Furniture was removed and replaced on our deck. Our flower beds were covered. The utmost care was taken to avoid damaging our property. One never called back, 2 were ridiculously expensive and A& D came in slightly above the last quote. But their professionalism won them the job & they lived up to their excellent rating. They asked questions, made recommendations & did a great job of cleaning up after they were finished. I didn't pay a dime until the work was completed and I was satisfied. AA&D Exteriors IncIn May 2020, A&D Exteriors completed 2 large projects for my wife and I: 1) they replaced our asphalt shingle roof, and 2) they installed vinyl siding to replace our cedar siding. We are extremely pleased with how both projects turned out! Kevin Kowalski was the project manager for both projects, and he was a pleasure to work with. He came to our house to evaluate what we wanted done, and he emailed us detailed proposals for each project. The prices were very competitive, and we signed the proposals to move forward. From start to finish, Kevin kept us informed about the status of things, and he always answered our questions promptly. A&D Exteriors also has a designer, Heidi, and she came out to give us her ideas, including helping us choose colors. The roof replacement was done first, and it was completed in 1 day. Eugene was the foreman of a large crew of 7. They came at 7:30am and were done at 3:30pm. Importantly, the crew did a terrific job of cleaning up. Something we particularly liked was that they didn’t put a fixed dumpster in our driveway, they used a dump trailer on wheels to avoid doing damage to the driveway. The dump trailer was dropped off the night before, and was taken away the same day after the roof replacement was finished. The siding project was next, and Arthur was the foreman of a crew of 2. The 2 of them did an amazing job putting up the vinyl Board and Batten vertical siding and the LP SmartSide engineered wood trim to closely match the existing look of our Tudor style house. The work was completed in 4.5 days, and the house looks great! They also did a thorough job of cleaning up. We give A&D Exteriors our highest recommendation!- Peter S.

Chris did an outstanding job of keeping us informed on timelines, explaining the project in detail, and answering any questions we may have had. Heidi was extremely helpful and knowledgeable once we entered the design phase, too. The projects were completed quickly and were done with a high degree of craftsmanship. They even went above and beyond with a secondary "clean-up" of the yard to ensure no nails or particles were left behind. All in all, a great experience!- Matt R.

Having been in the building business for 40 years, I have experienced many construction processes and this one was above and beyond expectations. His workers were extremely prompt and neat during the process while giving us the quality workmanship we expected. We could not recommend the enough. AWorked with owner Mike several times in the past. Complete tear off of 2 layers of old shingles. Replaced 96" of damaged 1X6 sheathing boards and 50' of damaged 2X6 wood rafters and installed 11 roof vents. Installed new underlayment, shingles, flashing, etc. Had 6 guys working hard for 2 1/2 days. Did a great job.

AI hired Titan Construction two years ago to install new siding and a new roof. Work was done to my satisfaction. The area around the house was cleaned at the end of the work day. Less than a year later a wind storm took off two of the siding panels. I called Tim Niles, the general manager, and workers were there within a week to replace the damaged panels. However, the stand-out is that while having my gutters cleaned this year from another company, the workman pulled up on the shingles and broke several. I called Tim Niles and he sent his men out and they replaced the broken shingles at no cost to me. I highly recommend Titan Construction.

AThey showed early on the date scheduled for inspection. Their representative said he could take care of the repairs while he was here. He preformed the repair & then checked the entire dormer & corrected some other areas. This is the second time we have used APEK and they hit the mark or exceed your expectations!
