    He did a great job getting the wiring out of the back of the stove to reconnect the heating element. Recommend procedures to keep wiring from melting again. Great help, great price, and super supportive.

    Service rep was booked well in advance so it took about a week after initial call to get someone out.  Visit was a flat rate $40.  Rep was very courteous, clean and respectful.  He troubleshot washer and blew out line (what it said when I went online).  Washer actually worked fine after that, but ordered a part anyways since he was concerned an electronic part was failing.  After he left, I called and asked him to look at dryer since I forgot to tell him of the problem when he was out earlier.  On his return visit he was able to quickly repair the dryer and replace the part for the washer.
    My only gripe with the company is that the repair technician had a very booked and tight schedule...if we hadn't gone with Christmas Eve repair, we have had to wait until after New Years for repair.  This could have been due to his holiday schedule too, so I suppose it is just a nitpick.  It has been nearly a month and both washer and dryer are still working fine.  Since they are local and seem to know their appliance repair business, we will definitely use them again.

    Our experience with the repairman was good.  He responded to the service call the same day to schedule a date to come out to the house.  He called an hour in advance before the scheduled appointment to fix the dryer.  He came in found the problem and let us know what the problem was.  He told us the dryer part was available to order and provided an estimated date and time for him to come out and complete the repair.  As for the refrigerator he found the problem and gave us an estimate of how much to pay for the replacement part.  Overall I thought the repairman was responsive and knowledgeable.  He responded to the call, took the time to understand what problems we were experiencing, and upon troubleshooting found the problems the same day.  He clearly explained the solutions for each problem and for the refrigerator, the cost of the repair.

    After the repairman left we waited for about a week for a follow-up call for the replacement part. We heard from no one so we called to find out if the part was ordered. The person that responded to our call did not know but stated he would let the repairman know that we called about the part being ordered. After about another week or two we still had not received a follow-up call from the repairman that the part was on order or any estimated time for the repair. We called and got the same response again - they did not know if the part was ordered. After about six weeks expecting to hear from the repairman we found our old sales receipt and saw it was still under warranty. We call the store and had them repair the dry at no charge. As for Fairview Appliance Service they never called about the replacement part.

    My refrigerator was not cooling. The technician was able to find the problem (a burned out starter) within 10 minutes. He replaced the starter and explained how to help the fridge/freezer cool down faster. He worked quickly and cleaned up when he was finished. I was very pleased with the service and the price was less than I anticipated.

    We had a refrigerator in the garage and we didn't realize the compressor had gone down on it. Once the weather started warming up we lost a lot of food. We called them and they actually arrived the same day we called, about an hour and a half after we called. They were very professional and fixed it right away. I liked the fact that they were no non-sense and got the job done. The price was also fair. We found them through Angie's List, otherwise we would have not thought of calling them.
