    Great service. My 20+ year old York 90 furnace finally went out. I called Heritage to come out and give an estimate on replacement. They came in with the lowest quote and the best warranty. The system they sell is from American Standard which has the highest rating on Consumer Reports. They set up a time and came in and took out the old furnace, air handler, and replaced the outside unit. In about a week it has my whole house, including the basement at a comfortable temperature. My basement was always at least 10 to 15 degrees colder in the winter. I believe it has taken that week to get the basements concrete floors to warm up, but I am very happy with the system so far. Of course the main level heated up almost instantly. They were very professional. I highly recommend them.

    Matt walked me through the issues with my unit and was very informative. Never gave me a quote for fixing pipe...then I find out it's $125. The real kicker: he didn't have the materials he needed and had to use mine. I could have done that myself.

    thoroughly, spent numerous hours on a very professional installation,

    further. This is the company for you! This company's name is well suited.
    Jim Morrison is a man of integrity and honor. On a personal note a
    few years ago Jim was running an errand and was driving down our street
    when he spotted fire coming from our chimney. Instead of ignoring the
    situation, Jim stopped his vehicle knocked on our door, quickly put the
    fireplace out, called the fire department and got us out of our home
    safely. If it weren't for his quick actions we would not still be in
    our home today. If you want someone with honor, integrity and tells the
    truth, Jim is your man. He takes a vested interest in your
    installation to make sure the job is done correctly the first time. He
    will give you an honest quote. An honest man and an honest company!

    Arrived early (great!) for the appointment and technician was very friendly and professional.  Performed exactly the service I requested plus replaced a noisy blower motor on one furnace at my request.  They saved me a second service call charge by being able to replace the motor during this appointment.  I will definitely use them again.

    I had previously purchased Best Air's Angie's List Big Deal for fall furnace checks - which was used on a different rental property.  
    This time, I got a call from a different renter - no heat!  Fortunately it wasn't bitter cold that day, but since I was out of town, I called Greg at Best Air, and asked if he could help me by visiting this property and taking care of my renter.  No problem - will be there in an hour he said. And he was.  I told him the symptoms sounded like a bad electronic igniter, which had also been replaced a few years ago, and we discussed estimates, with an up to $250 go-ahead approval.
    He diagnosed the furnace problem, and accomplished the fall furnace checks on this unit at the same visit.  It was the igniter, and his bill came in right on estimate.

    I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal in early Dec 2014. ($39 for a 22-Point Winter Furnace Inspection and Cleaning). Apparently, the provider and I suffered from a hiccup in the Angie's list communications, as he couldn't understand why I didn't reply to the Angie's List email he sent me, but on the other end, I was wondering when I'd hear from the provider. I never did receive an email from him thru the Angie's List service. Then comes the holidays, and all the hectic schedules that consume one's attention, and a few days easily turns into a month. The owner, Greg Sperry, contacted me on 12/29/14, and we determined the communication hiccup. We set a service date for 1/6/15, at 0800. He told he'd call on the way to appointment so I could meet him at this rental property. He called at 07:45 to let me know he was enroute to the appointment, and was waiting for me when I arrived at exactly 08:00. I explained that this old furnace had been maintained by me for last 8 years, but I've had the pilot go out for what seemed like no reason. I'd already changed the thermocouple probe, and made what seemed like appropriate adjustments. He found the gas control valve internal mechanism not moving freely, so we replaced that valve assembly, and I believe we have found the solution. He offers a 20% discount for seniors and veterans, so I got to save a pretty penny on that pricey valve assembly! He also offers a very good deal on an annual service package - going from memory here ... $149 for both fall and spring service on your unit, and no service call charge if needed during the year (business hours), no premium charge for night or weekend calls, and 10% savings on parts. Total cost for my service about $400.

    Things went well for the inspection & cleaning.  He found a crack on the combustion blower assembly, removed the part, showed me the crack and explained the situation in full detail.  I'm not familiar with HVAC systems so I have to be able to trust the technicians word.  I did some on-line research and learned that the part was fairly priced, labor was fair and the crack would indeed allow carbon monoxide to leak from the furnace.  Glad I took a chance with this company, he did a great job.  Overall, I paid 389.00 for the combustion blower assembly, 9.00 for a filter and picked up the 22 point inspection on Angies List for 39.00.
    Before the technician left my home, he handed me a nice selection of coupons to use in the future and offered a yearly tune-up service agreement for heating/cooling for 149.00.  That is a great price compared to other service contracts I've purchased.  Wow!
