AA&D Exteriors IncWe were very pleased with A&D Exteriors. We got estimates from 3 potential roofers. A&D offered a lot of services and material for a very competitive price. Gene, our project manager, did not try to oversell us or scare us into more than we needed. He kept us apprised of steps in the process, especially when weather delayed our date. Excellent communication! We had checked out the ratings of the the 2 different shingle manufacturers they offered as well as a third offered by one of the other roofing companies. We found A & D offered high quality material. We easily made decisions about various options and signed the contract. They pulled the permits and our installation went very smoothly, taking only one day. No money was required until the project was completed. We were very impressed with the professionalism of the crew. They were extra careful with the plantings around the house, protecting everything, and meticulous in the clean-up. This was important to us because we just had some new landscaping put in. It couldn’t have gone better. We would certainly recommend A&D Exteriors.- Diane and Joe O.

AI would like to really thank Mike and his team for the very professional work they completed on the replacement of my gutters and the repair of my facia and soffit. This was a pretty tuff winter and when my house did not hold up Mike came out the same day and gave me an estimate and promptly got the job done the same week. I was so greatful that he did not charge me any additional money for the extra material and work he and his team had to perform after running into a problem with the older material that was previously used on my house that is now discontinued. They even took the time to inspect my roof and other potential problem areas of my property and provided photos so that I can tackle these areas prior to something going wrong. I will most definitely be utilizing this company to help me with those other problem areas. I would most definitely recommend them.

FThis company promises everything but does not answer the phones if you have a problem. They installed the leaf guards but when it rained, water flew over the guards and in my basement through a nearby window well. I called for a fix 5x and talked to the General Manager 2x but no response. Have filed a complaint with the IL Attorney General ad hope to get a fix or refund of almost $2K

AMy new roof & gutters look beautiful. Work was done in a timely manner. Workers were very careful with removal of old roofing material & clean-up was excellent. They were very respectful of neighbors' property on both sides of our house. This was very important to me because I had a very bad experience with a previous contractor that replaced the siding on the house.
