    I've been using him for 6 years or 7 years. He's soft spoken and he's got a really light touch. He's a very nice guy. It's a pretty good sized office. Everybody in there has been with him for a long time so they're all professional and nice people.

    He does not take himself as "call me doctor whatever". He introduces himself and he says "call me Lance". He is not a person who takes himself terribly serious but he does good work. They are only open Monday to Thursday but for emergency they do have dentist on call. It is a relatively good practice.

We do have dental insurance, but we don't feel like they've gouged us or tried to get us to come back for things that aren't necessary or anything.

    It went really well. I've had very bad experiences with dentists since I was a child. The staff has always been very understanding of my issues. The technicians work with me regarding my sensitivity to cold water on my teeth and having to use the child size materials to perform ex-rays. The dentists are excellent at explaining procedures, going over my ex-rays, discussing any cavities they find, and taking time to answer all my questions. They are so good at taking care of me that I have actually dozed off in the middle of getting a filling and having a root canal. I hate shots in my mouth and they have worked with me on using alternatives whenever possible. On my first visit I told them my fears and they have been great, ever since. I and my daughter have been regular patients since 1998 and will not go any where else. My daughter was 8 when she visited there her first time. They are great with kids.
    They take almost every dental insurance, but are contracted with none of them. So expect to pay a difference between what your insurance covers and what they bill. I would prefer to go to a dentist who contracts with my insurance company. However, they are so good at working with me here, that I am willing to cover the differences. I usually arrive a few minutes early or right on time. They are very good at getting to me within 10 minutes or less of my arrival. Any time I have ever called with a toothache or dental problem, they have usually been able to get me in that afternoon or the next day. I really have nothing bad to say, the staff is a great bunch of people. Most of them have been there longer than I have been a patient.

    I like the dentist she is very friendly and efficient and she also provides me feedback on things I need to know and I appreciate that. Her dental hygienist is good and friendly and I do not leave the dentist feeling like my teeth have been attacked. I am happy that they are gentle enough, but do their job well. I will continue to use this group in the future for my dental health.

    I have gone to Dr. Caroline Connelly since 2004. My appointments have always been on schedule. The staff is very friendly. The staff provides a write estimate of the costs and have you sign it before procedures. The estimates are right on target and include information on what my insurance will pay. The office has the lastest in technology and is very interested in making the experience as comfortable to the patient as possible.

    They weren’t forth coming with the fact that they were not network providers for our insurance.  They actually decided to wait nine months before they billed us for anything.  By that time we got a bill for about $400 or $500.  We actually paid that right around that time I had a checkup and they recommended a $700 treatment for something that I didn’t think I needed.  Then when I saw another dentist, they said that I didn’t have any problem for them to recommend that treatment.  Dr. Prane was friendly.  I am not sure that she knew everything that was going on.  It was the hygienist who recommended that and she just sort of checked it off.  But it was her responsibility to make sure that her hygienist was on it.  They are only open about 15 hours a week.

    We have been really happy with them. It is easy to get an appointment. They are very thorough. There are two dentists there. I particularly like Dr. Brubaker and my dental hygienist Tina. She is wonderful and very thorough. She makes what can be an unpleasant experience a good one. I go there as much for her as I do for the dentist.

    His office is extremely busy. He is very punctual and the office is very clean. The equipment is very clean and the billing works out great. My son has been seeing him for 9 years now and I am very happy with him. He has an awesome bedside manner and is extremely considerate. I would highly recommend him.
