ALiberty Heating & CoolingSam Marsala was very good at diagnosing my furnace trouble, the fix was simple to my relief. My water heater was on its last legs. Sam diagnosed the trouble and we had Sam install a new Raheem water heater. He was very quick to respond to my needs and explained very clearly the trouble found. AThomas Hoffmann Air Conditioning and HeatingI highly recommend Thomas Hoffmann. When I found the pilot light was out on my furnace and called for service, I was relieved to get service the same day. Unfortunately for the furnace it was replacement time. I was impressed that the company put my needs before those with smaller issues and got my furnace replaced in 24 hours. Also impressive is how nice and professional all the service personnel were to me. I'm also impressed with how neat they were in removing my old furnace and all of the debris. AI provided information about my issue and furnace make/model to the dispatch personnel who relayed it to the technician. When the technician arrived he had a good idea of the issue and brought the appropriate parts. During his repair the tech, Bradley, also performed some additional preventative maintenance work. I was very satisfied with everything. They were very quick to respond, arrived just over two hours after my call and had the all work finished in about an hour. This included the extra maintenance to head off future issues. As our units are over 15 years old I also signed up for semiannual maintenance which was included in the bill. Given this experience I highly recommend Martin-Jetco.
