Andre, however was great to work with, and took the time to figure out what we needed for our complicated, multi-generational trip. FThis Slibuy.com come with another name such as KarenBarn from eBay listing. Karen and Slibuy.com ([*** Link removed ***] are the same Crook and fraudulent company. I purchased a lot of Kiwi Keys, and most of them are missing the cylinder and the actual keys. How the **** you can install the lock without the cylinder locks!! I also purchase several Hampton Bay light kits from KarenBarn, All items received with missing light bulbs and electrical box connection. They stuff the bubble wrap to appear that the box is full of parts. What a crook. How the **** you complete the installation the light track kits without an electrical box and missing bulbs?!@ I also purchase a lot of 22 Glacier Bay shower head, it arrives with only 5 shower head, and most of them missing the shower head and hose. KarenBarn ([*** Link removed ***] combined several lots of my order into 1 shipment after I have made my payment from PayPal, it takes them 3 weeks to deliver my order, upon inspection from FedEx, I discovered that there are several items are missing. I take pictures of the individual of order, to show that the missing item is not on the FedEx tracking list. After several weeks of back and forth between the seller Karen Barn and PayPal with no results, I call my CC Company -BoA to charge back and got my full refund. You are playing a Russian roulette with the KarenBarn and Slibuy.com. They are crooked and scam seller that take your hard earn $$$ from you. Shame on them! Fool me once shame on me, fool me twice shame on you (KarenBarn/Slibuy.com).

FGo elsewhere! Don't take a chance on them ruining you big day. Elite Minibus was hired for my best friend's wedding. From the start, the bus did not have A/C on a 100 degree day. The bus brought the wedding party and photographers from the church to the picture location, about a mile away. Upon returning to the bus so we could head to the reception, we were told it was broken down and another would arrive in 20 minutes to pick us up. 20 minutes went by. Another 20 minutes went by. After about an hour, we had to Uber the bride and groom to their reception. The rest of the wedding party waited about an hour and a half in the hot weather for another bus to show up. No A/C on this bus either! This was no limo type bus - closer to a school bus interior. Everyone missed out on pictures at the reception, cocktail hour, and walked in just before dinner was being served. Since my friend was on his honeymoon after the weekend, I reached out to the owner, Jason. Jason assured me he would give a full refund to our friends since "the service they paid for was not provided". He just needed them to call when they got back so they could give him the credit card info again. Jason has not returned any phone calls in over a month.

AIn just a phone call we were able to secure tickets at a discounted price. The tickets were sent overnight mail and we received them the next day. The customer service representative was extremely accommodating in making sure the tickets would arrive on time for our trip.

She has a background in communications and that showed true throughout the entire ceremony- From the way she was able to tell our story so well to keeping every one of the guests engaged. You could clearly see she put a lot of thought, time and love into her speech. Plus she was very clear and well-spoken. We couldn't have asked for anyone better and our guests absolutely raved about her afterwards! We are so incredibly grateful that Cailin accepted our request to marry us- We knew she was going to do a great job, but she went above and beyond to exceed those expectations. She's been doing this for a long time so she was able to help me realistically with the timeline of events on my wedding day. Limo was clean and the driver was punctual, professional and polite. ABon EventsSimply put: Bon Events is THE BEST. Hiring Jennifer & Fern to coordinate our ceremony was the absolute smartest decision that we made through our entire planning process. My now husband & I knew that wanted a small, (stress-free) and sweet ceremony at an art gallery. And our "vision" ended there. At our first meeting with Jennifer & Fern, plans and a vision quickly began coming to life. They each listened carefully to the (very few) ideas that we had & provided us with tons more. We were assured that they would handle everything (florals, d?cor, vendors, contracts, even potential wedding crashers the day of!) We left feeling inspired and confident that we would have a stress-free(!) and sweet ceremony. We quickly learned how organized, detail oriented & ON THE BALL these two are. Not to mention a total blast to work with! After just two short months of their planning with regular updates & easy communication, the big day was here! To say that Jennifer & Fern created the perfect ceremony for us is a ridiculous understatement. Every last detail was handled. We had zero stress(woo!) The energy in the room was sweet & fun. The space was transformed into a magical candlelit dream. It was the best wedding that either of us had ever been to. Our guests are still raving about our fun & unique ceremony. ARiverside Receptions and Conference CenterRiverside is beautiful and was the perfect venue for my wedding. I loved the privacy of a wedding at a reception center instead of a public place like a hotel. The location is fabulous too - right across from the lovely Herrington Inn (you need to stay at this hotel!), down the street from many cute Geneva bars and restaurants, and right on the river where there are paths and parks and beautiful scenery. I really appreciate how Frances worked with my wedding planner and I to go through all the details of my event. She was very flexible about decor and other special requests I had. Everyone I spoke to here was friendly and knowledgeable. The chef is amazing and so friendly! All of the food and drink attendants were fun and professional during my reception. We had our ceremony outside in the courtyard. It was absolutely stunning with the trees changing and my flowers out and Riverside's chivari chairs. The weather was gorgeous for us, but if it hadn't been, we had a backup space inside where we would have had the ceremony. No stress! I am confident that there is not a location in any nearby area where I would have rather gotten married. It was perfect. My wedding planner (based in downtown Chicago) was amazed by the low prices of a suburbs wedding :)- Lara A.

AJ & L CATERINGWe could not have been more delighted with the awesome service provided by Jim Bailey, Cam, and the entire J&L catering staff! J&L was referred to us by our reception venue, the Woman's Club of Evanston, and we were truly pleasantly surprised by Jim's extremely high level of personal service and responsiveness. As we began to plan the wedding well over a year in advance, Jim proved to be a trusted resource for many of the venders and services we needed. He answered emails ridiculously fast, and even followed up with us when we needed prodding to make decisions, keeping us comfortably on-schedule. The tasting to decide our menu was nicely presented, and J&L was willing and able to provide a creative and delicious selection of strictly vegetarian hors d'ouvres, and a veggie option for dinner, as well as a chicken option for meat eaters. When our original wedding-cake baker had to back out of her commitment due to her baby-due-date falling too near our wedding date, Jim connected us to another perfectly delightful local baker with whom we were also extremely pleased. A few weeks before the wedding, Jim asked us for a list of names and contact info for all of our vendors, and from that point on we really had very little to think about, as he coordinated everyone's schedule and service. The day-of services provided by J&L actually included the Thursday, Friday, and Saturday/wedding day. J&L set up the recept. venue beautifully, well in advance, and Jim attended our rehearsal at the chapel and helped keep all of us in perfect order. More than a few of our bridal party, including the minister, commented on how helpful and soothing Jim was, attending to every detail and offering (much needed and appreciated) suggestions and direction in a very low-key and friendly manner. On the day of the wedding, Jim shepherded the various members of the bridal party to their respective rooms and places before and during the ceremony; kept track of our programs, flowers, candles, and sundry items; and made sure that everything was collected and sent over to the reception site. Again, any and every issue or potential challenge was handled so smoothly that we didn't need to think about anything but enjoying ourselves. The service, drinks, and food at the reception were perfect. One of our guests commented a week after the wedding that the chicken w/ mushroom au jus was the most delicious wedding dinner he'd ever had! Although we expected J&L to provide a nicely catered dinner for our wedding reception, we are, in retrospect, overwhelmed by all the above-and-beyond help and guidance we received from Jim Bailey and J&L. We would most surely hire them again and enthusiastically recommend them.- Mary L.

ALOLA EVENT PRODUCTIONSIn retrospect, having a wedding planner was not anticipated, but it turned out to have surprising benefits. We made fewer (expensive) mistakes and had more fun along the way. Lori is extremely accessible and helped us sort out all kinds of things such as: guest list problems, website problems, vendor problems. More importantly, she seems to know everyone in the Chicago Metro area and not one of her suggested vendors turned out badly. ATYING THE KNOTThe amount we spent reflects the planning package, cost of invitations and printed cards, and two coordinators for the day of the wedding. Tying the Knot was the best money we spent on the wedding! We paid for the wedding ourselves and so we were also making all decisions. Brooke and her team listened well from the first phone call and let us know that we could be confident in finding what we were hoping to find. Brooke selected vendors that were great matches for us --Salvatore's restaurant and Anna Held florists were outstanding. Our guests loved the day of coordinators. We repeatedly heard from guests that the wedding was "simple and elegant". With Brooke's help, we were able to think about our guests and their needs in advance and also plan a wonderful celebration for ourselves. Brooke has a great personality which is important because she attended all the vendor visits with us, including the tastings. This was important because she asked questions we did not think of and kept track of all details discussed. Communication was easy. We loved our wedding.- MARY M.

ABlue Crystal EventsI can't begin to describe how beautiful our wedding day turned out. We chose a location, and transformed the place from top to bottom to have both our ceremony & reception for around 250 people. Tammy was there that day from first thing in the morning when she met my wife at the hotel to make sure her hair & makeup was going ok, helped my wife with her dress, and made sure our large bridal party and families were on time for our pictures which took place all before the ceremony & reception. Tammy then went on to our location and spent the entire day meeting all our vendors, and helping to transform the location into our vision while we took our pictures. When we finally got to our location it looked absolutely stunning. All of our guests were just amazed at what we had done to our location with so much time & effort we put into designing our day with Tammy. We received sooo many compliments from friends, family, and even the location's directors and managers at how gorgeous everything looked. Tammy helped to make the day go off flawlessly and my wife and I couldnt be more pleased with everything she did for us. She is amazing and we would refer her in a heartbeat. I know my wife will definitely use her in the future if we need to plan another event.- Luke W.
