how long would the projects take since I was delaying setting up my yard for summer.  She did not answer my questions other than to say projects 1-4 were not seawalls and not major.
    o   Weekly updates were provided.
     o   Project 1 took 8 weeks
    o   Project 2 was still in progress at last update after 4 weeks
          In June 2015, 60 days in front of permit expiration, we received a letter from the city (VOP) dated June 9th that we
    had 30 days to respond as to why they have not received notice to inspect construction.  Failure to respond in 30
    days in writing, could result in files up to $750 per day
    o   This letter was sent to Camille along with a letter from us indicating that if she was unable to respond and complete the work to please return our money.
    o   She said she would contact the VOP.   On June 17th she called the VOP and they instructed her to respond in writing.
    o   Camille indicated that she would work on her response the week of June 22nd.
    o   As of the week of July 10th, Camille had not responded or crafted a letter to the VOP.  Since fines would
    begin on July 12th, I contacted the VOP to cancel the permit (that was actually closed for cause in October 2014 since the VOP found out that no work had begun in 90 days as required by the VOP.)
    On July 9th, we had our attorney send a demand letter via email and UPS to the contract address.  We wished to settle the matter amicably and requested our deposit and the VOP permit money from Camille.
    o   Camille did not respond to the email
    o   UPS returned the letter stating that the company/Camille is not there
    o   A phone call was placed and the person that answered (assume Kyle) knew Camille and when our attorney provided his name, Camille was unable to come to the phone and never returned the call
    Supreme Seawall & Dock Design has not begun work on our
    property in 13 months.  They have refused to refund our money and no work was done.  It appears that they may have changed their company name and address.  Their website has been taken down.  Their contact numbers no longer work:

    Access Taxi
    I arranged for  Access Taxi to take me to the doctor's appointment.  When it was finished I called them to pick me up.  The driver was prompt, friendly and professional.  The taxi was clean.  The taxi arrived within 15 minutes after I call them for a ride home.

    O'hare Taxi Services
    It was a totally disaster.
    I booked a Taxi from this company on Dec 19th, 2013, for a travel on early Morning next day. A Taxi driver name Andre confirmed this reservation by texting and calling me at same day afternoon. His phone number is 630-229-7276.  Everything looks good so far.
    Then the Driver did not show up the next day Morning. I called his cell phone numeric times, but nobody answer. I had to call other Taxi but unfortunately it was too late. I missed my plane. It cost me $75 to change plane and stucked in Ohare whole day.
    I wrote to this company but nobody answer. Now I have to post this review everywhere on Web I can find.

    Executive Chauffeuring
    I am a first time user of this car service and was "auditioning" them. I am pleased and will definitely continue. My first ride with them was from O'Hare on a day of bad weather and many delays. I was hours later than expected. They didn't have a car for me immediately upon arrival but were very polite and helpful on the phone and had one for me in short order. My next ride with them was a two-stop, two-passenger trip that was easy to arrange and perfectly executed. The cars were newer models and clean. The drivers were very professional and did not force conversation on me. The prices were competitive. I have paid a lot more for a lot less than I got with Executive Chauffering.

    303 TAXI
    I called 303 Taxi because the roads were too bad for me to even consider driving. I expected to wait for the cab to arrive, but it didn't take long at all. They text you when the cab has been dispatched and then again when they arrive. Willy was a terrific driver. He drove very safely and carefully. Believe me, he got a generous tip from me! Would I call this company again? Absolutely! Would I recommend them to friends? Absolutely!

    AWARD TRAVEL
    See above.  I complained to Apple Vacations, who had their sales team "verify" their existence.  The owner said they were out of town.  If you go out of town for weeks on end, and don't have anyone respond to voice mails or emails, then to me that's not a viable business. I'm assuming they received a commission from Apple Vacations, for doing absolutely no work.

    KEN'S POWER & SAIL
    I didn’t like anything about Ken’s Power & Sail Company.  They provided poor customer service.  I felt like they were talking down to me.  They seemed like they were too busy to do what I needed them to do.  They took a really long time to take a look at what I needed.  I had to constantly call them once a week to check on the progress.  It was going no where.  They basically didn’t fix it.  They did something to my engine and charged me $80 for a part.  I ended up taking my boat to another provider.  My overall experience with them was poor.  I would never go back to them for anything.

    For our trip to the airport, the driver arrived 15 minutes before the scheduled time and waited until we were ready to depart. We called from the airport to come home and didn't have to wait particularly long for our driver. This company is very easy to use, especially because of their automated system.

    The driver was early which I'd expected based on reading reports from Angie's List, and which I sincerely appreciated to reduce my anxiety about getting to the airport on time. The driver wasn't particularly friendly/talkative but was safe and courteous. He also complied with my request to swing by the post office to mail some outgoing bills.
