    If you are thinking of working with Ray Lefvour and McCarthy Ford you must read this 1st! Ray Lefvour called and asked me to come into the dealership for a sale he was having the Escape���s. I came in Lefvour wasn���t in. We had bought a couple of Ford���s from Lefvour before. Lefvour team took over they were very pushy and wouldn���t even look at the preapproval I came in with. On September 6th of this year I bought a 2019 Ford Escape from McCarthy Ford. On Monday the 9th I sent Lefvour an email saying how I wasn���t happy how I was treated. Lefvour called right back and left on my voice mail how he didn���t want to do business with me and that he had ripped up our contract and to bring the car back in. I sent Lefvour an email telling me he could rip up our contract but I intended to keep the car and since he ripped up the contract and I wasn���t I was obliged to bring the car back. Well Lefvour went into a rage he called me 6 more times a couple from different cell numbers. He demanded I bring the car right back or he was calling the police. Lefvour sent email after email saying I stole his car and that I would be arrested in front of my family. We called Ford they said there was nothing they could do. Once Lefvour called again I answered this time I asked Lefvour whose number was 312.320.4031? Lefvour said how should I know? I asked him again you never called me this number? Lefvour again said no. I said I called that number and you answered and said I had the wrong number. I told Lefvour I got that number from you calling earlier and you answered and said that wasn���t you didn���t know any Ray remember? He said sorry pal I never talked to you from that number. I said no Ray? Who is Kelly Lefvour from 507 s Sunny side Elmhurst, Illinois? Lefvour then said he works at the dealership. I asked if that is your brother? Lefvour wouldn���t answer. I said you don���t know your brothers number? I said Ray you just lied 7 times in a minute and a half. Lefvour then went into a tirade and called me names that can���t be printed here . Lefvour was screaming so loud over the phone my wife came in the close the windows. My wife asked if she could speak to Ray, to see my he was screaming so much. When my wife asked Lefvour what his problem was he told my wife that ���your husband is a ***** and I am going to show you how much���. My wife took that as a threat and called the police. The police came over and called Lefvour and asked him why he lied and said the police would arrest me for theft when we had a contract and that this is a civil matter. Lefvour told the policeman that he didn���t understand that it is yearend sales and needs to get out all the old cars to make room for the new 2019���s. The officer then said listen to me if call or text or email these people even 1 more with another lie or threat or even to say good morning I am coming over and you won���t like it. The officer then asked if he understood. Lefvour said he understood. After Lefvour said he torn up the paper work we went to another Ford dealer and told the story a few of the salesmen came up and said this kid has HUGE problems Huge problems and that he finally went off the deep end. The kid is not a bad kid but he has to admit he has a problem and get some help. If you are thinking of buy a Ford stay away from McCarthy Ford and Ray Lefvour! Btw���even though Lefvour said he was ripping up the paper work somehow the paper work ended up in the lenders hand.

    My wife inadvertently ran something over in our garage, which completely flatten her front passenger tire. Called Diamond and they had someone at the house within 30 minutes to tow the car to their garage. They fixed the tire within an hour and was able to pick up after 5:00 PM. Overall, I was very happy with the level of service and quality of the job done.

    UNFAIR BUSINESS PRACTICES I brought my truck to Mercedes Benz of Orland Park, to have the A/C unit repaired. I paid them for a diagnosis, for which I was to receive an estimate for repair. At that time, I was told my truck needed a new compressor for the A/C system, a rather expensive repair at $2,400.00. When the repair was completed, I left Mercedes with the exact same problem that I had originally. When I returned the truck, I was told that it must be an electrical issue in the wiring harness, which they supposedly repaired. When I picked the truck up and tested the A/C, I found I had the exact same problem. I returned the truck again only to be told that it must be a defective DUO valve, and so the truck was worked on once again. When I picked the truck up and was able to test the A/C, I found it to have the same original problem. This time I was told by the service Manager that they determined that it once again must be a problem with the wiring harness, (which of course they repaired already), only this time I was told that it would take some time to investigate and that I would be responsible for the repair cost. This leaves me wondering why I paid for a diagnosis in the first place!

    After going through all this I was ready to buy it but I have to test drive it obviously When I asked to test drive it he refused unless if I'm ready to buy the car now with a little attitude When I felt that his attitude was not appropriate I asked a simple question ? Why you are not taking me seriously? His answer was : because I don't take any middle eastern seriously ���� Then I walked away because he just lost $11,000 by discriminating against me and my heritage I don't encourage anyone to support this kind of buiseness with this kind of discriminated attitude

    They do a good job. I've been going there for years. I waited for it. I always go to Randy for my service adviser. He's excellent. I've been going there for years. I got there about 9:00 and was out in less than 2 hours. I had them change my cabin changed and they have to blow everything through for the allergies. The waiting area is very nice. They have a separate waiting room for Cadillac. I just come in contact with the service adviser and he's excellent. He explains everything and they don't suggest anything you don't need. They're very trustworthy. Everyone's really friendly there. I have been to other dealerships years past and had terrible experiences but since I've been going there I've never had a terrible experience. Even if I ask them, "do I need this?" They're like, "no, no, no, you can wait on that. You don't need that right now". They have a lot of business and it's not like they're fishing for business. You don't feel like you get added on like, "oh, do this, this, and this". I never felt that way. They never give you services that you don't need, or add services you don't need, or try to talk you into things you don't need. I've never had a problem there. I have been going there since 2008. They have done other things. I have had brakes and everything done there. All my car stuff except for my tires and I will probably buy my tires there next time. I get all my work done there. Most of it was done under warranty. I have had catalytic converters put on. I have had all sort of stuff done there.

    5/8/17 I arrived half hour before my 9:30 am appointment and explained my issue regarding the blue tooth voice command not working to another service adviser. He said he understood and should have car ready in an hour or an hour and a half. So I waited. At 11:45am the adviser said the car is ready and no problem was found so maybe I did not know how to use the bluetooth. I have owned the car since buying it from this Dealer in 2014! He sent the woman technician who he said had been working on my car out to show me how well the bluetooth worked. She could not get the voice commands to work. She said she did not know that was the problem. She said she had not been working on the car since 9 am because she just got to work about an hour ago. I confronted the Service Manager who said he would order a new part [microphone] and call me within two days. 3 hours I wasted inside Happy Hyundai and he's telling me he'll call! For the next week, I left messages for the Service Manager and never heard back from him. Sent a complaint to "Hyundai Motor America" and will make appointment with another Dealer. Not Happy Hyundai. Service Manager's name is Roman Kropivko.

    I am extremely dissatisfied and feel they are dishonest in their ability to accurately quote prices. There are many options of dealers and manufacturers, and I would not recommend Happy Hyundai. The experience was frustrating and I don't think I would visit another Hyundai dealer.

    There is no need to get an appointment. We went in to get an inspection, and there was nothing wrong with the vehicle. You pull up to the door, it opens, and you drive inside the building. I wait inside the waiting room. It has a television, Wifi, beverages, etc. The chairs are very nice. You can also walk outside, look at the new models being sold. It generally takes about an hour for an oil change. We have synthetic oil, so we only have to get an oil change once a year. They wash the car for free. We have been going here for about 15 years. We bought 3 cars here, and would recommend them to anyone. They are very nice.
