Steve came to the house to give us an estimate. Jeff came out and did the work. It took less time than estimated. Since grout was not completely dry when he left, he told us it would lighten up when it was dry. Some areas lightenend up less than we had anticipated. We lived with it for a few days and decided we were not as satisfied as we had hoped. Jeff returned and used grout paint on the darker...

The workmanship was outstanding; however, after six months, the grout quality is getting dirty regardless of daily cleaning. I feel that they should refund the coating protection charge since it isn't doing what was purported. The downstairs cleaning of the grouts gets yellowish in time, regardless of cleaning. Again either of these shouldn't be happening after six months. A good faith gesture on ...
