AA&D Exteriors IncIn May 2020, A&D Exteriors completed 2 large projects for my wife and I: 1) they replaced our asphalt shingle roof, and 2) they installed vinyl siding to replace our cedar siding. We are extremely pleased with how both projects turned out! Kevin Kowalski was the project manager for both projects, and he was a pleasure to work with. He came to our house to evaluate what we wanted done, and he emailed us detailed proposals for each project. The prices were very competitive, and we signed the proposals to move forward. From start to finish, Kevin kept us informed about the status of things, and he always answered our questions promptly. A&D Exteriors also has a designer, Heidi, and she came out to give us her ideas, including helping us choose colors. The roof replacement was done first, and it was completed in 1 day. Eugene was the foreman of a large crew of 7. They came at 7:30am and were done at 3:30pm. Importantly, the crew did a terrific job of cleaning up. Something we particularly liked was that they didn’t put a fixed dumpster in our driveway, they used a dump trailer on wheels to avoid doing damage to the driveway. The dump trailer was dropped off the night before, and was taken away the same day after the roof replacement was finished. The siding project was next, and Arthur was the foreman of a crew of 2. The 2 of them did an amazing job putting up the vinyl Board and Batten vertical siding and the LP SmartSide engineered wood trim to closely match the existing look of our Tudor style house. The work was completed in 4.5 days, and the house looks great! They also did a thorough job of cleaning up. We give A&D Exteriors our highest recommendation!- Peter S.

Chris did an outstanding job of keeping us informed on timelines, explaining the project in detail, and answering any questions we may have had. Heidi was extremely helpful and knowledgeable once we entered the design phase, too. The projects were completed quickly and were done with a high degree of craftsmanship. They even went above and beyond with a secondary "clean-up" of the yard to ensure no nails or particles were left behind. All in all, a great experience!- Matt R.

We were in a special situation and Angelo was with us from the moment I placed a call to the company, until we were ready to move forward. His approach was no nonsense, no pressure, and that is because they want to do place you within the right product categories and at the right budget. We started with just new James Hardie siding but decided to add a new front door and a new rear patio french door. Could not be happier with the design and color choices. DI just had an $8,000 dollar bay window and two $1,000 dollar storm doors installed and I have been very unhappy with my installation. The salesman while great to work with is where my good experience with these folks ends. In fairness the gentleman who installed my storm doors did a pretty good job, but my issue is with the Bay window. Sloppy finish work on something that expensive is not acceptable. I wish now I had just went to Home Depot. I did have a gentleman stop by my place the day of the install to collect the rest of the payment and discuss my issues with the install and he did agree it wasn't the best work they could have done. He advised us that they would have a service tech come out generally within a week and address our concerns. He advised us that he was going to collect the rest of the payment minus 600 dollars until the work was fixed/finished. We did notice that they charged us the entire amount, not the amount they agreed to charge us until our concerns had been addressed and despite the photos being passed along and following up with an additional picture being sent to their service email address (that they requested) we have not seen or heard from them since the day after the windows had been put in. Based on the installation alone I would not recommend this company. Its a shame as they are a local family owned business. We do not intend to ask them to fix their work any further, we can see now that they have collected their money, went back on their word, and essentially quit giving a ****. We will just pay a second company to come out and clean up their sloppy install and move on. 8k on a single window not well spent.

AJoe and his crew were fantastic! They were all very professional, kind and polite. They came early in the morning and worked until the end of the day each day until completed. Joe (the owner) explained everything he was going to do and the price was great. It was a lot of work to have to build up the areas where the cedar was to be covered and his crew took their time and did everything as if it was their own home. My neighbor had used Joe's crew two doors down. I have already recommended Joe's company to some friends of mine. You will not go wrong using this company they are TOP NOTCH!! Having been in the building business for 40 years, I have experienced many construction processes and this one was above and beyond expectations. FI spoke with the company on September 4, 2020 to discuss my project. At the time we made an appointment for 8am on SaturdaymSept 5th. When I hadn't heard from them by 8:30 am, I called them. the workman stated that he was looking at a roof and asked if it would be ok if he called me back. I agreed. He called me back at 9:53 am. He stated that he did not have my address or name. That information had been provided to him when the appointment for 9/5/2020 was made. I had also provided a photo of the problem. It is now 12:54 pm and I haven't heard back from this company. No follow up call, nothing. This unprofessional behavior is the reason why I rated this company with an "F". I would never contact this company for anything. Even if they chose to show up, I would send then away because I do not trust them or their professional ethics.

AWe first used Integrity several years back to replace our dated living room windows with casement windows for all 8 units. Howard made a great recommendation for our needs at a very competitive price. Installation was seamless and his crew cleaned up all the debris. The windows were and remain a huge improvement over the old ones. Very impressive! My only regret is that we did not know about Integrity Windows when we replaced our other windows, several years prior to this. And last fall, we replaced our old front entry doors and storms with a fiberglass entry door and steel screen door. We are all very happy with these doors, thanks to Howard's great recommendations. As with our previous experience, the door installation and cleanup was was flawless with Howard's crew. His crew are total pros and Howard is very easy to work with, quick to respond and above all, honest and reliable. I highly recommend Howard and his crew, and will not hesitate to use him on any future projects.
