    Matterhorn Exteriors
We had received a number of bids from local companies in the area. However, after my wife and I met Chad, we knew we would be moving forward with Matterhorn Exteriors. Chad was professional, never seemed to be in a hurry, answered all our questions, provided sound recommendations, completed paperwork for our HOA to approve, and simply was a delight. We had been stressing about completing our siding for a number of years and we are so happy to have gone with this company! The siding and new gutters look amazing and there was no leftover debris from the install. Do yourself a favor and choose this company. They are reasonably priced and the professionalism takes them to another level!

It went well! He kept us in the loop the entire way, was very punctual/informative/honest. Even though mother nature wasn't cooperating with him, he still got the job done in a timely manner. Highly recommended.

    Five Star Home Exteriors LLC
Installers came during the evening and very courteous. by the time they completed the installation it was dark and were using flashlight to literally complete the installation. A few days ago, i heard some commotion in my gutter and i climbed up to see what is going on. I found birds building a nest inside my gutter. I was surprised since the leaf shelter is supposed to cover the whole gutter and prevent any debris from going inside the gutter let alone birds. when i was up on my ladder, i noticed large gaps between panels through which easily a bird or a squirrel can get through. I emailed owner damon and waited two days for a reply which never came back. called him couple of times and finally got to talk to him today. When i explained the situation, he was in disbelief just like i was. Then he went on to say that can never happen and maybe the birds chewed through my ceiling and what not. of course if he or his installer came and looked at it they would understand what i was talking about. The owner, damon, went on to say that he is GOING OUT OF BUSINESS. obviously, now no one is going to fix that. i was better off without the Leaf shelter system.

    Accredited Roofing
I called Tom at Quick Fix Handyman and he said he didn't have a ladder
that would go high enough to fix my guttering so he suggested Kanga Roof
in Caseyville to help. Steve from Kanga called right away and came
right out, gave me a very fair and reasonable estimate and the next
morning they came right out and fixed everything. They did a superb job
and were very professional. I am very very happy and highly recommend!!

    Clymer Construction
Clymer Construction replace the roof on the house I bought in 2013 (bought the house in 2014).  Noticed a small leak/moisture stain and contacted Clymer construction (All I had was the name of the company that replaced the roof).  Clymer Construction stated they will take care of it with no question asked.  Their personnel where professional and with all the rain that we been having, haven't had any other issues.

Working with contractors you always have some positives and negatives. I won't say everything was great, but I would say for the most part the majority of it was great and we thought their workmanship was very professional. I haven't had any issues with what they've done. It was covered by my insurance. I really didn't have a lot of out-of-pocket expenses and there weren't a lot of surprises.

    Oasis Commercial Roofing
Mike @ Oasis was very responsive and easy deal with. Both jobs, roof and siding w/ gutters and trim wrap, went great.  The crews were respectful of my property and cleaned-up so well my wife couldn't even tell they were here. The site foreman kept on top of the crews to ensure all the details, like using brake-buddy on alum coil wrap around windows, was performed to my expectation. Light block mounts that arrived were the incorrect size but were reordered the same day. When the new blocks came in, Oasis was back out to install them and wire up the new outdoor lights I purchased for the entry way and the garage. The house looks beautiful, though completely different due to style of siding and color change I made, and has held up so far without any leaks or loose shingles or siding after the winds we had this winter. I highly recommend Oasis Construction and Roofing Inc., of Troy, IL.

    1st Source Contractors Inc
1st Source Contracting, a local Metro East company since 2003, was referred to me by my rental property management company.
The St. Louis Metro area had major hail storm on Apr 28, 2012, and since I suffered damage to my personal home, I asked the (different) contractor who reviewed my home's damage to look at my three local rental properties for possible hail damage.  This rental house being reviewed here was well protected by trees and didn't initially appear to have hail damage.
My property manager asked 1st Source to review properties under there management later during the summer of 2012.  1st Source noticed roof, gutter, and awning damage to this home.  After receiving the notice of damage from my property manager, I asked 1st Source to meet me at the property and show me the damage they'd found.  They were happy to meet me and we set an appointment the next day.  Brad Miller (owner), and Deron Klubertanz (project manager) met me at the house. After being shown the damage (hail impact spots become more noticeable after time), I filed a claim with insurance company.  An insurance company contracted adjuster came to the property, and Deron met the adjuster and I at the appointed time.  Deron pointed out some less obvious impact spots to the adjuster which seemed (to me) to help qualify the roof for full replacement.
After receiving the insurance approval for full replacement on the house, but not the shed, Brad and Deron quickly worked up a proposal including the shed and suggested an upgraded GAF Timberline HD product.  Brad gave me samples of the roofing products/colors availabe, and printed a list of local homes they'd done with the shingle grade/colors I was considering.  I drove to several homes and noted the jobs looked well done, and by seeing full sized roofs of various colors, could more easily choose the shingle color for my rental house.
I scheduled the job for the same week, and the crew showed up early (before 0700) and got to work.  The very professional and conscientous crew found the bad spots in the roof (some rotting boards where the older layers of shingles had leaked), and worked quickly to remove & replace bad roof decking, replaced matted insulation, used proper ice & water shield for low-slope areas, and also installed a new ridge vent on both house and shed.  The crew had to remove & reinstall the gutter screens on this job also.  They took great care to not damage the screens while they were off the buildings.
Overall, I'm very happy with the result, and very happy with my interaction with the company.  Consider them highly recommended.

    Oasis Commercial Roofing
Guttering, roofing and aluminum window wrap crews showed up when scheduled and did outstanding work. The roofing crew carefully removed items near the house and put down 20 foot wide tarps around the entire house which caught all debris. Everything moved was put back exactly where it had been, and after the crew left I collected only a scant handful of small debris from the yard.
Since Oasis is a construction company, I asked Nathan about remodeling our 40-year-old bathrooms. He said he would concentrate on roof repair work during the summer of 2013, but perhaps we can talk about it in the fall. After the absolutely superb way he's treated us, I'm willing to wait.

    Clymer Construction
Clymer Construction worked with our insurance company. They were here part time, they started earlier than I thought they would, and they worked in the winter. They got it done. The guys who did the work were really friendly. Clymer, himself, came out to do the original estimate and pointed out some things that I didn't even realize were damaged. I called before it was my time to have them come and repair the roof and asked them if there was any way they could come out and fix a door. The door would close, but wasn't secure. They came out within a couple of days and looked at it on a Friday. On Monday they were there to fix the door and this was before they even started any work on the other stuff. Which I appreciated. I was impressed by that. They do good work. They are reliable and I felt like they were being honest with me. During the estimate he showed me the damage on the storm window surrounds. I would never have noticed that. He said see these dings, those are hail damage. He was right on top of things. They came highly recommended from people when I started looking around. I got a few estimates and I felt most secure with them and that they knew what they were doing. I would recommend them highly.
