    Kitchen Village
We met Jim at Kitchen Village after seeing the great kitchen they did for our neighbor. They did our kitchen design (great ideas) and helped us every step of the way (included our powder room too). The ideas kept coming and the choices became easier and easier with the guidance. Our satisfaction has always been first and foremost. We could not be happier! We are grateful for all of the time and energy that Jim and all of his staff/contractors gave us. With their direction and hand holding we truly have the kitchen of our dreams!

    Home Force Builders Inc
It was excellent. Mike and his crew were professional, knowledgable and timely. Mike laid out a time line before the project started and he and his men stuck to it. They were here every day at 8 am. I have had jobs done by other contractors where they just wouldn't show up for a couple days, Not Home Force Builders! We are extremely pleased with our final product, I love my new home .

We are thrilled with the results! We have worked with Carol Hasler on the redo's of our master and hall baths and now the kitchen. Carol is wonderful to work with. She starts by understanding what is needed and wanted and then strives to provide the best possible solutions. Her designs take advantage of the good points of the existing situation and then move to improve where ever possible. We removed everything in the kitchen, moved locations of refrigerator and stove, eliminated a peninsula and added an island. The new cabinets are beautifully made and emphasize the height of the room by being taller than the old ones. Once again, the tile work is the signature part of the room (as was the case in the master bath). The backsplash is a combination of glass subway tile, metal rail, and glass mosaic tiles. It pulls the whole room together. We particularly appreciate the way problems are addressed, calmly and with ingenuity. Carol helped with sourcing and selection of all the important materials-granite, lighting, tile, colors, etc. We never feel abandoned. A real plus was reusing one of the discarded kitchen cabinets for the laundry room. That and the tile make the room look new. Overall, the workmanship of the job was great. Any issues have been resolved quickly and with no arguments. They stand behind their work, even after the passage of time, as was the case with the resolution of a problem with the master bath fan which was installed two years prior. We recommend Kitchen Village and Carol Hasler without reservation and only feel sad that there is nothing left to remodel in our house.

    Rowe Construction
It went very well. Ryan was very professional and prompt in responding to our text messages. He helped us save money by recommending a cabinet and granite/quartz supplier that was much cheaper than any other source. He started the project on time and finished at the expected timeframe.
We would hire him again for any major remodeling project!

Handy Men & Mrs Helper Kitchen & Bath
We recently sold our home and downsized to a condo that was in need of a facelift.  Andy and his team completely remodeled the kitchen, installing new cabinets, granite countertops, and new flooring.  They removed part of a wall to provide an open access and installed cabinets under a small bar area to provide additional storage and work area, which was definitely needed in our small space.  They created a kitchen that is now a lovely focal point as well as an efficient use of space.  I love it!
What's important to note about this experience is that all of this work took place on the third floor of a four story condominium.  A lot of coordination needed to take place, not to mention making sure that neighbors in the building were not adversely affected by the remodeling.  Andy handled this coordination in both a professional and considerate manner.  His work as the project's general contractor provided us with a peace of mind that made all the difference.  We knew the remodeling was going to be done well with as little disruption to others as possible.
Handy Men and Mrs. Helper provides excellent service at a fair price.  They have an experienced, professional and ethical crew to tackle almost any job.  They have our unequivocal recommendation.

    JB Construction Services Inc
My husband and I are so pleased with finding JB Construction.  Jerzy was pleasant to deal with and always made himself available when I had a question.
We have a big basement that needed new drywalling, including changing out a dropped ceiling and replacing it with drywall, a tired looking bar area that needed a facelift (new cabinetry and granite countertops), some cosmetic updates to our bathroom and replacing a big picture window with one that is more energy efficient.
Jerzy responded to our message right away and came over to give us an estimate.  We're planning on leaving our house  in a few years so we wanted to be careful on how much we wanted to spend and Jerzy was really good at helping us figure out what needed to be done aesthetically and prudently.
HIs suggestions for the cabinets and granite were dead on and really enhanced the look of the basement.  He would always check with me on things that he wasn't sure of like the placing of lights, the look of the basement stairs and the granite placement on the countertops.  He had his guys move the placement of the pendant lights over the bar area because he didn't like the look of it and was always involved with the progress of the basement.
His crew were very courteous and hard working and when I added a couple of extra things to be done Jerzy's  answer was always yes and he got it all done.
We have horrible electrical issues in our house and he and his crew took it in stride and figured it all out.
He also included painting of the entire basement and bathroom and I was able to pick the paint colors from an array of choices.  All of this was done without destroying our carpet.  They laid plastic sheeting over all of it and they really cleaned everything up nicely when they were done.
As with any project there were some - but very few - issues that were unforeseen and amounted to less than 1% of entire cost.
We are so happy with Jerzy and JB Construction that we've asked him to take a look at some other projects in our house.

    Marble & Granite Sources LLC
There was a special cut-out for the cooktop because it was a range. They were able to fit it in just perfectly. When I got there, I had given them some colors. They had everything pulled out ready. The sales associate, Gina, offered a lot of assistance. They also had a great price. The install was excellent. They completed it all in one day and cleaned up well. They provided great personal service.

Handy Men & Mrs Helper Kitchen & Bath
We moved from a large home into townhome with the idea that we would update the first floor and open up the view. It was a process to get the project started as the cabinet ordering and delivery took two months. Once the project got going, it all ran pretty smoothly. Andy coordinated everyone who needed to come out including the carpenter, plumbing, electrical tile, drywall, painting and sub-contracting the granite and hardwood floors. I appreciated the sensitivity to timing of everything and he stopped by often to check on the work. They guys always seemed to be working hard and on time. We had very little downtime and the entire project was completed in a month.
Andy was communicative and it seemed that all his guys respected him. It seems that Andy was committed to making sure the project was left to my satisfaction?even making my neighbor happy by power washing her driveway and sending someone back to my house the next day to fix a dead outlet.
HMMH may not be the cheapest, but they have quality workers who seem to enjoy their jobs and respect Andy. We are completely satisfied and will use them again in the future.

    Ultimate Stone Inc
Our experience was very good from start to finish.  All communication responses via Angie's List were very timely.  The provider arrived to both the measurement and the installation appointments on time.  The granite top for the grill was made as 1 piece.  The measurements were spot on and the top fit perfectly.  The old top was removed and taken away.  I was going to shop vac the bottom of the structure while the old top was off.  The Stone Crew offered to vacuum the area for me.

    NINO'S TILE & MARBLE INC
Tony and Vito are true craftsmen.  The work involved heavy marble tile and they did an excellent job.  They took the time necessary to complete and never rushed.  The result shows.  They cleaned every day and took precautions to keep the rest of the house clean.
WE are very happy with the results.
