    Gomez has always been great! Comes out immediately, is thorough, good customer service, resolves the problem immediately, and is very affordable. My family and friends have dealt with him for years and he's always our go to guy for anything related to appliances. Would highly recommend.

    We've used him for years. Jim is particularly easy to work with. On this particular occasion, the cause of the problem was a little bit elusive and we had to do a bit of disassembly to find the problem, but he found it. He just does a really nice job. I'd give him an A-plus-plus on price if I was able to.

    Came out, diagnosed problem gave cost to repair. As this was an older machine and cost to repair was almost he cost of a new machine I opted to replace the machine. Paid the diagnostic fee which was reasonable. Subsequently bough new machine.

    OK - on the first visit they identified that the vent leading to the outside looked like it had a bird's nest in it. They said they would need to come back and clean that out and it was an additional charge. I scheduled it twice and both times they cancelled because other HVAC work needed to be done for other clients and based on the cold weather that was a priority. In one instance I had already taken the morning off of work. We rescheduled and they said they would be there and then the morning of cancelled again.

    It was okay. They responded very quickly. I think they were guessing a little bit of what the problem was when he had to come back a second time. It did cost me a few amount of money but they did the job. They came out and they repaired it that day and it cost me $300 that day. It turned out they had to come back another time because they didn't repair the problem. It just seemed a lot of money because I thought I would get credit for the $49 for the repair, but it was like $49 just to get there. The appliance is a couple of years old so it wasn't that old. I called for repair and they came and diagnosed it. I thought it was fixed at that point and they did come back and fix it again, and because they didn't charge me any labor, just for the part so that was what it cost. They did the repair. I'm not complaining about the repair. I guess when I call for someone to repair something, the fact that they replaced another part there, it's kind of a guessing game to a certain degree. I thought the price was pretty high. They came around fairly quickly. They did what they were supposed to do.

    He took the whole machine apart. He requested we pay ahead of time. It took him several weeks to fix it. When he was finally done and my son tried it, it was not working. On top of that the machine was in a closet and he had removed the doors and never put them back on. He left a mess. He never left us a receipt for the work done.

    He went to his condo, pulled out the closet door and took the washing machine apart.  He called me and said he had to replace the parts costing $515.00. He wanted to be paid ahead of time so he could buy the parts.  He sounded like an honest man.  My son said that he seemed trustworthy. He went to my husband's office and collected a check for $515.00. My son said that he seemed trustworthy and we decided to go by his word.  After that we had to call him several times and finally he came and fixed it (so he said).  He never gave us a receipt or  the receipt for buying the parts. Unfortunately my son did not try it while he was there.  After he left, we realized he did not fix it and he never put back the closet door which he pulled out and made a big mess before he left.  I would not advice anyone to call him.  I think he just ripped us of $515.00 and wasted our time!

    TERRIBLE.  Long story short...we had to kick them out of our home.  I have been a home owner for 12 years.  Never have I had to kick anyone, let alone a person I called to request services from, out of my home.  The guy who came to my home was disrespectful when simply asked to explain the work that they stated needed to be done.  I was not present while the tech was there and the guy spoke disrespectfully to my wife, raising his voice and speaking as though my wife is an invalid, "THE...WASHER...WAS...OVERLOADED," saying, "I don't have time for this" (This being the work he was contracted to do) and when asked to leave, storming out screaming profanity.  TOTALLY AND COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE.  I called and spoke with the owner named Dave, and he defended this absolutely putrid behavior.  Unbelievable. Im disgusted and appalled. Save yourself the headache and don't allow these people to come and disrespect you and your home.

    I called to schedule service on my washing machine that just broke down this morning. The guy on the phone was not very pleasant. He said the earliest available appt was Thursday which I was prepared to accept . Then I asked what time will you be able to make it to my home. He told me to call the morning of. So, I asked if he could call me and let me know when they will arrive. In a very frustrated tone he said "if I called everyone that I was scheduled to see I would be making 1000 phone calls....". I didn't know it was soooo inconvenient to call your customer before you arrived or call your customer to give them an idea as to when you would get there. This really ticked me off and I will no longer be using this company. My grade would be an F but I used them years ago and things were fine. Oh well, maybe there is new management or something.

    I called Thursday and they got me in on Monday afternoon.  They called at 9 with my 2 hour window.  He showed up in the window.  He had the part on the truck.  Replaced in less than an hour.  Would have liked to see the labor separated from the part on the bill.
