I needed to replace a balcony floor (situated over an interior roof) for a real estate sale when time and quality were of the essence. Tim is a great project manager and straight shooter. ARegency Home RemodelingWorking with Regency Home Remodeling was one of the best user experiences we have ever had when using a home contractor. Bruce and Sam Pinsler were always on time, knowledgeable, honest and extremely well organized. We did an extensive bathroom and hall closet remodel and the team we were assigned were the best craftsman we have ever worked with. Max, Bogdan or Peter, were there every day and always on time! We couldn't be happier with the result. We also had access to Regency's first-rate plumbing, cabinetry, tile and fabrication suppliers!. ASamanco Construction LtdExceeded expectations.This was a remodel of a finished basement that included demo and update of bathroom, replacement of drop ceiling, removal of old flooring and installation of new, reconstruction of a wall, drywall repair, painting, and construction of a bar. Simply terrific. Samanco was the lowest bid we took. The design was the best of the designs we reviewed. Tomas and Mirek worked Mon-Sat from 7-4 weekdays, 7-12 Saturday. There were no delays, no disappearances. The attention to detail was mind-blowing. Tomas and Mirek were very respectful, like good houseguests, and sensitive about COVID and distancing. Dan is a pure delight to work with and talk to. Strange to say, but we sort of miss having them around. We are so pleased we found them, so delighted with the work. We've already asked for an estimate to update our kitchen. Highest recommendation.- Steve M.

AHandy Men & Mrs Helper Kitchen & BathWe contracted H&MH to paint, finish some drywall, and put flooring down in our basement on a tight budget. The unfinished ceiling was painted too, which was not an easy task. All the work turned out great and way better than expected. Andy suggested flooring that was a perfect choice. We really love how it turned out. All of the crew were polite, professional, and hard working. Everything was done on time and under budget. They are very responsive and my wife and I valued their opinions on the project. With our kids getting older we decided two years after the remodel to move in order to gain more space. The work they completed played a large role in our house selling in one day with a bidding war. They have also done a lot of work on our new house including painting and hardwood floors. AAdrian is absolutely wonderful. We hired him to install and stain new hardwood flooring in our family room and refinish the existing floor in the kitchen to match. Adrian is 100% worth every penny...you get what you pay for. He is super thorough and meticulous and takes pride in his work. He doesn’t cut corners. The final product is so beautiful, you will not be disappointed!! He is a very genuine guy and I highly recommend taking his advice when it comes to flooring...he definitely knows what he is doing. Adrian is super transparent and communicative, leaves zero mess (even with a refinish), and sticks to the timelines he tells you. We cannot say enough great things about Adrian, the work he does is just flawless. We will be hiring him again to replace our existing staircase as well as install and stain hardwood flooring throughout our upstairs. I promise You will not be disappointed if you hire him!!!!

AKlis flooring was referred to me by my sister. Have rental property, the living room floor was in bad condition (some boards had water damage and a few spots had dark stains) the bedroom was ok. Jack, the owner, assessed the situation and recommended what needed to be done. When the job was done, I couldn’t believe how beautiful the floors looked. You can’t tell which boards were replaced or where the stains were. I highly recommend Klis flooring. Jack does a fantastic job, he is honest and his pricing is fair. Definitely using him again.
