    Tony and his staff are great . They were able to solve the problem of too many wires hanging in the living room created by the geek squad of Best Buy. He is very professional and knowledgeable and very trustworthy I was able to leave my house in 3 occasions just to pick up my kids while they���re doing the job. We are so happy how he installed all Nest products and he selected the optimal position where those cameras are placed. Most importantly his Fee is the cheapest here in south suburbs of Chicago and also gave me discounts. Evolution Installs is a very honest and great company.

    This guy is a fraud! He lacks communication skills and can be very unprofessional. The worst experience you can imagine...So I went ahead and hired Paul B. to furnish and install a 5 camera wireless security system for the property. I had to get a commitment on dates from him so I can book my airline, hotel, and car rental. He insisted on getting paid for 100% of the equipment and 50% of the labor up front prior to committing the dates for the "2 day install". So I directly deposit $4,400 in his account and booked my trip. 2 days after he receives the money, he tells me that I need to make sure the lift is rented and delivered for the dates. I told him, why do I need to rent it? , He then throws the 1st shady act, stating that, it is not included in the price. That costed me $700 more, which should of been his expense and not mine. I had no choice at this point but to go ahead as have already paid him majority of the monies. Come on first day of installation ( Thursday Feb 23, he arrives an hour late goes thru the site with his tech and after an hour or so he says he doesn���t have all the equipment yet so he can���t install today. At this point I am shocked and don���t understand. Shady Act # 2 So I took it upon myself to contact the manufacturer and they stated that it was delivered at Paul���s house earlier the same day. So I tell Paul and he calls his wife and , sure enough it was delivered. So he left to go pick it up and that took a good 2 hours. Time was an issue for me as now that I am renting this lift which is costing me now daily and if he ends up taking longer I will have to pay additional rental for it. He comes back and ends up working only couple of hours. On the second day (Friday Feb 24), again an hour late, he installed 3 cameras on the pole using the lift, but at the end of the day he then realizes that he needs to go back and bring a the wireless antennas down as he has to still program them. He leaves with all the equipment and says will program it at home. That now means that he will need the lift another day. That is Shady Act #3. So day 3 (Saturday Feb 25), he shows up without his tech and spent the entire day on the phone with the manufacturer and was not able to even program one antenna. He gets frustrated and leaves for the day and takes the antennas with him and the rest of the equipment and says that he will program it. I told him that you took the equipment to program it at home, he said yeah he didn���t get to it. Day 4 (Sunday Feb 26) calls me and says that he will do it on Wednesday. I tell him that I will be leaving on the Tuesday Feb 28. He states that he will get it done. I fly back and I reach out to him on the following week to find out where he is with the completion of the job, he tells me that he will need more money as he has to rent the lift and materials. I told him the delay was on him and materials for what?? I paid you a contract price that should of included the materials and the lift, and that I am not willing to pay any more to him and just want the job done already as a 2 day job has now become over 2 weeks and still incomplete. He tells me to let him know and hangs up the phone. Over the next week there is no communication and he finally tells me to pay him the balance and a extra $4-500 for materials. Now I am completely upset and angry and told him to drop off the equipment that I have paid for and we both can walk away from this. He said NO. The worst part is that after calling the ���BBB��� they say he is not an ���Accredited Business��� ��� so basically he is a fraud and falsely trying to get customers. For all we know he has put all the good "5 star " reviews himself. If you dont believe me, please do check the image that I attached then contact BBB yourself. Just please do your due-diligence!

    All Safe Fred's Gas Repair

    I'm not sure this company actually exists. I called in mid-May to schedule a cleaning and repair for my outdoor grill. I was given a date approximately two weeks out and was told the technician would call the day before. No one called. I called back the morning of my scheduled service to see if my appointment was actually on the schedule. The person who answered the phone (who was exceedingly nice and responsive) apparently does not have access to the technicians' schedule but she told me that she would have the owner call me as soon as possible. She was meticulous in making she had all the details and my contact information correct. I left both my home and cell numbers. Again, no one called.

    I called again a week or so later to see if I could get on the schedule again and asked to speak directly to the owner. Again, the phone answerer was very very nice and took down all the information. Once again, no one called. I'm done.

    I would give them an "F" overall except the women who answered the phone (which was probably just an answering service) were so nice and tried to be helpful.

    The service was excellent. They came two different times and it went well. What stood out was the quality of the products. They came on the day they said and they cleaned up. They come multiple times to come and talk about the pricing and so we understand what we are getting and showed us different options. They spent a good amount of time it us.

    Incredible service! When I called to inquire about the repair I was asked what type of television I had. When I told him the problem and that it was a Mitsubishi, he automatically knew it was covered by an extended warranty with the manufacturer. But he didn't stop there. He gave me the contact information at Mitsubishi along with the information I needed to have the part shipped. He could have charged me more and I wouldn't have known any better. Truly trustworthy and a knowledgeable technician. Highly, highly recommend.

    I remember my initial phone conversation with Jody as I told her my situation and goals, and she said "You know you really need to work with me. I can help you achieve that". And, from that beginning whenever Jody spoke I listened, and I listened not only because of her super successful track record. But, she just has a way of making you believe that anything is within reach.
    One of the many things Jody does well is to ask the questions that really made me think about what I thought were obstacles to my goals. I wanted someone to challenge my ideas/thoughts and Jody did exactly that. She is very easy to talk with and that helped keep the conversations real. Another really valuable part of working with Jody is her sharing relevant stories in her life about how she handled certain personal/business situations. What i saw was a woman who doesn't let anything stop her. If she has a goal and idea, she finds a way to get it done, and I have tried to incorporate that thinking into my life. For me the whole process was a real learning experience. Each week something new was uncovered, and she will challenge you to rethink your sticking points. In my case I really sort of knew the direction I wanted to go to, but was sort of stuck unable to move forward because of obstacles I put in my head. However, after working with Jody I have the confidence to move forward and to move the obstacles to the side.  
    I had worked with another career/business coach in 2011 and went through the process with a lot of excitement. However, in the end I really didn't make any changes that I knew I needed to make. I let the obstacles really stop me from starting. Working with Jody really gave me the confidence to say to myself "Yeah, I can do that, and there's always a way". 
    I look forward to the day I can work with her again.

    I checked their web page and found that I needed to call to make sure the shredding truck was at the facility. A very pleasant woman answer the phone and told me to come anytime that day. They were open until 5. We drove over. The owner explained how it worked, brought out a large garbage can to dump the documents in, took us and them inside and weighed them, and recorded the weight. The garbage can was then taken to the truck, a camera was turned on so we could watch the papers going in and being shredded. We then went to get another load and went through the same process. The shreds are mixed with other peoples shred and then recycled. The owner is very pleasant and personable. We would not hesitate to make use of their services again.

    When the tech called to confirm the appointment he went right into "you do realize that if the problem is in the wires you will need to pay".  I said I was told this but come out and lets see what the problem is.  He entered the condo and again telling me that it will probably be the wires since the condo was so old.  Still not checking anything.  I told him the person who did a check test said they thought it was a malfunction in the equipment.  He said "They are all telemarkers and don't know anything". When I responded to this he said "You're yelling and I'm leaving".  I was not yelling  just questioning remarks made.  It got worse from there -  bottom line he changed the motem and left - no charge.  I did make a complaint about the tech.  Have no idea if anything was done.  I do know the problem was not resolved and I have the same issues (TV/Internet work then go out. Never knowing when this will happen ).  When I called and asked for another appointment ASAP they made the appointment for this AM.  I asked that Brad not be the tech.  Amy ( Manager) assured me a Sr. Tech would be out on Sunday 2/2 between 8:00AM and noon.  Since I did not receive a confirmation I called to day at 8:00 and was told the notes stated that a sercie call should be scheduled but no one put thur the order.  After over an hour of waiting on the phone I let Carl know that I just could not tie up the line any further and to call back and let me know what time they would be out .  I just received a message that they now cannot come until Tuesday between 8:00AM and noon.  No one bothered to ask if I would be home and I will not since I work that day.  He realized I needed this ASAP.  This is the reason I did not stay with my Mom last night because of this appointment .
    The only reason I used AT&T is becauseIi had their servie in Chicago and transferred service to Orland Park.  This is only one of the situations I have had with them since moving my service her.  As unprofessional Brad ( the tech) is maybe he is correct is calling his colleagues telemarketers!

    RAINBOW PLAY SYSTEMS
    We have been making numerous calls over the past 18 months in order to get parts replaced and have had no luck.  We have heard everything from problems with employee turnover to our file being lost (3 times).  The latest is they cannot help us unless we send them a copy of our original receipt.  I am not sure why they need a piece of paper that is at least 7 years old when they were able to pull up our exact purchase in their computer, except for the fact that it is one more reason they can use for not honoring their warrantee.  Anyway, the original receipt was faxed to them about two weeks ago and we have yet to hear anything.  That has been the pattern over the past 18 months.  We do what they ask, they never respond, we call back a month or two later and they have no record of ever talking to us.
    Superior product, although very expensive compared to others.  Overall we are very happy with the purchase however, they do not stand behind the product and seem to forget you exist after the check clears.  If I had to do it all over, I would pick a different company.
