AA&D Exteriors IncWe were very pleased with A&D Exteriors. We got estimates from 3 potential roofers. A&D offered a lot of services and material for a very competitive price. Gene, our project manager, did not try to oversell us or scare us into more than we needed. He kept us apprised of steps in the process, especially when weather delayed our date. Excellent communication! We had checked out the ratings of the the 2 different shingle manufacturers they offered as well as a third offered by one of the other roofing companies. We found A & D offered high quality material. We easily made decisions about various options and signed the contract. They pulled the permits and our installation went very smoothly, taking only one day. No money was required until the project was completed. We were very impressed with the professionalism of the crew. They were extra careful with the plantings around the house, protecting everything, and meticulous in the clean-up. This was important to us because we just had some new landscaping put in. It couldn’t have gone better. We would certainly recommend A&D Exteriors.- Diane and Joe O.

AU.S. Exterior by SeidelI was looking for contractors that would replace my entire roof after a strong hailstorm. The trick of my case was - I have a large kinda balcony with flat roofing sheets as a floor. I requested quotes from 4 highly rated companies and 3 out of 4 were puzzled by the flat roof piece of work. They explained that when my house was being built - the roofers put the flat sheets without any issues, but now 2 balcony door packages should be removed and reinstalled by carpenters, which would increase the price significantly. U.S. Exterior by Seidel offered an alternative solution - to spray existing roofing sheets with special resin based solution, that has a 50 year warranty. It's more expansive and more fragile than roofing flat sheets, but that was my only reasonable option. Everything else regarding the project was on a very good level - communication, scheduling, quality of work, garbage, etc. Thanks for a good work! Highly recommended!- Al B.

FThis company promises everything but does not answer the phones if you have a problem. They installed the leaf guards but when it rained, water flew over the guards and in my basement through a nearby window well. I called for a fix 5x and talked to the General Manager 2x but no response. Have filed a complaint with the IL Attorney General ad hope to get a fix or refund of almost $2K
